Service was good. However they close@ 5pm? Thats ridiculous. During the week? Prices seem a little high but the quality of work is always good at safelite.

I got a crack in my windshield on a Saturday, made an appointment for that Monday morning. I got there a bit early for my appointment, they got me in, told me about places I could visit within walking distance while I waited, and started my replacement before my appointment technically started. They got it done in a timely manner and my technician Jeremy was very appreciative of my business, explained their lifetime warranty and the quote was cheaper than I expected! Im glad I chose to go with Safelite instead of some other company. Ive had a bad experience in the past and hoped theyd do a better job than the last place I went to. They did awesome! Great customer service, they really did care about and wanted my business! 5 stars!!!

Vlad from the downtown shop was awesome and went above and beyond than expected. I showed up 30 minutes early and he started right away. It took 45 minutes and he also knocked off 20 bucks because I had already cleaned up the majority of the glass. I couldnt think of any cons to this place or to Vlad. Five stars for also calling me to reschedule for an earlier time, gave me 3 more hours to enjoy weekend. Thanks guys.

I have taken many of my cars here before but this experience was not the best at all. First off their phone line doesn’t get you to anyone without scheduling an appointment online. Second off I did schedule an appointment but by the time they could get me in my rock chip turned from just a fill to a full replacement that they said they couldn’t do because of a glass shortage. Not very professional at all and now I’m stuck with a car I cannot drive because they refused to fix it for me. I will never use them again at all.

Sloppy adhesive bead is so bad, you can see gobs of black goo through the windshield from outside my Jeep Wrangler. Tech did not want to fix or reschedule another visit. He said theres a warranty. I texted, emailed, and even called their local numbers, but you get a recording that basically says, do to COVID, we will not talk to you, go to our website. I hate when businesses blame poor leadership and service on COVID, especially when they charge $650 for a windshield replacement. Safelite should send flowers to Xi Jinping.

It was a good experience. We walked in and they had a spot available for us. We only had to wait 30min which isnt bad. It was around $80 but insurance covered it since WA requires that. One thing though. They said they vacuumed and clean the windows but they didnt actually do it. It just said they did on the bill.

I hade a very very positive experience getting my windshield replaced here. Jeremy B. is absolutely awesome and workers like him to be replicated the world would be a better place. He gave me a reasonable expectation of time to have it done then beat it by finishing a good 30 min before I thought it would be ready.While replacing auto glass is rarely fun, this shop did it well, fast, and professionally, which is hard to beat. =]

Originally went in requesting an oem windshield and scheduled an appointment. When i went to my appointment they said they didnt order oem, they ordered their brand and submitted it to my insurance and that it costs more for oem and well have to resubmit it. It shouldnt matter if my insurance is paying for it when a customer wants oem. Complete run around and had no choice but install what they had because my windshield was a ticket waiting to happen. And their recalibration equipment isnt accurate. Unpleasant experience

I recently had an issue with my rear view mirror attachment to my windshield so I was told by my normal mechanic to head to safelite. I popped in and they were very honest about my situation and offered to work on it real quick even though I didn’t have an appt. It took about 15 minutes for them to fix it and even helped make it better than it was in the first place. Staff was experienced and did a great job! Would 100% recommend.

Our windshield cracked while we were in Vegas. Safelite was able to get us in within 24 hours of coming home. Vlad was our technician and he did NOT disappoint. :) Was super easy to get our insurance coverage used for payment (anything over our $200 deductible). Would recommend.

They will probably get you in faster than other places. Be careful with the parking lot, it’s pretty small.

Today I had a rock chip repaired in my windshield. I made the appointment yesterday on-line. The whole process was very easy.When I got to the shop, everyone was polite and helpful. The shop was spotless, very pleasant waiting room.What really pushed the entire experience over the top was the extra efforts provided. The technician noticed that I had new windshield wipers in the car. He came out and asked if I would like him to install them for me. Very nice. Then when he gave me my keys he told me that in addition to replacing my wiper blades, he had washed all my windows and my mirrors, and he had vacuumed my floor mats as well.

Came to my home, great job. Very respectful, live my new window.

