Had an issue with starting my rv. Got it jump started and headed to our next stop. While in Spearfish, decided to have the battery checked and found the NAPA store right around the corner. Kyle and another young man tested my battery. Determined it was a battery starting to fail. So I opted to get it replaced. They were so great, jumped right to it and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Thank you gentlemen for your assistance. Very much appreciated.

Wouldn’t allow the return of a unused item that was purchased less than 24 hours prior.Worker stated it’s “their” policy, but could not provide anything in writing.Avoid this place and go to studervants or auto zone, have never had a issue with either of those stores.

Terrible service. Ordered a part Monday was suppose to be here on Wednesday then told me it would arrive on Thursday. Call Thursday to find out they never even ordered it. Worst service Ive ever experienced anywhere.
