I had a pancake screw in my tire and arrived right at 8. Michael R. Was not only helpful but also very informational. He helped me figured out what windshield wipers I would need and said he would leave it on recommendations so I would have it on paper. He also gave updates when my car was about done and as someone that runs on a schedule that was nice to have. Definitely will be returning here moving forward, great customer service, very timely, and easy to locate.

Talked to someone very rude on the phone, when I got to the shop to pay the price they told me on the phone I was informed that they were charging me a fair amount more. Will not be going back and definitely would not trust.

Made an appointment at 7am for an emergency brake issue I have. Came down at 7am and apparently they dont have my appointment, theres a guy here and no customers yet he couldnt even look at my issue then gave me some excuse about being short handed. Though Im the only person here. Then just proceded to continue mouth breathing and staring at the computer. Thanks for nothing. Im glad it was nothing important like a brake issue. Trash

This was the worst shop I have ever taken a vehicle to. They told me they could replace brakes and master cylinder. I had to take it back in 3-4 times before they finally gave up and I had to take it to golden rule brake who found that the master cylinder was installed incorrectly and that it has led to more damage to other components. I highly recommend you find a different shop.

I needed new headlights, windshield wipers and chains - headed across the pass in December. The person I spoke with to schedule an appointment was very friendly and was able to get me in right away. Excellent customer service when I arrived. They all seemed to enjoy working there with each other. It was awesome! and the appointment took less than 20 minutes!! I’ll definitely go back when I need tires.

Due to cusomers, Firestone employees have strict limitations on what they can do on a vehicle. It is sad to see customers getting turned away for simple fixes. On the other hand, it depends on who is working or who they just dealt with regarding the customer service you will receive. Ive had great times and a few that werent so much.

I got my car repaired here recently and I had a really good experience. Everyone was nice and my car is doing great now.

They were very busy. Waiting room was full and they didnt have the capability to lift our 20k+ 5th wheel to change the tire. They were very apologetic and cordial.

Save your money and time, probably one of the worst companies Ive done business with. Take your beat up cars here, but if you actually care about your vehicle beware they will scratch your car up and then when confronted they take no responsibility. From now on, doing all car work myself. Brand new rims with a huge chunk out of the paint LOVE that. No respect for any nice vehicle.

Popped a tire on the way home and of course for some reason tire stores are closed on Sunday, all except Firestone. I called Firestone to see if they had same day availability to help me out and was helped out immediately, they said come in and we can solve your problem. Once I got there, they informed me that the hole was on the side-wall of the tire and I needed to buy a new one. They found a tire that worked with my price range that fit the other 3 tires, and I purchased one. They immediately began to put the new tire on the rim, out the door in like 30 minutes. As a family man, who needs a car to get family where they need to be, I needed a fix immediately, and WAS HELPED immediately. Staff was very nice and helped me out, they didnt take me to the bank to sell me the most expensive tire, and was very open and honest about the severity of the tire pop. This was my first time in the shop, and I will be back in the future due to the help and service this Firestone provided.

I drive for Uber Eats and Uber partners with CarAdvice to provide discounted prices for their drivers. I originally chose Firestone for their cheap prices compared to their competitors for an oil change. I came back a second time to get a wheel alignment and wheel balance because I drove over a large pot hole which caused my steering wheel to shake and turn slightly left. My past two experiences have been phenomenal. The manager Sherman Belfry and his staff are friendly and honest. I would highly recommend their service to friends and family. Had a appointment for 9am They didnt start look at my truck tell 3pm kept it overnight and when I picked it up at 12 the Next day not only wasnt everything not done that I wanted but my check engine light was on. The Firestone in Spokane Valley, Wa. Did not complete the front end alignment and jeopardizing My 76 year old Mother an me on a 2 State trip.However.... The Downtown Store immediately fixed the the alignment as it should of been in the first place.!

Ordered 4 tires had an appointment to have them installed. Even called and verified that tires arrived. I return to a different tire size put on. And turns out my tires didnt arrive. Not cool seems like no one at the store knows whats going on. This location needs serious help. Ive never seen a shop that didnt even check for accuracy and safety before presenting to the customer... major fail very disappointed. My old tires are being put back on and going elsewhere. I owned a tire store for 26 years. The front counter guy had a smile on his face and all that, but it was simple for me to spot that he had every con game ready to push on me to run the bill up and sell me more than I needed. he had me at $928 for a KIA sole NO WAY. So I took my business to the black man in Hillyard on the west side of the street _____Fair tire store and I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced $325 plus tax and they are pretty good tires I would know.

In traffic w/tire pressure sensor going off, Google this place & it says they are currently open, get here & IT AINT!!!!

Went in for an oil change. Apparently, so Firestone says, my previous oil change the filter was put in wrong. So I had to get my car towed to a mechanic to fix this problem. 50/50 chance Firestone messed up my car. 100% chance I will never go back. $215.00 oil change.

