Always clean. Nice, fresh assortment of items. Try the rotisserie chicken. I generally avoid the deli counter due to slow response. I applaud their previous guidelines on mask wearing, which was one of the reasons we shopped here so often during the pandemic. Other stores in the area permanently lost us as customers, ...just felt this needed to be stated.

I tried shopping here after Texas lifted the mask requirement. They still wouldnt let me buy stuff even after explaining that I couldnt wear a mask. Its their right I guess? Its also my right to give them the low rating they deserve and spend my money elsewhere. Thats exactly whats happening here. Ive lived around the corner from them for years and known the staff for years, and the exact same people on staff that have been pleasant and helpful so many times for 10+ years is now cold and rude. Its too bad they werent one of the places flooded during the snow storm. They could use a little time to rethink their life decisions.

Even after the lack of power and water, Sprouts was well stocked. No milk today. But found everything else I wanted. Meat, fish, fresh fruits and veggies. The workers were pleasant and helpful. Very clean. They even had some bread.

I lived in Southlake for over 24 years... have shopped and spent a lot of money at the Southlake Sprouts store over the years. Yesterday (May 2nd) I went into the store and was rudely told that I needed to wear a mask and would not be allowed to check out without putting one on. So I left... I didnt purchase then AND I will NEVER EVER purchase at any Sprouts store again in the future. I would encourage everyone to stand up for our individual rights and freedoms, and shop elsewhere... both now and in the future... even after they change their mask policy. For those who believe that masks work, I respect your position and would encourage you to wear one... and if you truly believe they do work, you should have NO fear of those who arent wearing masks.

I shop here every week, and most of the staff are nice. I try to overlook the ones who are not. Great selection of organic produce, cereal, spagetti sauce and juices. The list goes on, I almost forgot my favorite coffee. They have quite a selection of coffees, bulk or packaged. I love the organic paradise and mountain gold. They even have organic popcorn.They have great sales too. Monthly sales items is another thing that is really important and I am glad they added that awhile back.

I love Sprouts! The store is always clean. The produce and vegetables are always good- they last longer than produce and veggies from other stores. I can always find low carb/ keto friendly there. They have a large assortment of supplements and other health items. And most importantly, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend shopping here.

Always takes 10+ minutes for someone to get the fresh fish. Tonight was the second time the lady saw me waiting, and still went back to whatever she was doing until somebody finally made her come out.

Love this store. They are really taking good precautions to fight the spread of the disease. I love their options for local food and rewards to make healthy choices. Everyone who works here is friendly and sweet. One of my favorite grocery stores, even if its not as cheap as other places.

Generally good with polite service and helpful staff. Some products hard to find anywhere else. However, lately, several customers showing up without wearing masks. Despite company policy clearly posted on large signs at the entrance and elsewhere, they are allowed to shop uninterrupted and the are allowed to check out just the same. Yesterday, spotted a total of 4 in the span of one hour or so. Sprouts should post a security guard at the entrance and enforce the policy; deny entry and expulse anyone refusing to wear a mask. The epidemic is getting worse, this is an easily verified fact for anyone to check. Grocery shopping at Sprouts should not expose customers to catching Covid-19. Sprouts should do better than that. And dont let it up to the staff, thats not their job. Hire a guard as soon as possible please.

They have fresh produce but they are pricey

I usually love this store, but this trip not so much. Picked up some marinaded carne asada. It was the worst ever. I dont have a clue what it was, but it wasnt the usual marinade.. When they do the marinade right, they never add enough marinade. They told me before to buy a jar of their marinade and add it. If Im paying for the already slightly marinaded meat, why would I buy more to make it the way it should be (what Im already paying for)? The last trip in is it for me. I will not be back to another Sprouts in Texas.

I guess early mornings are not this locations thing. Employees do not greet you, do not offer to assist you and barely make eye contact with you. I am used to better customer service than this at this location, but I guess that has gone downhill. Good thing there is a Sprouts in Keller.

As I have convinced many co-workers of doing just that. Their deli is hearty, healthy, and best of all inexpensive! I love shopping here as well whereas, I got so used to shopping at Trader Joes and Mothers Market in CA when I was living there. This is a great place for anyone to go to shop or grab a bite to eat.

Sprouts people are the best always pleasant and helpful. My concerns is the lack of fresh local produce. When they first came into the market that was their claim that when available local produce would be available. Unfortunately they have abandoned that policy. During the peak growing and harvesting season in North Texas when local produce is widely available at all the major big box stores Sprouts continues to offer produce from Mexico. When I asked the Sprouts produce manager he just shrugs and says it is a corporate decision based upon price points. Come on Sprouts get back to your roots and supply the good local stuff. I have written multiple times to the corporate office and get the same form letter back saying that someone will contact me. The never do. Even Walmart across the street often has more local produce.

Nice to have a reasonably priced place nearby that sells healthy foods. Get their weekly ad to stock up staples when they go on sale. Good butcher dept and they always give good advise.

Horrible service! Saturday and only 3 checkers! backed up 5 deep on all lines. Finally get a 4th person and she just starts taking anyone- not the people waiting the longest. Still backed up 3 deep, the line I was in still had not moved! Finally get to the lady in front of me and the slow cashier cant make change! who sets up a checker with no cash for change??!! I had been in line a full 10 minutes at this time, finally gave up. the checker was still wandering around trying to find someone to get her change. I will NEVER be back to that store!!!

Good for the unusual health food.

Gina is very passive aggressive when it comes to you not labeling your raw almonds at check out. I do not go to sprouts very often. Instead of being nice and educating, you get a bad stare and attitude.

Not too busy and I am usually able to get in and out quickly. Variety of items that can be hard to find elsewhere is excellent. Produce is also very well kept.

Absolutely horrible experience here. A cashier named Melissa was extremely rude. She also put fresh produce in bags with raw chicken, after she took the time to use hand sanitizer on her hands! Someone this ignorant should not be allowed to work with customers. I used to enjoy coming to this store. I will NEVER shop here again!

I was able to buy 5 days worth of meals for 60 bucks. Very reasonable prices. Even on organic grass feed beef. My on con is, I wish they had a larger selection on fresh herbs.

Very clean store with very friendly clerks! Great sales from time to time. Even buy one, get one free! Just be sure to check the expiration dates if you are stocking up to make sure you will use it before it goes bad as the dates can be close on the sale items (rightfully so).
