These guys are amazing! Jared and his team of professionals provide excellent mechanical and customer service. They only take care of what needs to be addressed with your vehicle and they dont try to upsell you on any unnecessary items. It is so nice to be able to trust your mechanic and know that you are going to get excellent work done at a fair price.

Regardless of what we need, we are always impressed with the service at American Tire Depot. I am never nervous about leaving my vehicles with them and actually look forward to bringing work there because of how friendly they are.I also love the lobby. Very spacious and super clean, just like the rest of the shop. It is clear everyone here takes a lot of pride in their work and it is neat to see that. This is a great business and I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been customers since they opened on North Division. This is our Go to place for all our maintenance and tire needs. The Tire Pros go the extra mile to make sure we get the best equipment and service for the price. Everyone is very polite and I love their Can Do attitude.

Business is PERMANENTLY CLOSED for reasons no one explained.Steven was great. He answered my call initially (8am) and told me a price and worked with me to get it lower. He gave me suggestions of ways to get wheels cheaper and said he would help me make sure I got a good deal.Later that morning (10am) I showed up with wheels and got his opinion on them. They worked so he ordered the tires and said he would call me about 130 when the tires show up to bring my car back in. I left the wheels with him because he said he would get them cleaned up while we wait for the tires. I found that very kind of him.Literally at 130 on the dot my phone rang and Steven said the tires are here go ahead and bring your car in. 2pm my car is in the shop and 3pm Im being called that its done. Nice tires and the wheels look great. They also did an alignment on my car and it drives much better.I like that they have the tire warranty for flats and such and the service was great. I recommend.

These guys may be the best in town. They were extremely kind, courtesy, and very knowledgeable. They fixed a leaking tire, showed me the screw and how they patched it. Very precise. I am going back.

After dealing for a year with a leaking tire with the place I bought my tires from, I took it into American and they found two small nails in the tire. Just returned from a 1000 mile road trip and was extremely happy to have no tire issues. Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly inspect the it. It was nice not seeing that low pressure light come on.

We took a car in for a flat repair, which they performed promptly.So why only 3 stars? Although there was signage at the entrance instructing customers to wear masks, the signs made it clear that it was really optional. Also, neither of the gentlemen at the front desk was wearing a mask.In these days of a deadly, highly contagious pandemic, businesses must follow the directions of our public health officials and the governors directive to wear masks and follow other preventative measures.

I take all of my vehicles to Ron and Steve his son its a family-owned business they care about their name they care about their quality of work my name is AJ and I work up the street at a bicycle shop and we pay attention to details on bikes these guys pay attention to details on cars enough said

I used to only go to fast lube places for oil changes (oil can Henry’s and jiffy lube) but decided to give this shop a go! The price was super affordable, better than quick lube shops! The gentleman who checked me in and billed me out was super friendly. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need (as most places would do when a woman comes in alone). I also appreciated their lobby! The chairs were comfy, there were hot drinks available, there was a large tv, there were reading materials, even a phone charging station with a bunch of different phone chargers attached! It was very cleanly and and comfortable and I will definitely be back!

When we have problems with our vehicles, American Tire is the place to good. They provide excellent quality service in a timely manner. They do not recommend repairs that are not needed. We highly recommend them for vehicle and tire service.

I used American Tire Depot when I was looking at a used car to purchase and received wonderful service and great feedback on the vehicle. After purchasing the car, a few months later I had trouble with the battery. I had them look over the vehicle and again received excellent customer service! They fixed the car in one day and we’re very reasonable as far as the cost. I would highly recommend them for any repairs. I will continue to take my vehicles to them, always friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic, Friendly service! I was not looking forward to bringing my two kids (ages 3 and 1.5) ...but the staff was super kind and accommodating during our wait! They even provided a i-pad, offered drinks and snacks, it was very kind and made me feel less overwhelmed. Not to mention they were quick, other shops said the wait would be up to 2-5 hours!! Im very impressed and will be definitely be making American Tire Depot our go to shop!

So Ive been going to American tire on and off for several years 8+. Ive had good service with John many of times and referred many of friends, but today was not one of those days. I referred my son to them due to an issue with a rear tire. He called at around11am on Friday and they said they could squeeze him in, he went in and dropped it off. He waited Till around 4pm and hadnt heard anything, so he called, they said sorry we didnt get to look at it and cant till Monday. What the heck, why didnt they call him, the guy said something came up and theyve been working on that. Thats really sad customer service, they should of called and said they were busy and unable to look at it earlier, giving him the opportunity to take it some where else. Im very disappointed.

Great experience, the guys got me in without an appointment (doesnt always happen) and quickly finished the work. Before I could ask they gave me information about my brake pad wear, and a strut that had started to seep. Very reasonable charges too. Well be back!

Fantastic! Great customer service and super helpful. I needed a wheel measured and a tire rotation last minute. Everything was done and and my car sitting out front in about 20 minutes. Took the misery right out of sitting at a tire store. The competitors were a 4 hour wait.

As usual American Tire Depot has performed great work on my car. I took it in because my dealership did a less than perfect job with the balance of my new tires. They balanced them spot on, and were also able to wake up and reprogram the TPMS sensors (dealer said new ones were $151.00 each), so they saved me a ton there!This is another reason why we bring all of our vehicles here. What a friendly and fast place. I was in Spokane camping and noticed my trailer tires needed replacing before I left to glacier in two days. I called around Spokane and John at the tire depot took my name and number to find my odd tires. While he was looking I called some more places, anither famous store could get them and it would be 290 for two. So I waited a little more and John called me back and said he would have two by the next day for 160, I said sold. He didnt take my card just my number and I said I would be there Monday about 10. I pulled in about 10 and as I was pulling in he came to greet me and led me to the bay that was waiting, they changed, balanced, and did an awesome job. I would recommend to anyone in Spokane or passing thorough!

Well went in for a radiator flush. unfortunately even after the flush my radiator still has dirt in it. would have been nice if they suggested a better system flush. then charge me 90 bucks to still have the flush and have to redo the entire thing again the right way. so yeah waste of 90 bucks. an if they tell you an hour an it takes 20 mins sorry but that sounds way to fishy to me

I needed new tires on my wifes Jeep Compass before winter, and called for a quote. After a few options were given, I decided on a set of all-season tires and an alignment check. The new tires were installed and also found out that the vehicle needed an alignment. The work didnt take long, and I was on my way with very little hassle. I have noticed an improvement in the ride and less noise from the tires.

Bad service by the blonde lady out there she calls people hagglers... I was a dollar and some change short and she told the clerk deny round it out.... so she called me a Haggler Ive been a customer 2 years from that place now so 0 stars for you today lady hahahhahahahahah!
