Alvin and his crew did a great job on my 2015 Ford truck. Had an oil leak that need to be fixed before a trip to Oregon for a wedding. Was sent there from a dealership that could not get me in to fix it, what I found was a pro at his trade and a very nice guy. Yes I would go back and will be back. My wife and I were looking for used ford diesel pick up, a friend suggested I call Alvin for advice....we called him on Saturday morning, his day off, he took the call and spent an hour or more in the phone with us telling us what to look for, watch out for, etc. downloaded major information to us, and we weren’t even a customer at the time. Since then, I have taken it to Alvin for egr work, new head gasket and stud bolts, etc, and the work they have done has been flawless.... very knowledgeable and reasonably priced for sure! Powerstroke replaced the brakes on my daughters car recently and after getting an $1800+ quote from another supposedly reliable company in Spokane, Powerstroke completely blew me away when I went to pay as it only cost a fraction of that other companys quote. Not only did they do quality work at such a value but their honesty and quick turn around on my car was fantastic. I definitely will use them anytime I need work done in the future on any of my vehicles. Alvin, Dustin and Brandon were the three people I had contact with during this repair and all three were very professional, caring about the short timeline I needed it done in and made it happen. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it is priceless to find a company who will be honest about what is truly needed and not oversell you. I feel they care about their customers like they would care about a member of their own family!

This shop is the best. The first time I needed help Alvin actually talked me through doing the repair on the phone just to get me back on the road. I wasnt even a customer yet and he was willing to take the time. Since then I have had several things looked at and repaired on my old 7.3 F350 and excursion. Great job truck runs perfect

Alvin and the guys at Spokane powerstroke really are the best when it comes to working on powerstroke motors. I broke down 600 miles from home on a Sunday. Spokane being the closest town I had it towed there. Monday morning at 7 a.m. Alvin and his crew had already started on the diagnoses. By Tuesday night they had 5 injectors replaced and an oil cooler. Through the whole process he called letting me know what he was finding. I wish his shop was a little closer because he would have my business for as long as I owned my 6.0 powerstroke. Thank you Spokane powerstroke!!
