When I was there shopping, Im on oxygen by the way, I ran out of oxygen in the one I had been using at the checkout, My granddaughter ran to get my other one, I was getting nerves and it was busy in there, but they just kept telling me its ok and no to worry about it ask me if I would like a water... And they checked me out and it was self checkout my granddaughter got back with my oxygen and I asked if someone could help me and one of them did he has a grandma on oxygen I was so happy with all who helped me that day even helped me with my groceries I dont shop any where else! THANKS !!!😊

I went to return something at 7 pm i stood in line and an employee who was at the cashier right across from customer service told me they were closed. I left and Walked around 30 minutes, I walked in front of customer service and guess what? They were open that employee was too dam lazy to do her job i asked what time did they closed they say 30 minutes before the store closes.

Out of several products but had sufficient variety that we had no issue. Clean and quick.

I am not really happy with this Wal-Mart because the shelves have been empty?? I have to go to another store to get what I need and hope they have the items I needYou guys need to hire help so this does not happen. I love to shop there because you can get just about anything I need. I hope I can continue to shop there and hope you guys get better help.

This walmart is usually well stocked and clean. Theres not alot of cashiers though. The lines get extremely long. Other than that its always a good experience

Actually got help from two different employees. It was much appreciated. Would be 5 stars but the toy dept sucks. ALWAYS EMPTY!! I’m pretty sure they don’t order things in house, but how is that mgr not SCREAMING for product?!?! Poor.

Not enough help, they dont make the people that wont wear masks leave or put them on and customer service to send money to others etc., never follows their hours to be open. Only two registers usually open except for self check out. Pretty frustrating going there. They never answer phone in customer service to even see if they are open. They wont answer the phone to let you know if they have a certain item in stock. On and on....

It seems like it depends on the day of the week or weather you look like a bum or for whatever reason they decide, I wanted to exchange a shirt I bought that was too big, I just wanted a smaller size but didnt have my receipt. I never had an issue exchanging anything before. And folks we are talking about a 6.99 shirt. This is the same place that would not let you try on a pair of pants and if you bought them and they did not fit they would not exchange them. So a big thumbs down for the second street walmart. Not that my opinion means a dam thing to them.

Huge lines for self check-out, but only one accepted cash out of about 20. Then only two lines with checkers that had lines as far as you could see.

Big box store that has almost literally everything you might need from groceries to motor oil.The only reason I visit Walmart is for a specific item/items. I usually buy motor oil, car batteries and snacks. Today it was for a specific grill that only this location had in stock.Generally, Walmart is too big for me. I guess I would have to say that I hate to wonder around.

There was plenty of variety in all items, it was busy but the lines seemed to move by pretty quickly. Best of all this Walmart actually had shopping carts inside of the store for customers to use unlike the other Walmarts that Ive been to where they are always outside in the holding areas.

To be honest 1 star is generous. This place is always pure chaos. Unfortunately, comes across that most don’t care customers have long waits everyone. Also if you need something good luck. 75% of the time that Item is probably out of stock. Not to mention when you place an order with the bakery for a big event and it never gets made. New management or current management holding employees accountable would go a long way toward making improvements in this place and restoring customer satisfaction.

Always check on the clearance isle its stocked with random finds. I found this Bubba jug and baby yoda sticker on it.Jug was $5Yoda sticker was $.50

Their shelves are empty, their employees know nothing and their pick up service is a joke. Customer service is non-existent here. Its a shame this retail giant has no idea how to provide a pleasant or convenient shopping experience.

This is my favorite favorite store has been for 10 years now Ive never ever had a problem with this store cuz Ive given a lot of business with my companies I went to customer service for my work and there was a lady there I wish I would have got her name was so nasty I dont even think she should be in this world let alone working at Walmart hands down the worst experience. I hope she never works in customer service in her life again. For the sake of the people 🤬💯👺💩😖☠️ and I will get her name and I will make sure she never works in my town again with the people that I know.

They are out of stock on so many items that it was really frustrating to shop. There was a fire alarm beeping for the full 40 minutes we were in the store. I gave 2 stars because check out was quick.

If I could do No stars I would. This Walmart is the WORST I have ever been too. They are always out of stock for pretty much everything. A lot of the employees are RUDE and impolite. Their check cashing and money order section is always down, along with their self check out machines. The management is Horrible and RUDE. THIS STORE NEEDS A DAMN MAKEOVER.. I would advise shopping anywhere else but here!!

This Walmart doesnt always have stocked shelves, but their Customer Service, cleanliness and friendly staff add a better shopping experience than some other locations. I am guessing they did not factor in the huge growth of this particular area so the store is not as big as perhaps some other locations. However, you feel safe shopping at this location and staff is always very helpful.

The way the merchandise is organized is chaotic. Shelves were disorganized and largely empty. It wasnt crowded and (self)checkout was open and quick. Cant tell you if the staff was friendly cause I didnt interact with any of them.

This Walmart sucks always a line unless youre shopping late at night. Somehow this Walmart has different store policies than every other Walmart.

