Horrible store with 2-3 employees only and one register that works super slow. Employees in general work very slow, that is why shelves are always empty or half empty. Also, they are extremely dirty, assuming they have never been cleaned, since store has been opened.The manager of this supermarket needs to be fired immediately. Very poor managing. I think even I would do better, starting with general cleaning of every shelf and rack in every aisle. The second is to work faster so the customers would not have to ask for every missing item to be brought from “the back of the store”. And third is to be more friendly and smile.

Why do I keep coming here?!I must be insane thinking I’m going to experience a more efficient checkout process. This Southlake location needs some “chic-fil-a” training. There’s all these self checkout and then typically one actual checkout with an employee and it’s ALWAYS slow. Kroger do better. Management where are you?! Motivate your employees- someone could really turn this place around if they had the drive.Oh and I asked a lady in meat department if they had fajita meat. Her answer: “ummm probably.” That was it. No asking for help, looking, etc.

Big lady overseeing the self-checkout stations was rude. Im not familiar with using these machines because I always use the IRL checkout lines so people like her can keep their jobs. Gosh, she didnt need to be rude.

Daniel is the best! Every time I walk in and see him I smile. After a long day of work I like to drop in for my bottle of wine (amongst other groceries) and he always tells I’m not old enough. His sense of humor is what makes the trip to the store after work worth it. Everyone else I’ve interacted with have been sweet as molasses to me. Maybe you get what you give? Either way, keep up the good work!

Store itself was out of many things, not clean, bags of ice leaking under refrigeration. No one working at the deli. I have been to this location several times but this is the first time I’ve written a bad review. My experience at this location is always a poor one but I kept giving it a chance . My checkout person made lots of mistakes scanning food, the person working in self checkout was yelling and screaming at everyone. I won’t be returning. The only compliment I have is an employee named Porshia she was so helpful and kind. She made my experience a positive one to the end.

Some absolutely above and beyond service. Ive never had someone be so helpful at a grocery store.

Great selection and super clean store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the hot food and subs. They always have a ton of registers open and self check outs. Its always busy and tons of hot chicks shop here if thats your thing. They have a great selection of beer, wine and mixers. Bonus points for carrying sugar cubes. Keep it up, Kroger!

I have been shopping at Kroger stores for years in various locations I have lived. All are a little different. This location has a great staff that is very fun. The meat selection is usually very good and I have never had bad beef or pork. My main complaints with this Kroger is the seafood and deli. I have gotten bad seafood a few times. They will take it back but I dont want the hassle and Im already mad because I was planning to cook it. This does not apply to the sushi since it is a separate vendor and has always been good and fresh when I buy it. The guy does a good job.Also, the deli is always understaffed or not staffed at later hours. They used to have a really cool prepared food section with an employee always there, but I guess it wasnt profitable so they got rid of it. As a result I only buy frozen seafood and never buy any prepared foods from the deli. These are items I DO buy in other stores. Fix these problems and I will up to 5 stars.

Ok so the store itself is great, but the staff wow....it was hard to even give 3 stars. Went to self check out and had an issue with ringing up an item an employee acted very bothered because he had to assist me. Actually grunted at me and firmly told me you are doing it all wrong and you know I havent even clocked in yet ... all while he couldnt be bothered to even put down his diet coke. And when I apologized for the inconvenience he screams across the store for another employee to assist me because he needed a code and stating once again that I didnt know what I was doing. I was so embarrassed as other customers and employees started staring. When the next employee comes over I apologize to her for making him upset she goes on to tell me he is always like that. Probably going to avoid this location in the future.

Excellent selection of fresh produce, top notch meats at reasonable prices, clean store with very friendly staff. Car registration, money orders, lottery tickets, etc., all available here. They also sell dry ice! Great grocery store, well managed!

Ive always loved this place and i usually use the pick up option well today the lady came out n came to my driver side window complaining about the water so i had to grab my own bag of stuff and close my trunk cause she didnt want to step in water. Might as well went inside if thats the problem

Dont blame the employees! They are severely underpaid! Thats why they are always short staffed in every department.

The pharmacy is understaffed. Now, with Covid vaccinations, they are painfully slow at filling prescriptions. They take a full day longer than Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and even the NRH Kroger pharmacy. When I called to check on a prescription (twice) they are all about how understaffed they are. HIRE MORE PEOPLE KROGER. Also the fact that you have to go inside to sign up for text messaging from the pharmacy defeats the innovation of the drive thru. And texting. Time to rearchitect your customer experience, Kroger!

I was never a big fan of traditional grocery stores. (I like Walmart, Target, and Costco.) But since Kroger is very close to where I live, I’ve been shopping there. This Kroger is clean and the product selections are great. The vegetables and produce look great and prices are fair. The sushi station is great as well.

By far the worst Kroger I have ever been in. Not safe, not sufficient enforcement of masks or social distancing. Their selection is also very poor, the Sprouts a bit further down the street is much better.

Complete, full-service grocery store. They have specialty and hard-to-find items but limited bulk items. Quality foods including many organic items and traditional ethnic foods.

