Excellent service from Ken. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. I patronized one of their competitors quite frequently... and did get the level of service that I got at GNC. The Southfield Plaza Location. I will be a returning customer.

I am a frequent customer to this branch, I’m satisfied by the service, Chris was very respectful and helpful today!

I didn’t catch the employees name.. no greeting, no offering to help (I didn’t need it either way), was on the phone the whole time. I quickly grabbed the product and waited at the checkout. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Before scanning the product the employee looked me up and down, condescendingly asked if I was looking to build muscle after looking at the product. Asked my number 4 times... first time he didn’t put it in he just stared at me. Second time he put it in and somehow messed up and I had to continue to repeat myself. Afterwards I quickly paid and left. I have never felt so uncomfortable and offended. I don’t know if he was high or was sick with COVID, as he was breathing and speaking slowly. Idgaf I was there 30 mins ago.

Great selection and customer service drove out of my way to get there and will head back
