I unfortunately made the mistake of choosing we kitchens 5 years ago for our new kitchen cabinets. We wanted cabinet doors that were easy to clean. Took the technicians 3 full days. Other than a handle on the wrong side of 1 cabinet and 2 piece panels next to the fridge, because they were to short to begin with, we were happy it was done! 5 years later, we tore down some walls and wanted an island. Reluctantly we went back to we kitchens for matching cabinets. Had an appointment with Christina and received a call 10 minutes before the appointment that she was running late. Over an hour later she showed up and was all business, no apology at all. 3 months later they come to do the install, and of the 5 cabinets installed, not one of the doors was the right size! They had no toe kick baseboards, no island end panels. no handles, and no light rail trim. So they called us the next week and said they ordered the new doors and will call when they arrive in 6 weeks or so, to set another appointment. So they don’t manufacture everything here in Reno, like they say on the website. Finally they come with the doors. They all fit this time, but again no toe kick baseboards, handles, or light rail trim. The spice cabinet door didn’t close all the way either. Seemed like the drawer glides on it were too long. They decided to cut holes in the cabinet back and the wall in order to make the wrong glides work. So again they left and we were called and told they would get everything and call to set up another appointment to finish the job. That happened and 3 weeks later they were to be here between 2 and 4 pm. They called at 4:25pm to let us know they didn’t have the material and weren’t coming that day. The next day they call and now have the materials and are ready to come the following day. Save yourself a long drawn out headache by choosing another cabinet company! Twice unfortunately, we were disappointed with we kitchens and they have never offered us any compensation for all the troubles.

I made the worst mistake to go with this company for cabinet refacing. It took them forever to get me an appointment and when the day came three months later, eight people showed up and didn’t finish the work. They left the drainage pipes undone and refused to put them together claiming that they don’t touch the plumbing. They also refused to put back the bathroom mirror after taking it down. These people should not be allowed to do business anywhere. If you call for answers they give you the run around and sheer rudeness. I appeal to the BBB or whoever to investigate this outfit and de register them ASAP. Please do not do business with them. Cheap can be expensive. I now have to find somebody else to finish the work they started.

We decided to reface our 46 year-old cabinets. We try to support our local businesses whenever possible so we decided to have WE Kitchens come out and give us a quote.From the beginning to the end of our kitchen process we were completely pleased. Kayla was our salesperson and very helpful and very patient with us as we kept going back and forth on colors and what-not. Jose and Russel were our installers and I cannot say enough about them and how professional they were. They were on time, they were respectful of our home, they worked hard all day and they did an amazing job. There were a couple of spots that I wasnt happy with and I pointed them out to Jose and he corrected them right away - no questions asked. My kitchen looks brand new and I could not be happier. I would recommend WE Kitchens to anyone who is looking to reface their cabinets. I went with the Thermafoil cabinets. Its a wonderful product. When you reface with WE Kitchens, you get all new cabinets and drawers. The frame is what is refaced.We have several more projects that we have had WE Kitchens come out and measure for and I look forward to using them again in the very near future.Thank you WE Kitchens for your awesome staff and my amazing transformed kitchen!

We previously hired this establishment to reface our kitchen cabinets. They were all custom made and installed, and they finished them fabulously. Looked great. Now, having a larger family we’ve added cabinets and had them come out to help reface more... 1. We were told they couldn’t even find our previous order?? So they couldn’t look up what we had done or how to match it, much less our warranty. In addition, we felt as If there was 0 respect for the fact that we’d already given this company our business. The measurer told me they couldn’t make double doors on one cabinet, until I showed him that they’d literally made that exact size of doors for us previously. The designer completely refused to work with us, because the styles of our cabinets are mismatch... not even sure why this matters to them, as they cabinets will be mismatched whether they reface them or not, we just wanted matching colors and doors. They told us “we wouldn’t like the way it looked” but as someone who’s literally had them come out before to do the same thing previously, this was a pretty annoying response. To top it off, the phone call we received giving us the news was brief, cold and absolute. NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE EXPECTING SOMEONE WHO WILL WORK WITH YOU. I wouldn’t even mind if they didn’t want to touch the custom cabinet or something but they just flat refused to reface any of them, even the standard ones?? I almost never write reviews, but I’m supremely disappointed with this company. I only gave 2 stars because they did such a spectacular job the first time. Such a let down. Sorry folks. Go elsewhere.***UPDATE*** thanks so much to the owner for responding. As earlier indicated, we were not provided this information... we even specifically asked about doing a partial. And were declined. Not sure where the disconnect is with employees, but I do appreciate this info. Maybe we will reach back out. Thanks again.

During our current landscape businesses have altered their way of making initial contact with potential customers via email in order to avoid an excess amount of people inside, hence maintaining social distancing guidelines. WE kitchens has a link to submit your contact info in order to make an appointment with them........I have done so twice over the past 2 weeks with no reply of any sort.

My friend and I walked into We kitchens yesterday with the hope of finding someone that could help me with my new cabinetry purchase. What we encountered was a young girl that greeted us with such unprofessionalism that I was taken aback by it. There was no smile, no encouragement that we were here giving them our business. She acted as if she was going out of her way to say hello. Her first comment was hello do you have an appointment? Im not sure I would want to go back and ask for a bid from this company based on the simple way that we were greeted. If thats your fresh face when people walk in the door, just dont bother.

My 81 yr old father ordered new cabinets and counter top. I do not recommend as the cabinets do look good they are laminate covered. They removed his Granite counter tops and replaced it with laminate covered counter tops. They mis- measured told my father to buy a smaller kitchen sink. Once he complained they did change the cabinet to the correct size. When they tore out the granite counter top they tore big holes in the sheet rock which the workers said it was not their responsiblity to fix. He had to hire a contractor to fix the walls and tile to cover the damage.

Horrible customer service. After waiting months for my appointment to come, they did not bring enough material so my kitchen is not finished. I was told to call and schedule another appointment and I am being told that I am going to have to wait another month for them to come finish what they did not finish. Rather than working with me and trying to get it completed as soon as possible, the only thing they could offer was an apology.

I just had cabinets re-faced by WE Kitchens and was delighted with the product and service. The pricing was far better than replacing these cabinets that were still in good shape.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The designer Kathy is horrible. She misled me about the size of the cabinets and expected me to figure out the dimensions of cabinets that would fit my space myself. I told her repeatedly what I wanted but she ignored me and ordered something else without checking with me first. Absolutely awful!!!

We went in to inquire about new cabinets today and were completely ignored! Finally after 15 minutes of not even being acknowledged by staff who were sitting down chatting and laughing we left. Horrible service!!!
