I went into the store to ship some boxes for my work. I had 27 medium size boxes that ranged in different weights and had to go to 27 different locations across the country. I came prepared with a spreadsheet with all the information needed to ship the boxes. Mary was beyond amazing. She never complained as she saw me come in with all my boxes. It was only her and she had to help me along with the other people who were coming in and out. Her customer service was absolutely impeccable. She handled each customer with care while keeping the process going for me as well. She had to do all this while reminding people that they needed to wear their masks again. She was patient and kind. I have had to ship a few things for work from this location most of the time I do get to work with Mary, and each and every time no matter what is going on she has been fantastic! I am very thankful that my local Fedex Office store has Mary and has always made shipping items easy and simple. Thank you again Mary for everything!

Still requiring masks even though the CDC says we dont need them. When I asked the employee if corporate had instructed him to make people wear masks, he said They didnt tell us anything so we have to assume we need to keep enforcing previous CDC guidelines. Also this place is understaffed. He sat there and allowed 2 customers to argue over package arrival timeline until there were 15 ppl lined up.

I shipped a package guaranteed over night for $83.70. It arrived a day late. I filed a claim and they told me they were not honoring their guarantee because a truck broke down. They had many options to fix the problem, none of which involved screwing over their customers and not issuing a refund as promised in their guarantee. Take your business elsewhere if you need your package to be delivered on time as promised.

Ive just finished filing a complaint with corporate. They keep 6 ft distancing in line. However when the next client was called up she was no more than 2 ft next to me. Then they ran out of bubble wrap for my package and expected me to pay $9 to put it in with my package. I was extremely disappointed and their excuse was we were very busy during Christmas. I understand that but Im a paying customer too.

Shipping cost online comparison among carriers was very confusing. But, Fedex appeared to have the best potential to ship a small, relatively inexpensive item for the least.I was pleasantly surprised at the great service ( associate took the time to listen), a good suggestion for packaging to avoid an oversized box, and a lower cost than expected. Made my day!

I know that fax service isnt a money-maker in 2020...but spend $100 on a fax machine that works! The girl helping me had to practically sprain her thumb to try to push START button...to no avail. Went to Office Depot instead. The owner should use his head to put that thing out of its misery...Office Space style!

Ordered something to be printed and bounded on Friday night for Saturday pickup. Store called on Saturday morning and said they needed a release to print. Told her it was on the website. She said she would print and I would have to show them the release when I picked up. Received completion email and went to pick up. Girl at desk told me they didnt bind it because they didnt have the binding that I ordered (didnt mention that in the call). I said to do the one they had. She said it would take 25 minutes - I told her I would go shopping and come back. Came back in an hour- still not done and she told me she was too busy to do it. Then she offered to drop off at our house. I took her up on this. Then she called and told me it got jammed in the machine when putting the binding on it and that Id have to call on Monday to discuss a solution. This was in a voicemail and I tied to call back but of course they were closed. I guess Ill be going in on Monday. Worst customer service. I think my solution will be canceling my order and going to a different branch. By the way- Im a mother to a 3 month old after an emergency csection. This thing Im printing is a workout and nutrition plan to get me back on track. Maybe its the hormones and the lack of sleep but this had me in tears.

The only reason it isnt one star is because the girl that helped me was kind and knowledgeable. However, they are way overpriced for a very low grade product.I ordered business cards from them, some color on the front and back. It was $52 for 100 of them and when I picked them up, they were like, a half step above a piece of computer paper. They were so flimsy... for $52 I expect something better than a graphic on a piece of paper... if I didnt procrastinate so long and need them immediately I most defitnely wouldve done vista print. I could gotten 500 of them for $40 that were WAY better quality.Dont print here.

Staff were helpful earning the 2nd star. The machines default to color copies. When I said it was much more expensive than I thought it would be and wanted to do a smaller sheet she said it was as small as it would go. I figured out how to change to black and white. Tedious changing multiple reports to black and white each time. Very expensive in color.

My experience with this store was one of poor training, incompetence and indifference. Not only did they realize they couldnt ship our packages an hour after we left the store, when we returned we had to pick up our packages and they had no idea how to credit our accounts for the cancelled orders. We finally had to leave the store only to find the accounts had never been credited and the charges began to clear our accounts. When calling the store back about it they sent us to an 800 number to try and have us resolve it for ourselves. That number told us to wait a week then call another number. All of this work on our end because they couldnt do their job and didnt want to bother with making it right.

I will never do business with FedEx ever again...unfortunately it was not my choice this time. I ordered some stuff from a company that shipped it FedEx. FedEx apparently tried to deliver to our warehouse but the employee who normally is there was out early each day for cancer treatments. Did FedEx leave a note sayingwe missed you like UPS does? NOPE. instead the package goes back to the main hub. I go online and request that it be held a this FedEx office...I get an email saying to come pick it up...I go to this office and it is not there...it is still at the hub. I ask them in person to have it held at this office. I also am worried that it will get shipped back if I am not able to pick it up right away, since I am often out of town at a moments notice for days at a time...I fix CT Scanners and have to go with no notice sometimes. I am worried so I asked them and the girl assured me they wouldnt ship it back. Well, the idiots shipped it back. I have never gone through so much hassle over a $5 package in my life. Never again. I will buy from someone who doesnt ship FedEx next time. Im done.