One of my favorite kroger locations. I have been to several in the area and I will now most likely go to this one more often. It seems to be well organized and less cluttered then other stores.

It is a 24 hours open one stop for pretty much everything. The staff is the best part. They just brighten your day with their jokes.

Do not go to this Kroger, its very unsafe. I just left and they dont enforce or encourage social distancing. Customers are literally running over each other. Their employees dont wear masks appropriately. I didnt see anyone cleaning the carts and checkers arent cleaning in between Customers. Get it together Kroger management!

Your self service line attend on the right side of the store face the parking lot was rude and not friendly. I have left my 2 soda there. She made a very rude racist comment when i made a comment about getting 3 water. I have been a customer there for a well. They are always nice and great people until today. Well I will not go there at all.

I prefer Kroger over any other grocery store in the area, bead and shoulders above the rest

Pharmacy is the best. Jenipher and the team are customer service oriented. Kroger has extra help and doesnt skimp on quality employees to provide excellent service.

I like the convenience of this Kroger close to my neighborhood. The store is always clean and easy to move around. Enjoy the coupons they send out, but cant get my little phone to download online coupons. I miss the senior discount on the store brands. Wished theyd bring that back, were on a budget and it helped. This is one of the better Kroger stores in the area. It is on my commuter route, so I quite often stop on my way home to do a bit of grocery shopping. Great selections, friendly staff, good prices, great specials. It is conveniently accessible from either Southlake Boulevard, or from the 114 Service Road.

Great click list options and I love using the service where they bring groceries out to my car. Large wine selection and the flowers ways look great. Nice staff and a clean store.

My shopper experience today was a little frazzled. Trying to get home to my family would have been impossible without the assistance of Chris. He had some helpful tips on just what I needed. He got some of the groceries for me that I wasnt sure where they were.Thank you very much!

I shop this store weekly. Please bring back the deli kiosk. I am hard of hearing and that made using your deli easy and time saving. I no longer buy your deli items.

Visited the Southlake Kroger, looking to purchase some meat with a rain check. During checkout, the manager refused to honor the rain check, albeit the rain check clearly states “redeemable at any Kroger location.” Inconsistencies kill companies.

Customer service is always key with me. I notice when they lack decorum or just sheer friendly service. I get it that for some its only a job, but for the customer, you might be the only opportunity that day to show some kindness to them. Why be in a job if you dont enjoy it? If someone asks not to spray those toxic cleaners until after they leave, dont spray it while they are still gathering their bags. Its the simple things that show honor.

This store has a great variety of produce and a great deli section. The main reason I am writing this review is to compliment the pharmacy. I joined their prescription plan and was able to get my meds for way less than they would have costed with insurance. The pharmacists were very friendly and their text reminders and auto refill have not failed yet!

Seems like there is always a wine tasting going on. I have to keep my wife out of there! Good selection. Grocery store done up nicely.

Their ice cream section is a disaster. It’s such a mess with misplaced items, freezer burned cartons, and out of stock rows. It’s been that way for so long I wonder if management will ever fix it.

Shop there all the time, friendly employees, willing to help and there least prices are some of the best Ive seen...meat is also a good quality product. Store is always clean.

I dont know if this is the case for all Krogers in the Dallas area, but this one doesnt carry some of the items that I like and get from Kroger in Houston. Other than that, I like this store and they have some really friendly and pleasant associates working there, that I enjoy seeing when I go in.

Very clean store with fresh produce & meat, sushi, good chicken tenders & a great little bakery that has in-store made fresh tortillas. It also has a florist whose flowers last longer than most of the florists around here. Their prices are offer competitive with Walmart.

Went shopping Saturday place was packed no social distancing going on whatsoever no managers telling people or trying to help people stay safe .They do have it going over the intercom but that’s not enough that place is dangerous.

Has it all! + a good pharmacy (drive through as well). I suggest you shop here if you are looking to save a dime as the other grocery stores in the area are a little pricier.

Really great prices, consistently $2 cheaper on average per item than the Tom The nearer my house which adds up, and they are stocked really well. I saved about $40 per week on my bill by switching. My sister and I are vegetarians and I really like to cook; they are well stocked. Occasionally, I have to run to Central Market for something really weird, but otherwise theyve had it in stock. They are open from 6am to 1am. My favorite thing about this place is how consistently friendly the staff is. Thats important to me. Other shoppers are also courteous, its always crowded but people are really nice about it. I picked up some run away tomatillos for a guy today who smiled and said thanks.

I work in the meat dept. Make sure u come and see me for all meat and seafood needs. If I do great job then take kroger survey on bottom of receipt and mention me in a comment and let corporate know how good it was

Usually I love kroger, this was the first time I went to this location and I wasnt impressed. Bathrooms were dirty and one of the doors didnt have a lock. I went in with the purpose of getting ricotta cheese for a recipe, when I got home and opened it, there was a bunch of green mold growing on top! Expired 4 days ago, didnt even think to check, but now I have to go back.