Definitely one of the cleanest and most organized with the friendliest and most helpful staff. But when you compare that to some of the other Walmarts its not saying much. However, it is more than decent here. #1 fave Walmart to go to

I have selected every extension at this location and no one has answered. I purchased a ring a couple of months and ago, went through the process of getting it sized and now nearly two months later it has not been sent back to the Walmart jewelry department. I have gone to the store now about 5 or 6 times asking about when it would arrive but Im constantly met with the associate that works the jewelry counter only works Sundays and Mondays before 10, this is ridiculously unacceptable. How is it that no one else has the skill set to work the jewelry department? During my last visit, I went to the customer service desk to return the ring (which, neither I nor Walmart are in possession of and I got the same response, the associate that works the jewelry counter only works Sundays and Mondays before 10. I DO NOT want the ring anymore and I want a full refund. I will NEVER make this sort of purchase at this Walmart or any other Walmart again.

Very unhelpful with prepaid cell phones. Lori was unwilling to help since the gal that usually works with the phones was out. She said she would help but never came back even though I was right near the register.

Walmart sells a little bit of everything. Its handy because its close and on a hot day when you need a few things and you dont want to drive from this store to that store to pick up this and that, theres Walmart. Good bet theyll have it. And their ac is nice.

This is just yet another poor display of a huge, mismanaged company. Dont bother expecting a clean inside area to shop or an online pickup section that is even close to getting it together. This place is brutal both inside and out.

Had what I needed. But not every time even if it says Instock on the app it hasnt fully updated. Even curbside pick up was out of the things I ordered although it said it was in store. Walmart Online seems to be more reliable.

You know I really like Walmart and their prices but I wish they would put in a much better pajama section the kids have a great beginner section but the adults the actual adults the ones you dont want to wear a bunch of stains on their pajamas they dont have anything for what they do have you youre looking like a teenage kid or cheap...........

Ill make it short and sweet. Ask any store associate working at the store, a simple question. Same answer across the board of..... I Dont Know???? No one will go get another person to get that question answered for you. Been on hold for over an hour to get a different question answered nothing. Passing the question to a different person (4x). Close the store or hire better people.

Our go to for groceries. With a household of 6 this is one of the best places to get the most bang for your buck.Store is clean and staff for the most part is friendly. Dont ask anyone for help though... They will either look at you totally lost or act like it is the biggest inconvenience in the world.For the most part things stay stocked and things are fresh. Have ran into a few moldy tomato and strawberry packs.

Always has a better selection of foods and always stocked with what you need. I rarely see an empty shelf. There probably the best in the whole Truckee Meadows.

Nothing has changed. Everything is always out of stock. The store is a mess. The only registers you can use is are the automated ones and then half of them arent open or dont work. The front end staff lets lines just clog the front before calling for assistance and the automated register staff dont know how to clear anything. Avoid at all costs.

Walmart is a zoo full of undomesticated animals. The employees are robots and there isnt an ounce of compassion in that place.

Insane place. Parking lot is a combo - bumper cars and obstacle course. The cart returns were overloaded and carts were everywhere. Inside the store, hard to find products - no one to assist. I left there exhausted and stressed out.Tip: Its a store, not a playground. Do you really need to bring the entire family to grab groceries for the week?

Once again the shelf was not stocked with various everyday items. Employee, were all standing around talking. Ask for help each one said they didnt work in that department. Tried to ask another employee to grab something off a high shelf he agreed than took off. So here I am climbing shelves to get what I wanted. Complete 100% chaos in this store.

As far as finding everything that you need in one store, Super says it all! My family and I were staying in Sparks, Nevada for a few days and needed some supplies. So we went to the local Walmart Supercenter and were able to get the groceries and misc. at the same time, boom done!

Since the remodel the shelves are filled with more products. Things are easier to find. Employees are more friendly and help you more. The store looks much cleaner.

Anytime that you have to get into any glass (hardware, alcohol, baby supplies), you mine as well forget about it because nobody will ever show up and offer assistance to unlock the cabinets

Its like any WalMart. There just a few things I purchase there and it was crowded at this location. What I didnt see was electronic things going out. It was groceries and toiletries mostly.These are the things I buy there.

Always pallets of goods in the way. Nobody that works there ever has an answer, its always I dont know, Im sorry. No price check scanners, apparently removed due to items being left at the scanners for employees to put away according to 1 worker. Liquor cabinet locked with no button to call for assistance, of course no worker ever has a key, but just go ask the cashier they can get someone to help you. Then of course the cashier picks up the phone and saysum Im sorry the phone is dead. Poorly managed store.

Pharmacy customer care is unacceptable. After being in the urgent care for three hours, my daughter finally made it to the pharmacy to pick up her medication right at 7pm. Staff was still there, but she was turned away and technicians just walked off without a care in the world that someone really needed their meds. It was understandably closing time, but when it comes to sick people and their medication that situation could’ve been handled better if the staff actually cared about the people they were serving.

Waited around for half-hour for help when help showed up they told me that no employee could get on computer to sell me a fishing license. Two Walmarts told me this

This used to be a superior store in our area. However, after going through 5 managers in as many years, it just hasnt lived up to its reputation. The store associates have no clue how to properly wear a protective mask. The store shelves are always in need of restocking. The self check machines are constantly down for the count. Time to get a store manager who actually cares about the customer.

Again need more checkers ! I dont know if its the stores fault but frozen section is always empty and when I say empty, I mean couldnt find any ice cream!!! Just a few popsicles ! Kinda of bummer !

Great grocery selection, was very surprised to see how much produce/meat they carry here (seems like more than other walmarts). The quality of walmart brand items in general is lacking, weve had to return many items to the point we just stopped buying walmart brand. The employees here are generally not that helpful but there are some nice ones.
