Fantastic tech Cory serviced my car. Exactly the type of staff you want, courteous informative respectful and extremely knowledgeable and experienced with these cars. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beyond that dealing with the owner, Jess, he walked me through all the things we want to do to build this car and again super courteous and knowledgeable and no attitude by anybody in the shop. It’s a breath of fresh air moving To a new brand of car and having a shop like this in town is a real completion of the circle of brand ownership. I wouldn’t hesitate to take your car there for a second

Very professional, fairly priced, excellent customer service. This shop is CERTIFIED by Porsche and can perform routine maintenance in addition to repairs. Would recommend.

This place knows nothing about BMW and will unprogram you cast and dme unit like they did to my car what a joke of a place! Rick over promised and the mechanics under delivered. These people didnt even put my car back together when I picked it up what kind of shop does that! I had to go back in and tell them to put it back together. What a s#%t place.

I have several older cars that all need constant attention. I am also a dedicated indie car shop person....I like meeting the people who work on my cars and being able to develop a relationship with them. The guys at Reno Rennsport have always given me the time to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, teach me things when needed, and help me understand when something wasn’t clear. These are traits that create trust, which is something I genuinely value in my car shop. My car needs have become quite specialized, and the attention to detail and excellence has been comforting. Thanks to all the RR folks...Happy mechanics, happy cars. Happy cars, happy me. Highly recommended.

Brought my new Porsche in after trying other shops in a 200 mile radius. When I say these guys have my business for life I mean it. They are professional and know how to diagnose problems from engines to alignments. They know their stuff and their prices are very very reasonable. Other shops charge crazy labor rates and take huge mark ups on parts. My bill in CA for the same work was almost 2.5 times more than Reno Rennsport. These guys offer better transparency in the work that NEEDS to be done especially for someone like me who is not as familiar with the new technologies in the Porsche engines. Im thankful I made the 2 hour drive to Reno and found Reno Rennsport. They saved me huge coin and provided excellent service. Id recommend them to everyone. Thanks

So I finally brought my 911 (newer car) to Reno. The Porsche dealer here? Terrible, not knowledgeable, and pretentious. Within 5 minutes of being at the dealer I knew I needed to find an Indie Porsche shop. After some research on my own, and one of my clients (Porsche restoration company) recommendations I decided to give these guys a try. Thank goodness I did! They are wonderful, and they clearly love Porsches as much as I do. Great service, and knowledge of the product theyre servicing. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was recommended to them through another mechanic and am glad for the reference. I do not feel stupid asking questions that may seem mundane and appreciate the candid advise I have received. I feel very comfortable taking my car there as I am sure it will be done right and without the up-sell mentality. So far have done battery (which was complicated on the series I have), tires, and a service, Will be back for all my mechanical needs with this car.

Only have had my 911 Turbo S serviced there once. I was very impressed with their over all knowledge of the car. I certainly will return for all my future service and mechanical needs.

The ONLY place we take our BMWs for repair. They advise and educate of issues seen while doing other work but will not push. Good guys - they are the best place in the area for BMW, Mini or Porsche maintenance or repairs!

I WOULD NOT take my BMW here ever again, I took my BMW here about a month ago to get ONE door fixed which cost $600+, it took them a week and a half to fix a door handle...I had to keep on calling just to see what the status of the repair is and not only that, the guy kept up charging for stupid things, he said that my door panel was kinda loose and that he can glue it for $100 dollars more....wow freaking ridiculous, a 100 dollars to glue something??? no thanks. He also said that I would need to use 2 keys to operate my car, one for the door and one for the ignition, I told him that I only wanted to use one key to operate my car and he told me that its going to cost another $105 to decode it so I can use the same key. When the repair was finally finished, I paid my $600 and when I got to my car, there was a huge deep scratch on the door knob which wasnt suppose to be there (they tried to cover the scratch with a black marker lol), its suppose to be a brand new door handle that they ordered, but instead I got a DAMAGED part that took a week and a half to replace for $600.00. You would think that if your going to pay $600 to fix a door knob, that it would be a high quality, professional repair but no I got a repair that took forever with a damaged part installed. definitely not worth the money. I wouldnt be surprised if all the other reviews that are written on here are from from the people who work there.