This is a great store. We do our grocery shopping here all the time. Staff is polite and helpful. The store has been remodeled last September and looks very nice. I forgot an item at the register and they ran out on the parking lot and to my car to give it to me.Thank you!

I love this Kroger! The store is always super clean. Sushi is amazing! And so reasonably priced. I love the natural foods sections. And the deals that kroger offers is amazing. I love it because you can get name brands at such a great prices with the buy 4 save 4 deals! I was able to get Lysol disinfecting wipes-80, for $1.50! Amazing! They have kids clothes and shoes. And if you get it on clearance you can pay $16 kids shoes - Fila Brand. Love this location. All Kroger stores are great, but I really enjoy exploring this one!

I shop there almost every other day because it’s close to my work. To me this Kroger is very “original “ with a definite “cast of characters”! The employees here make this place personable and friendly and downright neighborly as well. The quality and availability of items ranging from one spectrum to the other are excellent here. Also, the size of the store is the standard sized store. It’s not one of those giant,expanded, mega Kroger’s where you might have to spend an hour walking around to find what you need. Sorry, but a smaller to mid sized store is just my preference. This is a great Kroger!!!

Love Kroger. But this Kroger store has not maintained its shopping carts. there are sharp edges on them that have poked holes in my shoes and also in my milk cartons they need to fix these carts

Great store. Huge selection of items to choose from. Isles and products are really well labeled. Items are reasonably priced, they have signicantly improved their check out process.

My favorite and the only supermarket I shop at. Im new to Texas and Ive never heard of Krogers. I visited their competitors Tom Thumb and theres no doubt that Krogers quality of their fresh produce and fresh meats are by far the best in the Grapevine/Southlake area.

Sandy in the bakery is extremely rude.. I was just trying to order a freaking cake and got so much attitude, in the middle of my order I just had to say nevermind and walk away. Hey do you ever open that big cold box in the kitchen and think, wheres the stuff? Well guess what buck-o, Kroger has all the stuff.Seriously, if youve never been to a grocery store before, this is the place for you. With over 1 million items stocked on their shelves, youll for sure find what youre looking for.In fact its so big and theres so much to find youll have to ask for help at some point. At which their staff will begrudgingly stop stocking shelves, give you a side eye, and point in the general direction of the product.They have self check out lines on both sides of the store which I enjoy because I. Check. Myself. Out. All-the-time.Go here for ice cream, stay because youre lost, leave because you gotta get those items back to the big cold box.

This has been the 5th time had a rude person at the register, was in after 5 pm. The day time staff is always friendly. The evening 18 year olds treat you as if they are put out you even got in their line. Kroger really needs to spend time training them on customer service, or keep a capable manager on duty. The way they behave is unacceptable. Customer service is key to business, period. Someone is not there just to be a body, if they act that way they should be replaced. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I love this Kroger. Always find what I need here. And their coffee grinder works. A lot of variety. Kind of pricey but not too bad. This is one of the best Krogers in the DFW area. Organized and stocked fully. Glad there is at least one Kroger I like. Although this one is not close to me

I ordered my daughters birthday cake last week to be picked up today at 12. They call me at 10 and tell me they dont have the kit to make the cake I wanted but can try to replicate the cake which was a nice offer but sound of tacky. Its that unacceptable to let somebody know you dont have something to make their cake they ordered way in advance. Now were out of a birthday cake and now cannot find a place to make a new cake. Now we have no cake for my daughters 10th birthday, thanks kroger.

I am getting pretty disappointed in this store. They no longer carry my shampoo and conditioner, Finesse. Went today, Friday... for the buy 3 Ozarka 24 bottles of $10 3x fuel points, and they had none. No long aluminium foil for the coupon I had. And the mayo we usually buy, Heinz, they had none. Maybe its this Southlake store... Or...NOT!

One of the better locations. The few times i have been, the store was clean and organized. The employees in the deli are ALWAYS very friendly, they greet everyone and make sure you have everything you need. I usually go on Saturday and it has never been too busy!

Lady at service desk with short spikey hair is so rude. Told me I couldnt cash my payroll check bc my drivers license and check and different addresses on it . I said really?? Bc i get it cashed here all the time . She said well I will try but it wont work. Lord and behold it worked. Maybe she needs some more training about how to do her job and how to be nice to people and how to talk to them.

I am not happy. At 10 pm they stop manning live registers. This is incredibly inconvenient around this time since the whole reason I went late was to avoid the crowds. The complete disregard for customer service is driving me crazy!!

I literally shop here at least 3-5 times a week not only for their deli lunch specials but for their on clearance specials. Great people in this store who are both friendly and kind and always greet you with a smile.

Excellent beer selection, but poor layout and service. I think generally speaking the Tom Thumbs in the area are nicer than the Krogers. Id pass this one up except its the only relatively quick place I can get good quality micro brews (Temptress, Grapefruit Skulpin, Salty Lady, etc).

We love this Kroger. Weve become friendly with quite a few of the cashiers, and look forward to coming in.
