It was a really fast diagnosis and when I came in he indicated that the wrong injectors were sold to me. I had a new Titan Fuel Tank installed in my 2013 F-350. This is the first time I have used their service as I live about 30 miles away. I used Dynamic because they gave me the best price for installing a new gas tank. This has got to be the cleanest repair shop you will ever find which tells me of the professional service you will receive from this company. The phone quote I was given was the price I paid even though I think the job was a little more extensive than they thought. I waited in their super comfortable waiting area which reminded me of a real man cave (sorry no beer). If I need further work done on my Diesel, you can be assured I will take it here. Jim

This summer I purchased my first diesel pickup. Hoping to use it for pulling my travel trailer. Was having starting issues with it. Was going to take it to my usual service place but was told I would be better off taking it to a place that specializes in diesels. They recommended Dynamic Diesel so I took it there. They found out that 4 glow plugs were out. Also did a thorough check and found other things that will need to be addressed. Power steering hose, manifold exhaust gasket, tie rod ends with play in them etc. I recommend anyone who owns a diesel and needs to diagnose an issue I would certainly recommend Dynamic Diesel!

Have taken my 2017 Dodge to Dynamic diesel twice now. Both times I could not be happier with the customer service I have received. Their professionalism and stellar customer service have given me no reason to take my truck anywhere else. Its really nice to feel like I have a mechanic I can trust. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service, and advisement. My Service adviser Duane took the time to not only explain the current repairs I needed, but also to advise on future service items that could wait, but that I should be aware of. FAST service, and really fair prices. DO NOT think for a second that the local Ford Dealer is a better bet.

Customer service was awesome. They squeezed me in for a service on a Friday. Guys in shop and lady at the front desk were very friendly. Great customer lounge to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. I was pleasantly surprised to have received a follow up call several days later just making sure I was happy and that my truck was running well. I will be back to see these guys for future service needs on my Diesel.

Truck was occasionally getting a little hot, after getting it back from Dynamic for diagnosis I was told it needed a head gasket but ok to drive it till I could get it in. 20 miles later the temp spiked off the chart. Zero coolant in the radiator. Didn’t know the block cracked at that time. Paid to do the h gasket and studs. Still getting hot. Told it must have a cracked block. I bought a Blacks Diesel long block, a new turbo, new injectors. They did the install,,, over tightening the injectors so bad two or three cracked. I bought another full set of injectors and a different shop installed them and tried fixing dynamics terrible install. Turns out cylinder 3 has a terminal issue and the wire harness was pinched so bad the turbo isn’t working correctly nor exhaust brake.Of course they won’t in good faith take responsibility, at least yet. My 2008 truck is totaled and I paid them to do it!

Awesome shop! They were fast, friendly, and the service on my truck was completed perfectly and at a great price! Wish I could give them more than five stars.

Was quoted an obscene amount for a transmission fluid flush. They wanted $320 when all the other shops did it for $150. They also wanted $1,500 for a new heater core installed when I was quoted $400 from other shops.

I had an issue with 6.0 F250 where an egr related code was coming up so I did a few checks that I knew would lead me In the write direction of what the issue could be. I replaced my egr valve to start off and that helped a little bit because it was so caked that cleaning it would have been pretty useless. After about 200 miles the engine light came back on with the same code. When this happens I called few shops and explained everything that I found and was going on with my truck. The other guys all were just saying it’s a turbo and nothing else. I finally called Dynamic Diesel and spoke to Dwayne. I did the same thing with him explains what I was finding and he took the time to explain what is thoughts were and said he would start with a few different sensors instead of going straight to a $1200+ turbo. After all was said in done I scheduled a diagnostic test with them so I could get to the bottom of the problem. The results of that were a leak at the header and a miss aligned up pipe. I schedule to have the repairs done a week later and when I showed up to drop my truck off Dwayne greeted me and called me by name and had all the paper work right in front of him and recapped the work they were to perform before I handed over the keys and left. This is such a small think but it shows me they care about there customers and are very professional. I am new to the area an I have found a shop that I can trust. There pricing is very reasonable and very nice group at that shop.Thank you to the crew at dynamic diesel! It is very much appreciated

Great and friendly service

I was coming home from a trip to death valley, and suddenly lost all boost pressure and my check engine light came on. After looking all over for a boost leak, I gave up and limped it to Dynamic Diesel. They found a couple boost leaks and fixed them all for me, in a timely manner. Price was fair. I will be taking my truck there for any and all repairs going forward. These guys are great and really know what they are doing.

