1. The shop didnt park the car correctly and it rolled off into a fence. The manager told me IM the weird one for using the hand brake to park in a manual transmission car. The hand brake is also called the parking brake. I guess Im crazy for parking with the parking brake. He also wasnt very shy about asking if Id like to file another claim and pay them more money. He was very quick to ask if I was interested. The audacity.2. Upon leaving my review, I received several phone calls with harassing and threatening messages. Upon declining those calls any further, I was then harassed through Facebook for several weeks.3. Progressive later informed me that upon inspection, they will be holding the shop liable not for the negligent parking, but rather, the fact they GLUED the front bumper cover on with some strange black putty, rather than use screws, nuts, or any other intended means of repairs. The only way to repair the car is to smash the bumper to pieces removing it.4. After leaving my original review, the review was deleted. Seems like they didnt like having criticism for their bad business practices and poorly behaved associates.Avoid at all costs.

I was involved in a hit and run and needed to get the front end of my car fixed.I had called around a few places, one place that had the most reviews said it would take a few weeks to get me in but I thought hey they must be good. The staff ended up being unprofessional so I went to High Tech. Figured insurance was taken care of it so it didnt matter much.Glad I did, the whole team was cool as could be, helped me out, took time to look over the car and had my car back to me in no time at all. I even got the option to be updated daily or when the vehicle was done, which I just chose when done.They did a killer job, the car looks like new so I know where to bring the car next time.

I had a great experience with High Tech and would recommend them to anyone that needed body work. They repainted a portion of my truck and matched a very difficult color beautifully. The staff there was incredibly friendly and professional and kept me updated on the repairs. If you need a body shop this place is worth the visit!

Did good job on body damageCharged 80 dollars to tell us calipers were in wrong instead of fixing them so they could charge us again for fixing them dirty tricks do not get me to come back and I will not be back because I know what it takes for that job 30 min max

I dropped off my car for repair and told the service advisor that the car is not to be driven off their property. The service advisor understood my request. High Tech Collision contacted me inquiring if I would be interested in using All American Auto body because the shop would be able to complete the repairs faster. I agreed but advised High Tech Collision that I would transport the car to All American Auto Body shop. The service advisor asked me to give him an hour to put the car back together and I agreed. This was a lie. Unknowingly, High Tech Collision had my car in transport without my permission. Instead of being truthful that they handed my car keys off to a stranger the shop used deceptive business practices. The other shop returned the car back before we arrived. After repairs were completed we reviewed our dash cam and discovered the deceptive business practices of both shops. The employee at All American Auto Body was racing my car to and from the body shop so we wouldnt know they were driving the car without authorization. The employee was coughing in the car, going thru the car, playing with stereo, paddle shifting and doing a poor job of karaoke. No covid sanitization occurred and we were allowed to take car and drive to All American Auto Body shop. All American Auto Body also used deceptive business practices and did not advise me of the incident. Both shops did not practice Covid State Guidelines as directed by Nevada Mandate which is caught on the dash cam. Neither shop advise us that the car was on the road or protected us from catching Covid-19.

Took my car in for a whole front bumper repair, and it came out way better than I expected. I definitely recommend this place. They will take care of your vehicle 👍
