This was the best experience Ive ever encountered at a Verizon store. Stanley is amazing and such a joyful young man. Absolutely will be going back to the Verizon in Cedar Springs.

Customer service at its finest! Lord Kaleb was an awesome young man ready and willing to assist an old person who has zero knowledge of how to work phones. He helped me find the right phone for my budget and my skill level. Isnt that what its all about? Phenomenal customer service!!Broke my phone.... Actually destroyed my phone. See below. I attempted to visit the 2 Verizon direct retailers in Spartanburg. The first dismissed me because I didnt have an appointment. However they didnt offer me an appointment so that I could return and receive help. The other location was supposed to be open until 8pm but was closed at 6pm when I arrived. Thankfully, Caleb over at TCC was immensely helpful, answered all my questions, and obtained the phone I wanted the next day. I highly recommend the customer service at TCC and will only go to this store in the future.

The most incompetent staff Ive ever encountered, if Verizon is going to staff that location, they should at the very least put someone in there that actually knows something about cell phones and not just how to sell or upgrade them.. pitiful horrible service at this location

Mr.Kaleb was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time with getting my phone situated due to it being cracked to where the screen was pitch black. Mr.Kaleb also recommended me to get a screen protector and case along with putting everything on for me. Stephen was super helpful! At one point, he was juggling four customers at once. He made sure he had everything started for you and would check in every few minutes to help make the process go faster for each customer instead of making you wait.

There is virtually no wait time and the staff is very knowledgable!Starting July 30th TCC Verizon Store: 2190 Southport Road, will be giving away, no purchase required, backpacks full school supplies: paper, pens, markers, folders, crayons, glue sticks, etc. There are about 200 to give away!!!