I rarely write reviews (because Im lazy and most service is mediocre, so I dont want to waste my time). Therefore, when I have a great experience, Im gonna say so. Its winter and I had a nice long crack across my entire windshield. There are a few issues with getting a new windshield right now: 1. I have a snorkel that is kind of in the way. 2. I have Christmas lights and garland on my roof rack. 3. It snowed today, so there was a few inches of snow on the roof... All of these issues became non-issues when Vlad, Master Technician, was assigned to do the work. He said the base of my antenna came off in two pieces due to its age, but he glued that for me and recommended a replacement if I ever have to get another windshield. He removed one of the hood panels, without needing to unbolt the snorkel. He also cleaned up the dirt and rust spots from where my light bar was (we removed that for this install), and he even vacuumed my floor mats! He was also careful to clear the snow without impacting the decorations, and the only thing he took off was one bow. In addition, I got a free can of glass cleaner (probably standard, but a nice gesture anyway). But the main thing that gave me a wow experience was the state park pass sticker I had on my old windshield. Vlad didnt know this, but I put it on only 4 days ago, before the crack appeared. I was bummed I was going to have to contact the DMV and get a replacement (of course there is a fee for that). But wait! Turns out, he carefully peeled the sticker off and put it on the new windshield. WHHAAAAT?! I never would have asked for, or expected that. So there you go folks, sometimes you get someone who goes above and beyond. There is a reason this location has great reviews. I would highly recommend this Safelite Autoglass in Spokane. And if youve read this far, congrats, and 9 bonus points for you.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment on the phone to replacing my windshield and handing me the keys, it was a very pleasant experience! Normally when a company says they will come out between the hours of 12 and 5, they dont show up till late in the afternoon or at 5, but Safelite was right on time and here at noon sharp! They even cleaned the windows they didnt replace and provided a complimentary cleaning spray. I would highly recommend this company and its services!

Took three days for them to call back in their two hour window to schedule. I arrived for my appointment on time to find they had overbooked and they suggested I come back the next day - only an 80 mile round trip from my home... Unprofessional, poor customer service- overall bad job - windshield wipers I paid $40 for are junk- leave streaks and one doesnt fit properly. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Waited a month. They said there is a glass shortage and they were having trouble getting the glass. Called a local company Jacobs auto glass and they had my glass in one day!

Simply put I cannot praise the folks at this Safelite location enough. Scott and Jeff were amazing. Some lowlife broke into my truck by smashing my front passenger window. In order to keep this review from becoming a novel Ill just say Scott and Jeff went above and beyond baseline expectations for a window replacement. The job was done quickly and, from what I can tell, professionally. Dealing with the insurance was a complete PITA and since the total cost of the regulator, glass, and installation was less than my deductible just bypassed them and I had my truck back in two days. The break-in happened 7 days ago and I finally have my truck back it would be next week if Geico had their way.

I dont like that Safelite Auto Glass only does their appointments online and you cant speak to a person. They didnt list my specific Model A vehicle so I could not make an appointment online and I couldnt speak to anyone on the phone. Poor way of doing business in my opinion!

I showed up and they instantly started working on my rock chip. They said it would be a half hour or so but they finished so quickly and even cleaned all of my windows. Professional, fast, and considerate. Jeremy was the tech that worked on my car and he did such a good job. Will come again if I have any other repair needs!

The service was just excellent! The man working the front counter ( many Scott, 50, 510), spent a lot of time working with our insurance to get it covered, with no complaints about them at all. The man who gave me back the truck and washed all the windows did a great job and answered all my questions. Thank you all!

Danny was 10 minutes early and done in an hour. He masked up the whole time, washed all our windows and vaccumed the interior as well. Im so impressed with Danny and Safelite. Another happy customer!

Safelite techs were great! Clint came out to our place, but the repair was more intensive than we had thought, so we had to reschedule to do a complete windshield replacement. Clint was very courteous about the time he spent with us. When we took it downtown, Vlad did a great job explaining what he would be doing. He paid great attention to detail, especially with cleaning the dash and even putting our little oil change sticker on the new windshield! The work took less time than projected.

Wanted to charge double what the average consumer pays for glass repair. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

Some rust created work to the installation of a new windshield. They took care of it without a hitch. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Needed my truck window replaced. The guy name Vlad went above and beyond. Not only did he do a professional job installing it in no time whatsoever he actually looked around and found the glass i needed for a friction of the actual price. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Any other shop would sell you the most expensive product they can instead of the one you need. Excellent service and cost me less than if i would have gotten the glass from pull&save and did it myself. Will definitely recommend them.

I was trying to get a quote for repairing my rear defroster, not replacing the window, but as I cant actually speak to a human to get this done and their website doesnt allow for that I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

I’m frugle (read “cheap”) and so I went to a few other places over the years to get my windshields replaced. But after half a dozen bad experiences with other companies resulting in lousy quality and having to go back multiple times to do the job right (which actually cost me more time and money in the long run) I tried Safelite at the recommendation of a friend. I could not be happier. They got the job done right the first time, they didn’t leave a mess in my car, they were prompt with the appointment, and the car was done when they told me it would be done. They have a waiting room but I walked to a coffee shop to work while they did the work for a couple of hours. The installer actually left me his personal card and told me to contact him if I had any trouble at all - which I haven’t after 5 months. I live 50 minutes north and pass about a dozen other glass shops but this is the only place I will take my cars in the future. Seriously, it’s worth the drive time and a little extra money to get the job done right the first time!

