We set up an appointment a week in advance and called on the day to check on the time to make sure our show up. They informed us that we did not have an appointment? So we made an another one for later that day. Showed up on time only to be informed that again we did not have an appointment. What! This was not acceptable so we decided to go elsewhere for service. Walmart you really screwed up.

Joe, Dennis and Darryl were the most refreshing automotive techs I think I have ever encountered at Walmart! I have been getting my oil changed here with full synthetic since I purchased my truck. THIS walmart and THESE techs did more than any other walmart I have been to! I told Joe and Dennis that no other walmart had ever been so thorough and checked so much whilst having an oil change. They stated that it was normal and everything that they were supposed to be doing! I travel and most times sit in my truck during the service so I am aware of what others have done and not done... What a great job they did and all were so very friendly! Thanks again Darryl, Joe and Dennis : }

Have always taken care of my last minute drop offs orin general tire needs in a professional, curious way.

I brought my car in to have an oil change and they charged me about $70 to have the full synthetic done. I brought my own filter as they did not have one. After my car started racking very hard so I parked it until I could have a real mechanic look at it and they never even changed the oil !!!! My oil was black black black!!! Then when I called them to ask about it the “manager” hung up on me!!! Rudest costumer service I have ever seen and if you charge someone for a service you better do it!!

Although it took about an hour to get an oil change and fluids checked, I would go here time and time again (especially over Rocket Lube). Oil change was $50 for a full synthetic vs. rocket lube which was $80 for a full synthetic. Customer service was great and they were all super helpful! They actually diagnosed an oil leak, too, which I was very grateful for. Also vacuumed out my car!!

I started my day at the Walmart tire center at 8am on a Sunday. I needed my two rear tires replaced. I was told it would take an hour. So I agreed and began my decent into redneck purgatory.... so I grabbed a book off the Walmarts best sell display and my my way to lawn and garden to enjoy so light reading. After 2 hour I returned to the tire center to be told they had to do all 4 tires because of the type..... whatever I had been here at 2 hours at this point so I agreed. My truck finally made it into the shop 30 minutes after that. So I waited on the bench in the tire center for the new quoted hour. I have now been on this bench for 5 and a half hour and wait. Waiting, because this is definitely how I wanted to spend my Sunday.

Friendly service

Darrell who works in the auto center needs to be fired. Seemed to hate his life and was completely rude to my friend and I. Very disrespectful and degrading. Maybe it’s his time to retire?

The negative reviews have kept me from going here but I’ve been taken advantage of at other places in town charging me $90 for an oil change. But here it was $22 and took about an hour. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Cant honor their warranties and guarantees. Had a flat needed fixed while on a trip, wouldnt fit me in till the next day, had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Walmart wouldnt reimburse me for the repair. As always Walmart is a joke.

Great prices and great service

Lets just say you dont want to come in 15 minutes till closing time to get a tire, because they wont do a 7 minute job. They are allowed by management (who was rude, Tammi10 yrs...not for personality, I assure you, & Tom, was like a whooped pup) to leave 9 minutes early. The only valid excuse they had was that the tech left, but only AFTER he looked at our tire and said he couldnt patch it, that we needed a new tire...... we were willing g to spend over $100 on a new tire....and argued with managment...and were out of there by 6:55 with no tire. Thanks for ruining my weekend. I had work. Ps called corporate...not helpful.

Absolutely THE WORST experience ever. I understand this tire and lube business I worked in it for many years. Forcing customers to pay for road hazard and lifetime balances and having a rude attitude is not going to get people to come back. They shattered the center caps on my wheels and refuses to say it was them despite the fact that the rims were brand new. That and the fact they called me at 6:50 to say they were done and by the time I got there they had closed, then gave me a stern talking to that 7 means 7 and I shouldnt have shown up late. I didnt anticipate a 4 hour wait to mount 4 tires. Never will I ever recommend this service center to anyone. Spend the extra money and go to Goodyear or Williams standard.

Went in for an oil change on my pickup and they said just finishing one up and then i was next. 4 hours later i went to check on it and they said it would be right out. They messed up on the bill and it took another hour to get that taken care of.I finished my trip and got home and parked. Went out a couple days later and there was a huge puddle under it. It has never burned or leaked anything before so i checked the fluids and oil was not showing on dipstick. So i climbed underneath and found the oil filter ready to fall off. I wouldnt recommend them to even check your tire pressure. Worst place ever

They dont know what they are doing

It took four hours for them to put one tire on a rim. The lady behind the counter was terribly rude to other customers and me, but I was forced to bite my tongue because leaving without the tire was impossible. This was my only negative encounter while in the mid-west. Avoid this section of the walmart at all costs! (This was on a Sunday, so I had limited options)

Picked up a marine battery for my boat. Good selection and decent prices.

Made an appointment for an oil change and they mixed my keys up with a walk in so took a while to get my oil change done. Staff handled things though and compensated for the error.

Always friendly and willing to help

They will always tell you it’ll be a 3-4 hour wait minimum because they get paid hourly and don’t want the extra work. Skip it.

This department does not know the definition of customer service. They are always undermanned. Getting an oil change or new tires? Expect to be here for a minimum of 2 hours. Terrible.

Terrible customer service and rude manager. Took 5 hours to change a flat. Went here as a last resort on a Sunday with it being the only place open.

This place was pretty horrible. I didnt believe the previous reviews, but they said 45 min and took nearly 6 hours to change out some tires.
