I called Mike and expressed my frustrations. He was very happy to help. I brought in my 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck in to see if Mike could fix the electrical problem of my window not going up and down. I had the window motor, switch and relay replaced and had no idea why it would not work. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Mike was able to diagnose the issue in no time. He determined that the window motor was faulty. It was replaced and the window works perfectly!!! Thank you Mike for your professionalism and honesty. Will definitely return if any motor vehicle problems occur in the future.
