This location is great! Specifically, Lindsay was a prime example of great customer service and knowledgeable as well! My wife and I ordered an Original mattress online and expected to receive that mattress on a certain day but that expectation was not met and we almost canceled the order. However, we stopped by the Southlake location just to try the bed one more time before canceling the order and was happily greeted by Lindsay off the bat. We explained our situation and she was able to get us our mattress THAT DAY and we went home fulfilled and satisfied. Thank you so much Lindsay! You made our day!

Excellent! We went in for a mattress not expecting much but left with a smile (and mattress) from the warm and friendly service from Jack. He was very courteous and prompt, helped us with the available discounts and explained everything we asked about in detail. Store was very clean and welcoming.

My experience with Lindsay was Awesome! She was very polite and nice, not to mention knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I appreciated that Lindsay actually listened to me and helped me choose a mattress that was perfect for me. She also didnt try to sell me thing that I didnt need just to boost sales. Very good experience. Lindsay needs a big ol mattress moving person to help her out. Poor thing can do it fine, she is just so tiny compared to them big ol mattresses! Or at least give her a commission...

Great customer service. Had an involved transaction ( I thought). In and out in 10 minutes. Very customer oriented.

I have never stepped foot in this place, but I would still give it 5 stars. They provided me with the best customer service possible and I ended up buying a mattress that I never even tried over the phone. Summer was very nice, helpful, and knowledgable and could not have been any friendlier.

Great store layout, and great mattresses. Jonny was incredibly helpful in picking a mattress without being pressuring. Have demos to try in store.
