Kays just another place to check out what was available for wedding rings for Robyn and I..that is, until we walked through the doors. We loved the whole experience. the staff was exceptional..the selection was beautiful..and the shop is very professionally ran. Everyone was great.. and my now Fiance gets so many compliments on her ring that she is always looking at her hand and Smiles so big!!

They had a large selection of different pieces of jewelry at this location, which I didnt expect given this stores average size. The displays were well-lit, but not ostentatious, which allows for more jewelry to be shown. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, which I appreciated.

They ruined a beautiful engagement ring and the manager is a C U Next Tuesday trying say they will refund me and sell me the same ring for more do not go here go to the kays in the mall Forget this place Ive bought from the 1 out at the mall they are nicer and not tryna steal all your money disc Dr kays trys say my warranty is passed when it clearly states it covers it to be restored back to it normal state if we are not pleased with how it comes back from being sized and it took so long for them to refund the money that my credit got hit and I still gotta pay another 200 for a ring I dont got the assistant manager was awesome tho she tried her best to make things right will say that she was the only positive out of this whole horrible experience proposing is already hard and scary and all this happens be ware try helzburg or Jareds

Always good sales and great quality jewelry. I always buy family gifts here. Can get very nice earrings for as cheap as 70$ when you get the sales. Wedding rings. Higher end diamonds. Bought wife very nice diamond earrings for under 700. On white gold. Many options. Wont be disappointed.

I typically have a good experience at this store but today I had a very unpleasant experience and it has changed the way I see Kay. I came into the store today after trying to call 10+ times to check on the status of my ring (prongs needed to be tightened and rings saudered). The calls would not go through and never went to voicemail, just rang endlessly. When I came into the store I explained why I was there and asked if they were having phone issues. The woman was very rude and said when we are busy customers in the store take precedent. No apology or anything. My ring has also been gone a week longer than expected. After the ring was inspected again it was determined that it was saudered incorrectly and had to be sent back in. The woman then said see this is why we typically check the rings and then call you to pick it up. Again no apology for the terrible work they had done or the inconvenience. Im so disappointed and will never recommend this store or Kay.

My husband purchased a necklace from this location for Valentine’s Day. Had the necklace for less than 2 weeks and the chain broke. I took the necklace in and was told it would be $45.99 to replace the chain that I had had for LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! Furious, I took the chain and pendant back and on the way out, the sales lady, who was very matter of fact and not helpful, said they had similar chains there in the store I could buy for about the same price!!! Adding insult to injury!!! I called customer service and they couldn’t discuss anything with me because it wasn’t my name on the sales receipt. I WAS even considering buying a set of earrings I saw there while I was waiting but now I will never spend one more dime there. We have spent thousands there in the past and they have missed out on thousands of dollars in future purchases over $45.99 plus tax. Bravo......

I had a custom Mothers ring designed and created. Kathy and Frank were wonderful. Kay jewelers did an amazing job on the ring for my Mother. They have my loyalty. Im not much of a shopper. I go to Kay jewelers, tell them what I am looking for and they offer the perfect suggestion. I will go to no other jewelry shop. I love the people and they make each visit a wonderful experience.

This is the store I buy my jewelry from and where the inspections for my jewelry are accomplished. The salespeople are friendly and very helpful. If you do not find the stone you want they will order it for you. I prefer this Kay Jewelry over Meadowood Malls store.

Really disappointed with not only the quality of their products but as well the quality of their service. When I walked into this location, it was dead silent and only one representative was at the counter. I had gone in to send my ring for repair as this is the third time a diamond has fallen out in the few years ive owned the ring. To my surprise, I was told I would not get my ring back until 2 1/2 months later to replace one relatively small diamond. I asked why it would take so long and was given a shrug with no real answer. After the awkward and disappointing experience, I received an email survey and filled it out honestly. The manager then contacted me with a very lack luster response. Really bummed that my husband and I purchased our jewelry with Kay and not elsewhere. The product and the service certainly leaves a lot to be desired.