I lost a lot of money from this shop. The owners have trained their employees to perfectly bend any one over backwards. For almost 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS I have them to fix my truck, every time I picked it up it would not go over 100 miles before Id be back. I took my truck to mansurs garage once after that and my truck has never been back in a shop since. Open your eyes people!!

Definitely not a diesel shop, I asked them if I should detuned my truck so they could get proper readings. I was told we would do that to compare numbers that was not done, its hard to get proper readings when a truck has a 80 race tune and 4 degrees of timing and the fuel turned up

Weve had two excellent dealings with Dynamic Diesel. Our first was to replace the fuel injectors on our 05 Dodge Cummins. The 2nd, several years later, was to replace our water pump. The folks at Diesel Dynamics are friendly and extremely competent. We would not hesitate in giving this business the highest possible recommendation

Excellent customer service and they stand behind their work. Recently had some work done as I had a high pressure oil leak on my 6.0 Powerstroke. A short time after I had the oil filter cover completely blow its top off and leaked oil everywhere. Dash lights came on wouldnt start so I towed it to them again. Very possible it had nothing to do with their repair as I recently had an oil change but they took it in, replaced the part with an OEM cover did a complete oil change and pressure washed the engine to clean the oil mess under the hood. I expected to at least pay for an oil change but was completely shocked when I picked it up and they said no charge. Thanks Dynamic Diesel team, your service is awesome!

I should have written this review a while ago but better late than never. About 2 years ago I broke down in Reno (I am not a Reno resident) on a late Friday afternoon, suddenly I found myself in a race to get my vehicle towed to the nearest place that was open and had time to look at my truck (1994 dodge 2500 cummins) on a Saturday and try to atleast diagnose why I could not get it started. It would not turn over and when you turned the ignition for more than 5 seconds it would smoke from under the hood but I could not pin point where it was coming from.Eventually I had it towed to Roy Fosters Automotive (NAPA) on Keystone. The next day they called me to tell me the devistating news; what needed to be replaced was a power injection pump that it cost around $2,500 plus the labor. The rough estimate out the door was $3,500. After consulting with a few friends who own this same truck and doing some research online I discovered that this was a extremely rare part to fail. I decided to get a second opinion and take it to a diesel specialist... Dynamic Diesel.I remember being transferred to the repair department and explaining the situation to the gentleman on the phone and he seemed just as surprised to hear what had failed and the cost that Roy Fosters Automotive was going to charge me as I was. I had the truck towed to them on Monday morning; by noon I was jumping for joy when they called me back to inform me that what was wrong, was only the solenoid to the power injection pump that needed to be replaced for the cost of $350 plus the diagnostics fee. By 4pm the same day I was back home in Tahoe.I have been an employee of the Ritz Carlton Hotel company for 6 years and I truly appreciate and recognize good customer service when I see it, even If a company does the job, if I don’t feel comfortable with how I was treated I may not come back. Not the case here, every person I interacted with at Dynamic Deisel was extremely nice and personable from the receptionist, the gentleman on the phone in the repair department, the mechanic that was working on my truck even brought me into the repair floor to show me exactly what was going on with the truck; not many repair shops do that. I also must have spent 3-5 hours in the waiting room which was extremely comfortable, and the receptionist must have checked on me atleast once an hour. I feel guilty for not remembering any of their names.All in all maybe I felt a whole lot better for saving nearly $3,000, maybe I should be writing a terrible review for Roy Fosters Automotive instead. I haven’t had any issues that have been diesel specific with truck since, but if I do I will be without question coming back. I still rock their koozies when I’m having a cold one and always recommend their service to anyone with diesel issues. True professionals!Ross

They know how to charge alot of money but there work on my pickup engine,tranmission, brakes front end over 6000.oo dollars. The brakes no parkbrake, oil seals were not put in right leaked ruined brake shoes. Service tranmission 3 quarts low, burn transmission up cost me 3000.00 had to have brakes redone a much more more money ruin vacation two and half week getting pickup redone so i could go home more money and all i get is a. Run around from this outfit. Will report to better business Bureau and will be takeing them to court more money so if you need your vehicle worked on for Godsakes go some where thats honest and know what there doing