Purchased snow tires and had them put on. Jeff at the front desk was courteous without being pushy. He let me know they couldnt find the tires they were supposed to set aside, but they would give me the newer model of them for the same price. I was expecting to wait for awhile but they got it done fast.

My sister and I would like to acknowledge the excellent service we received from Sherman Belfry and Alex Mawdsley at Firestone on 3rd Ave in Spokane, WA.We were on our way from Missoula, MT to Richland, WA when our car began jerking to the left as if being pulled by a giant wind (there was no wind). We pulled off near Firestone, which was recommended by a gas station attendant right off the freeway. What a blessing!Although it was 230pm, Sherman got Alex to look at the car and diagnose that we needed new front brakes and an alignment (at minimum)! Sherman took the time to show me exactly what they were seeing with the brakes and then graciously spoke to my brother-in-law to explain our situation so he could help us make the right decision.Initially, Sherman explained the brakes could not be replaced until Sunday. However, understanding we would need to have family travel from Richland to pick us up and then return on Sunday to get the car, Alex volunteered to work late and the car was ready to go by 5:30pm!Needless to say, we felt very blessed that our trouble started near this Firestone store as the service was excellent and the team there showed they value their customers and go above and beyond to meet customer needs. We would highly recommend this store to anyone traveling through the Spokane area.A huge thank you to Sherman and Alex for making our day. We can truly say we were 100% ++ satisfied!

People seem to have a false misconception that big name chains like Firestone try to take advantage of people. I couldnt disagree more when it comes to the Firestone location in downtown Spokane. They consistently treat me fairly and go above and beyond to assure I completely understand any/all necessary work that needs done. I dont hesitate going to Firestone, because I know they stand by their work and do a thorough job keeping my family safe in our vehicles.

The front desk staff were great. The auto repair mechanics were patient with our requests. We are definitely coming back for the great service we received as well.

Techs at shop were kind and helpful. Old man with white hair and angry expression on his face all the time is why i will never come back. I believe he is the manager. I dropped my car off for alignment at 8am i made appointment a week before. Didnt hear anything all day and so at 6pm before they closed i stopped by. They were closing and i asked about my car. He got angry with me because i needed my car and had been waiting 10 hours for it. He started slamming things around and yelled at me. No one called me to tell me if it was done but had apparently been done for hours. I will never ever come back and have told everyone i know to never go back for alignment or anything. I also witnessed him driving around parking lot in a customers car at like 20 miles an hour. Go somewhere else or go to the valley one.

I cant say anything other than: expect excellent service. I have been bringing vehicles to them for over 6 years and they consistently provide excellent, upfront service with clear pricing options to fit both safety and budget. It should be no wonder why I continue coming back, and will continue using Firestone.

Went in on Monday June 3rd for a wheel balancing and rotation. Mechanic either installed center cap incorrectly and was lost on the road or the mechanic lost it. Called to try to remedy the situation and ended up buying the center cap for twenty dollars. Hasn’t been the first time a mechanic has lost my center cap but these businesses should be held responsible for these minor mishaps.

These guys were great! They helped my husband out so much, they went above and beyond to make sure our car was taken care of even when we didn’t have all the money to do it. We are so thankful for their help, I would have missed class and my husband work if not for them.

I went there today. I needed them to see what was wrong with my truck. They found that my wheel bearing assembly failed and something to do with the drivetrain and axle . The repair price is around 760. I would of had them do it but i cant afford all that at once and I need my rig for the schedule I have. I wish there was another monthly payment option besides the credit card because I didnt qualify.Otherwise Jeff was up front and warned me it would be up there in price.

Although Id be a little concerned of where this location would be without Christa Rodgerson, because of her Id come back. We had some complications but she went out of her way to make sure it turned out as a satisfactory experience. She genuinely cares about the customer and does what she says shes going to do. If you have any issues, ask to speak with her and youll be treated fairly.

About a week ago, I had driven over a screw and completely ruined my tire.I tried taking it to Honda (where I bought it), but they were unable to fix it due to where the screw punctured my tire. They suggested going to Les Schwab or Firestone, and as Firestone was closer, I opted to take it there.Now, when I asked the man (not putting his name for privacy reasons) if they could fix it, he told me the same as Honda: It wasnt able to be fixed. I was visibly upset and he asked how much I was quoted for a new tire. Honda was going to charge me $140, and he told me they normally retail for $175. I was broke due to transferring money to a new bank account (it would have taken too long to transfer money back), and only had a little bit of cash that a friend loaned me for a patch. Basically, I was out of options. Without a new tire, there was no way Id be able to work for the rest of the week.He told me to come into the store, saying hed try to see what could be done. I didnt have hope at this point.Then, he told me he found me a brand new tire, and would charge me the amount I had in cash. I was incredulous. He assured me he was serious, and told me my car would be ready the next day. I almost cried. He told me that if his wife was in the same situation I was in, hed want someone to help her.The next day, I was able to come pick up my car. Heres the thing: When I got home, I realized it was the same tire as the rest in my set. I was grateful enough that he found me a new tire, but to find the same one? The same wildly expensive one?I will never go anywhere else in Spokane for my car needs. I may have bought my car at Honda, but itll be taken to Firestone from now on.