I had my ring shipped here from another kay jewelers and stopped in to pick it up, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a question about how my ring was fixed, and the lady kindly explained the process to me without a hesitation. I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my ring, and the wonderful service.

Went in to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring and have a replacement diamond put into her ring I bought her as well. We confirmed the ring that I wanted to buy was there and in stock and then proceeded to inquire about having the diamond replaced in her current ring. This is where things took a huge turn. We were told the ring had never come in to be evaluated after 6 months of the purchase. Well as we pointed out that was false as the ring had been resized and sent in. Apparently that doesnt count as an evaluation of the ring, their own repair and sizing staff had the ring literally in their hands but that doesnt count. We then were told that to reestablish the warranty on the ring that we would have to purchase a new diamond for the ring and pay for it to be installed. To get the warranty I paid for on her ring, $75, to fix these kinds of problems, I have to pay to fix the problem...what? I asked how much it was and because our sales person didnt know she asked the manager who I could clearly hear say it cost them, the store $23, but that it would cost me $45 to get it repaired and reestablish my warranty I already purchased for $75. My girlfriend really liked the ring we had come in for and I was already willing to spend the money for it so I asked if I bought the almost $3,000 ring we came in for if they would take care of the diamond in the old ring. We were met with a no, but were told, ...you could buy the ESP (the warranty) on the new one. I will never shop here again, I have purchased several rings here and obviously wanted to buy more but the horrid customer service I received will make sure I never walk in that store again. Please consider shopping elsewhere.

This was a terrible experience. We picked out a ring for myself and daughter. Both rings were on sale. Everything fit and we were good to go. The rep ran my credit, I was approved and it was time to pay. Both rings rang up higher than what the advertised price was right in front of them. David went to the manager who would NOT HONOR the advertised price. So now, I have an account at a store that I dont need. A hit to my credit report and have to leave this review so you wont get taken like I did.

I bought my wifes wedding ring from Kay. Soon after two small diamonds were discovered missing. The people at Kay immediately had the stones replaced. They had easy access to the purchase transaction and were egsr to handle the problem. Very professional and helpful.

Terrible customer service! You’re better off going to Helzberg, even with COVID restrictions Helzberg does everything they can to take care of and help their customers. Will never shop with Kay Jewelers again. Their pieces break often and now due to COVID they won’t stand by the warranties they insist you buy.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Hailey does NOT explain the trade in policy well. While trading in a ring retailer at over $3,000 she rang it in for less than $400 towards purchase of a new ring. Completely mislead us was better off buying new piece at sale price and keeping trade in and selling personally to local jeweler. Watch out for Hailey she’s a shyster!

The people here were super friendly, however.... the ring set that we purchases needed to go in for sizing. Apparently ours (along with 3 or 4 others I was told) were lost or misplaced while at the repair facility. We were originally told a date for pick up of the 1st. When I called them on the 2nd or 3rd to ask about it, I was told that it was a promise date of the 8th... ok, fine. I didnt have the receipt at the time to ask why it changed by a week, but whatever. When I called on the 8th, I was told that yes it was in, they had me on the list to call and to make sure I brought all of my original paperwork in. When my wife and I arrived, we were told about the lost rings, and they had replaced it with another ring (same style, size and everything, so cool), but they forgot about the accompanying band.The biggest problem I had was nobody ever called, emailed or tried to contact me in any way to let me know why it was taking an extra week for the sizing, or what was actually going on. I know that it wasnt the sales teams fault that the loss happened, and Hailey was very nice and sweet about the whole thing and put a rush on the sizing of the band so it would only take 4 days to get... but the frustration of being blind-sided with all this information, and the disappointment on my wifes face with everything that happened made the experience not quite as fulfilling as it should have been. It was for our 15th anniversary, and I had a special dinner planned, but the set is incomplete and its not the same as it should have been. It was, for us, a rather large purchase (it was the same cost as my used car) and I wanted it to be special...As I said, everybody was very friendly and apologetic, but the lack of communication was, to be frank, inexcusable.
