Bought a set of hearing aids over a year ago and have been back for adjustment a couple times. Each time the staff was more than willing to help me with my problem. I carelessly lost both hearing aids almost 2weeks ago, I didnt know they were still covered by insurance. But they told me they were, im very happy with service and recommend them to all my friends. Great place to get help with hearing problem s.

The previous rating can not be further than the truth. The service is second to none and have been more than happy after the purchase to respond to correct anything needed. The staff are super!

The staff at Spartanburg were friendly and very helpful and the hearing aids are a great value too.

First, the Costco hearing aids are a great deal. So why not 5 stars? Spartanburg hearing center is not that good. For instance, they neglected to set up my phone for bluetooth hearing aid control, nor did they mention this feature. I ended up going to the Greenville store and they got everything fixed up. So if you are in the upstate and shopping for hearing aids, just go to the Greenville store instead.