B.S.! DO NOT GO TO THESE THIEVES! Stopped in to repair a small rock chip that happened the day before on the highway. The guy told me I had two additional chips in the windshield which I should also repair. I looked and told him it wasnt necessary because the other two he found were microscopic and were barely able to detect by touch let alone see them. He assured me that my insurance would cover them all and it would be no cost to me so I agreed to let him fix them. Less than a month later and one of the additional chips he recommended fixing has cracked in two directions when it wasnt even visible before. It continued to grow on a daily basis so I took it in to see if they could fix it. The manager told me it could not be repaired again and that they would refund my insurance company for the techs failed repair. Now, because of the crack they created with a failed repair, I am responsible for the full cost of the replacement of the windshield. When I told them I was railroaded into the additional repairs all he said was, You agreed to it. Yeah right, get your tech to run up my bill with unnecessary repairs so you can rake money from my insurance company and then leave me holding the bill for a new windshield when you screw up the work. Do not go to Safelite, very dishonest!

Called to talk to a person to ask a question about the rubber seal around my windshield and after the recording informed me that due to COVID-19 they would not answer my call and to arrange an appointment on line (I did not necessarily need an appointment) it hung up on me 😡

What an amazing experience! Vlad did an amazing job with my windshield. He was extremely nice and a honest hard working gentlemen! When he popped open my hood he say that there was a bunch ofscrews missing around my engine bay. He went above and beyond by replacing the missing screws and zip tying my wires to make my engine bay look neat! All for free! Thanks!

As a former employee, I myself understand very well the issues people have with this location.The parking is VERY limited and frankly hard to get into, the location is on the corner of a very busy street and lastly the building is very old and a bit rundown.This locations only purpose is not just repairing and replacing Auto Glass, its primary purpose is as the areas Auto Glass warehouse.Auto Glass repair shops from Coeur dAlene, ID to Cheney, WA all get their Auto Glass from the Safelite warehouse here.The company has rules for what employees must do and say, and management is also tied up with similar requirements.Trust me when I say they really do try to serve every customer the best they can.But like every company they have short comings the same as any of us.However they honestly are not the type of people to ever want to knowingly hurt anyone, as they will go the extra mile to make it right if something does go wrong, which rarely does.I personally would continue to use them even after leaving employment there. They work hard and care enough to do what they can to make things right.Give them a go, but keep in mind rock chip repair is never a guarantee that the window wont fail later. Sometimes its best just to be ready to replace the window full stop.

Safelite made it easy and quick to repair my windshield. Scheduling an appointment online was easy; they even ran my insurance for me to try to save me a little money. Arrived at the shop for my appointment and they originally said they were running a little late but ended up finishing my car right when expected. Jeremy Bryan worked on my car. It was so easy to schedule service online. Someone was able to come out within the hour to replace a passenger side window that was broken into. A picture of the technician was sent to me via text. I had my windshield replaced a few days ago. Not only was making the appointment online quick and easy, dropping off and picking up my vehicle was the same! They quickly got me checked in, quoted me 90 minutes to 2 hours til itd be done and within the hour it was ready for me to pick up! Also, the tech did a great job going over it with me, and even told me he cleaned all my windows and even vacuumed out my carpets!! Went above and beyond what I expected for a windshield replacement!

Friendly and helpful staff! Went in for replacement and noticed their computer system had crashed. They still continued to provide great customer service and helped me get a replacement even when they weren’t able to function at 100%. Also can’t complain about 250$ for a windshield and wiper replacement. Definetly would recommend to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement!

I was in the car business for decades and had well over 100 windshields installed. This shop is far superior to any glass shop I have done business with. Quality people, quality service AND a good price.

Had front window replaced due to massive crack, they started on it right away and it only took little over an hour. Super fast, reasonable prices. Would recommend for all auto glass work.

Got my windshield replaced and less than a week later noticed a small hole with a crack. Was told that if there was any crack at all it wouldnt be covered under any warranty. Ill be going some where else for the new one. If Im paying for a brand new windshield I expect to have it last longer than a week and if anything happens in such a short period of time I expect a company to make it right!

Someone busted the rear drivers side window in my car. Safelite was able to replace it on short notice. They even vacuumed out all the glass shards that were sprayed everywhere inside the car. Additionally, I was pulled away from Spokane while the car was being worked on and Safelite was kind enough to pull my car into their garage every day to keep it safe until I could pick it up. I really appreciate them doing this. We never met in person and handled everything over the phone and everything went smoothly. Would hire Safelite again if necessary.

A couple nights ago while parked in front of the house... someone stopped by and decided the glass in the passenger side door of my car would look better smashed and spread across the front seats and sidewalk... I think they must have left something in my center console... Well either way I found myself in need of new glass to keep the rain and snow out. The guys at safelight got me in and out the next day and even vacuumed up the glass that was shattered through the front.Above and beyond, Vlad troubleshoot and fixed a problem I had with the rear defroster which was a completely different than the trouble that brought me in. They were a good group of guys that helped put things back together.I just cant believe someone wanted my bag of sunflower seeds that bad.
