These guys always know what they are do doing. Can be busy, crowded and chatty. It is a small satellite type store. Usually pretty good for a quick drop off.

Not sure if it’s the location or the staff but this is the slowest ups store, the line goes out the door every time I’ve been. Expect a wait even for a drop off

They dont answer the phone and their message is were helping other customers You leave a message and they dont call back.It appears they have grown tired of their business and just dont care.

I have a personal mail box with this store and have all of my packages sent here. Very friendly staff who remembers my name. They’re always willing to answer my questions and if it’s cheaper to ship a package through another service they will tell me! They’ve been flexible with after hours pickup which is very convenient. They don’t always answer the phone if they are busy, but leave a message and they’ll either follow through with your request or return your call. I’d definitely recommend this UPS location.

I have used this location for a long time. The customer service here is very good. The shipping options are excellent as well. It can get a tad busy, but the staff will work to get what you need. I will continue going here for all shipping needs.

This is the best store anywhere in Nevada. Not only do they help with packages but they also do notary printing of anything including pictures. The people here do everything possible to help you with whatever you need. They go above and beyond what most stores do. Gym and his staff are awesome and I recommend to all of my family and friends to go there. Not only because its a family business but because they treat people like family. Best store ever.

If you want a really long conversation this is the place to go. 😂 But if you are just trying to pick up a package really quickly or ship something with expediency, avoid this location.

Very friendly and nice people. Parking is easy. I rented a p.o. box for 3 months, and they always let me know when a package came in. I worked odd hours, and they always had a way for me to pick up my items.

Fabulous service, I came in on a Saturday near Christmas and was helped immediately with printing and notary services.I was very Pleased and I would recommend this store to anyone.

They closed and locked the doors early and then refused to acknowledge me even though I was there before 6. Rude AF. They just care about leaving early. They were out of the building by 6:03. Open til 6 means HELPING customers until 6. I hate that this is the closest store since I walk most of the time. I really wish all of my Amazon returns were through FedEx so I wouldnt have to come here to these scowly harpies.

Called the store at 1:45pm on New Years Eve day, voice mail says that theyre open but with other customers. Go to store at 2:00pm, door is locked, gate is closed, no messages on the door about being closed or closing early.

Terrible customer service. I tried calling this location for 5 days at different times of the day to get info on setting up a postal box for our business we are relocating from FL to NV. They did not answer the phone a single time, they REFUSE to answer their phone. I left a voicemail and even told them IF they call me back Ill sign up for a mailbox, and Knowing they had a customer that told them they want to be a customer they did not return my call. Unbelievable! Will Never set foot in this location even if it is 10 minutes from my house.

Terrible customer service by not only the owner but the clerk on duty. It was 20 minutes before closing and he wanted to shut off lights and lock the place up...customers were still in the store. Guess we were in the way.