Nice dudes. Super expensive. (This was my old post after they did 1200$ of work on my car). About a month after I spent all of my savings on fixing my car and getting new tires, I ran over a screw and got a flat. It was pouring rain and I filled up my tire and zipped over to Firestone hoping they would patch it up for me. When I got there, I was the ONLY customer in the store. They told me they wouldnt even be able to look at it until Monday (this was a Thursday). I told them I had to have my car for work as I worked in the community and had to head to various clients homes throughout the city. Still, they would not take 15 minutes to patch my tire. Luckily, Les Shwab was a few blocks away. I drove over there and even though they had a room full of customers and a full garage, they took care of me. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they fixed my tire for free!! I will never give Firestone another dime. Les Schwab will forever have my business. They even told me the price for the same tires that I got at Firestone and they were 200$ cheaper. Save yourself time and frustration and do not bother with this Firestone.

Despite the low stars I stopped here to have a tire repaired because it was close to home. Upon arrival, I smiled, said hello and I was greeted with an expressionless how can I help you. I asked for a tire repair, we went outside, she looked at the tire and said it couldnt be repaired. I went to a different tire shop and they repaired it, no problem. Dont go here. Worst tire shop ever.

Im really not sure why theres so many bad reviews on here, I guess everyone has their own experiences. We went there today to replace 4 extremely bald tires with 4 new snow tires. Not only did we get squeezed in on a day right after a snow storm (when pretty much everyone needs to go to a car shop), but the service was 3 hours quicker than quoted. Not to mention the prices were cheaper for their tires than what I researched online for other places nearby like Troys or Midas. Were new to the PNW too (just moved from Tennessee), so this snow storm was nail biter experience for us, and the woman at the counter was so nice and helpful providing us safe winter driving tips. Extremely thankful we chose Firestone today.

Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. I received my car back with damage on the underside from catching part of their ramp system while backing off. The guy working simply told me how to fix it when I got home “its not that bad” and “that damage would be impossible to happen on our equipment”. Save your time go elsewhere.

Very helpful service! We stopped here on a roadtrip when the car was making a strange noise. The car was in and out in an hour running as good as new. We were only charged for a trip-check and were treated with care!

Warranty is not worth the paper its written on - I got a puncture in a tire which was under warranty. Jeff, the service writer, said it could not be repaired and suggested an $80 replacement tire which did not match the other three, and was also more expensive than the one it was replacing. The fact that the tire was not repairable is dubious also, the puncture was in the tread, not even close to the sidewall.I suggest further training to do the right thing the first time

I booked an appointment for wheel alignment. When I got there, the lady at the front desk asked if my car had lane departure (I said no) or any special features and I was told that it would cost extra $130 on top of $199(one-time life time warranty price) every time they do the alignment because my car has blind spot monitoring. They could have told me this over phone when I called for appointment. Just wasted my time and tried to feed me some BS. The alignment costed me $89+ tax at the dealership.

Today I received the most excellent service from Christina and the mechanic (not sure of the name). We took a vehicle into Firestone to have it inspected for a purchase we were looking at buying. The mechanic found several problems with the vehicle some obvious and some concealed. Christa explained all of the problems to both myself and the seller in a very matter of fact and professional manner. She is extremely knowledgeable. This inspection took over an hour of shop time and only cost me $23 and it saved me over $3,000 from purchasing this poor quality car. Thank you Firestone.

I popped my tire last night on my way home from work. This morning I walked in around 11, and I dropped off my tire. After leaving Firestone, I got into a car accident. When I drove back to pick up my tire, they were able to check to make sure I was able to still drive my vehicle. Thanks guys!!! 😄🐼

I would not recommend them. They wanted to charge me almost $400 to change my low beam head lights. I did it myself and cost me $50 and took me 10 minutes.

I gave them the number to contact when my car was ready yet they still called the wrong number, which made me have to wait for my car 3 hours longer than I was told I had to wait. Also, someone took the sunglasses I left in my glove compartment.

They are the most expensive and least able mechanics Ive been to in spokane. I avoided them for years after they charged me $100 for a shrug and a who knows? Recently, my son went and they had a hard time getting tires on his car and also getting them aired up to pressure. It appears they skipped the second part. It was around $500. I wouldnt trust them with anything more complex than an oil change.

I called Firestone this morning and was quoted a price on a oil change of $49.99 for full Synthetic oil, I was told not to worry about printing the coupon just tell them I saw it on line. Upon arriving the gal at the counter told me it would be over $100.00 I explained I was Quoted $49.99 and she said that was last month to which I said that I was quoted this price this morning. I got no reply to this I will never do go back to this store again to be treated this way, I tried to call to speak to the manager and she answered and said that she was the manager. Case closed I will go elsewhere from here on out.
