Top notch company from beginning to end! Everything went just as we wanted. Our installers, Miguel and Dylan really hustled for the two and a half days they were here. I really cant believe how well the new cabinets look and fit. Good job!I highly recommend Closets by Design for custom designed cabinets for your home.

I love how my closet turned out. The guys who installed the cabinets and shelves were really nice and they did an amazing job installing everything. Im only giving it a 4 start because I wish the designer have given me more options with different designs for my closet and to utilize the space more other than having a huge amount of bare wall on one side of our walk in closet. Other than that, they did an amazing job.

First the positives. We had four closets done with drawers, shelves, etc. They are very good and very functional. The layout was great for the space and so far we are very happy with them.The negative. We had a desk installed in our office. Our paperwork listed a 30 inch cabinet. What the paperwork did not detail was the extra 2 inch topper. So we ended up with a 32 inch high desk. Since the standard desk height is 26-30 inches, our chairs and monitor mounts dont work with the new height. The chairs is especially frustrating because even at max height, our arm angle isnt adequate which I am worried about long term with carpal tunnel. Now we have to get new chairs, but the problem there is office chairs go 21 inches seat to ground at max height, which is what we have. So we have to find chairs beyond that standard, which greatly reduces the availability of the chairs. Basically we have to get a big and tall chair, or gaming chairs to get the 23 inches seat to floor. I called to speak to the sales manager and she just kept repeating we installed 30 inch cabinets, they are 30 inches. I kept telling her the functional height was 32 inches due to the topper. She informed me the owners would call me, that was 2 weeks ago, no call.

We used Closets by Design in Reno to set up our home office with two work stations. We had a couple of other companies come out to give bids in addition to Closets by Design.Their bid was fair and the design by Christina is great. The installation was flawless and the installers were top notch. We now have a lot more storage and it seems as if we have more room in the office. We are extremely pleased with the quality, price and workmanship.

We are impressed by the excellent work of Closets By Design of Reno, first by designing our master bedroom walk-in closet, and then by their timely and smooth installation. Kudos!

Great place! They have a wide variety of options to choose from. They do everything in house, to include the cutting and sanding of the material.

Our job included a custom master bedroom closet and an entire wall with bed, desks and shelving for our smallest guest room. Nadine was wonderful in helping us through the planning process. The gentleman and lady who did the installation were extremely competent, respectful and careful. Both jobs look great and we couldnt . be happier.

I would certainly recommend Closets by Design-Reno. I found a design I liked in a magazine and Nadine worked with me to duplicate the design for a craft room. Jose and Chris were the installers and they work hard all day and cleaned up each day afterward. They were competent and friendly and we were very pleased with the outcome.

We had a wonderful experience with Closets By Design. They came to the house at our convenience and measured our closet. We were asked questions that would help customize our closet to what we needed. Then we went to the showroom to look at examples and look at our designs. We were impressed. Installation day came about two weeks later and the two men were done in one day. Very happy with that. They forgot to install one of the rods, we called immediately and they dropped it off Monday. My husband installed it easily on his own. We love our new closet.

We had a great experience with closets by design. We met Scott and he was available to come quickly, set up a design time within a couple days, and the closet was installed within 3 weeks. The installers were ontime and finished when expected. Our closet is beautiful and functional. Im very happy we decided to have a custom design for our closet.

We had our closets installed in may and i waited to write a review. The design and selection in the showroom were great the staff was polite and friendly. The installation was so so the cabinets look great however the crew had scraped our walls and removed some paint which they didnt tell us about. We had paid for trim to be installed on the top and bottom which I had assumed that would be done thruout the closet, it was not they only installed around the closets the put in. I had thought for the amount of money we paid the closet would have been finished trim and all. And I assumed a follow up call on the installation would have come a few days later but it did not.

From beginning to completion of project (master closet and bathroom closet), Closets by Design performed with the upmost professionalism. The engineered designs were great, the installers were timely, the work was done to design specifications, installed professionally, the installers answered all our questions and concerns and did a wonderful of cleaning up daily and when job was finished. Highly recommend them!!
