PURCHASED HEARING AIDS IN END OF 2017 KNOWING I WAS MOVING TO FLORIDA, WAS TOLD THAT I GET 3YRS OF BATTERIES FOR FREE, NOW THAT 3 YRS IS ALMOST GONE THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $5 FOR SHIPPING TO PUT 3 PACKS IN AN ENVELOPE WHICH I WAS NEVER ASKED FOR BEFORE. ALSO AFTER SPENDING $10 K ON THESE THINGS, I HAVE HAD TO HAVE THEM REPLACED 3 TIMES, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BELTONE TO ANYONE, IT WILL NOT LET ME CHOOSE ZERO STARS

Husband has lost 4 pairs of hearing aids as they fell out of his ears. Very difficult to fit. After spending $9000 at 2 other shops I thought Belltonewould be different. I went with him this time and asked about the fit, ; I was told they could fit anyone. Within 3 months he had lost his first one and then the other one was having issues. He went back several times and the one will not work so now he is without aides and has profound hearing loss. He has stopped participating in life as he cannot hear anyone, he is so sad. Sure we have insurance their deductible is over $1100.we are in our 70s and cannot afford that. That is our experience.

These are the nicest people you will ever meet. James and Amanda took care of my husbands hearing problems and we were both very pleased. It was amazing to find out what you were not hearing and didn’t even realize. I would definitely give high recommendations to them and Beltone!

Fail to confirm upcoming appointments, fail to call about cancelled appointments, that they cancelled, and always trying get you to buy the new hearing aids every visit. Im sitting in their parking lot with an appointment that has been changed several times in the last 6 months because of them. Came today expecting to have my appointment, drive is an hour one way to get here for me anda guess what?! They are closed!!! Called and lady from NC said, they said they called and cancelled with everyone, Im so sorry. I confirmed my own appointment with these people day before yesterday and now they failed to call and say we cancelled...again! Hate Kyzer ever retired...he cared about his patients and was wonderful 😔 guess Ill be looking for another audiologist after 22 years of being here. I am in my early 30s, born with extreme hearing loss in both ears, mother of four children. I need my hearing aids and I need them taken care of when needed!

Mr. Porter is super professional and thorough with his work. If you have hearing issues this should be your first place that you go. You will not be let down. Would recommend Anyone to give their business to him in a heartbeat.

Excellent service from friendly people that take the extra steps to make sure you are getting the best service out of your hearing aids. With their help I was recently able to retire my 8 year old, but still working, hearing aids for new ones that would help me hear better. They also provided me with information on how to donate my old hearing aids to Beltones Hearing Aid Charity Foundation, where my old hearing aids will be reconditioned and given to someone who desperately needs hearing aids, but cant afford them.

Such an amazing experience at Beltone in Spartanburg. They have a great variety or products and very knowledgeable staff who make you feel both supported and comfortable. The hearing care practitioner is sweet and super helpful! I highly recommend this location!

This Beltone location is wonderful. We were greeted by a sweet lady named Ashley who made us feel very welcome. My husband was hesitant about getting help with his hearing loss, but then we met James Porter, who made him (& me) feel comfortable immediately. He is quite knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing loss & treatment with the hearing aids. He answers every question clearly & concisely & made us feel confident about the purchase of my husbands hearing devices. We would highly recommend this location & Beltone to anyone dealing with hearing loss.

Having hearing loss was one of the most difficult and emotional times of my life. I was afraid to get hearing aids but once I stepped into the office my worries went away! Jimmy was wonderful! He took care of me through the whole hearing test and through the decision on which hearing aids I should get. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive hearing aid and that impressed me. I purchased the Amaze 9 and I can say I am really amazed by the sound quality. I can hear birds singing, and even the wind blowing! Wow it’s like I’m reborn! I have been a Beltone wearer now for over 15years. I have tried other brands but the service you get at Beltone is second to none and I have never had a problem with my Beltones (expect some earwax that has to be cleaned out from time to time). Ive had my latest Beltones for a few years and Ive been talking to James and Amanda about the new Amaze product. My friends that have them really like them, particularly for noisy places and theyre rechargeable. Looking forward to the day I dont have to bother with batteries any more.
