2 weeks ago I bought my tires from Liberty tire. After they got done I was so happy I told them I write a review, so here it is: I shopped around a lot for tires for my 2014 tacoma trd sport with a 2 inch suspension lift, technically its called a full suspension leveling kit. I finally settled on these guys because I talked to the guys on the phone and their customer skills are superb! They got the tires I wanted. They seriously know what they are talking about and delivered everything they said over the phone. When I got their my tires were installed quick and easy. The tires they installed were not supposed to fit my truck however they fit perfectly. If you have a 2nd gen tacoma with a 2 inch suspension leveling kit 33s tires fit fine but you have to use a tiny spacer. You will get a little bit of rub when turning sharply, nothing even remotely serious. The owner is a hard working, God loving, knowledgable guy. I wish all businesses were run this way. They promise and deliver, most places over promise and under deliver. Not that they need me to say this but if you are getting tires go to these guys. The owner told me they install lift kits too. I had a nail in my left driver tire that couldnt be patched by the tire store so they sent me to liberty to get a used because they none in stock long story short I got 2 used tires and now have a good spare

Been dealing with these guys since my first car 30 years ago. Good fellas who know what theyre doing. Great value & hometown business that treats their customers well. Theyve done everything from tires, brakes, alignment, shocks, exhaust, tie rods, steering components, bearings, & used car inspections. Friendly, timely service.

I met Steve at Liberty Tire about 2 months ago he did one alignment for me I had an appointment with him three weeks in a row for him to help me fix my motorcycle I know he doesnt do motorcycles be reassured me he would help me at the very last minute he canceled my appointment and just blew me off like I was nothing lost the parts to my bike and I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by his employees except for Preston Preston was awesome

I cant believe this place has bad reviews.1) If you take your car in for repairs - (anywhere doesnt matter where) and they tell you a quote for the fix but then it becomes more expensive because they found other stuff wrong with your car while they were fixing it, thats life. Thats owning a vehicle.2) Instead of writing a bad review, thank the shop that found the extra issue and tip them for catching it before it caused more of a domino effect on your beloved engine.3) Get your car checked on regularly to avoid extra issues. Nothing is expected to break, and its not the shops fault when it does.4) Get over yourself and be patient.Class time over, heres my review:I went in for a tune up. The guys were funny, social, kept me informed and while I was there (usually takes 2 hours for a tune up..depending) they had people coming in and out for all sorts of things. The technicians all had good attitudes, they were all willing to pitch in and help each other to make the job quicker. Ill go check to see if we have those tires! ... Ill do a quick check on your alternator just to be sure. ... Let me see if we can get that for you, itll just be a minute.*Perfect Customer Service*People didnt wait long, and neither did I. Oh and guess what, they did a great job on my car. Ill be coming back for sure.Thanks guys!

Had a good experience with these guys when I took my Ranger in to have a few things looked at. I have a tough time trusting most shops but they helped me out, were polite and treated me well, got me a nice used set of tires for cheap (a couple all terrains and a couple all seasons - was going to buy a full 4-set but they discovered a thin wall on one of the 4 and gave me two different tires without changing the price), also recommended a trusty nearby shop to take the truck in to for bigger repairs if necessary, and no attempts to upsell or anything. All around good stuff, and Ill be coming back to them in the future.

Ever since I have had my tires mounted and balanced here, I keep getting flat tires! The last repair was only $24.... with no punctures in the tire. Now on the freeway w a flat, AGAIN and its a different tire that they mount and balanced. Dont pay for a quick and unreliable mount and balance here.

Had my winter and summer tires (that are all on rims) changed out. I noted to the mechanic that one summer tire would likely be flat and if they could fix it. Picked up the car later and the note says - one tire flat; need to get fixed. No call about fixing it and they are a tire place. Wont use this place again.

From power steering replacement to a/c service, I am confident in their ability to pinpoint and fix any issues. I had a car in yesterday for a couple of different repairs plus new tires and they had it done in just a few hours. An honest, quality shop like this is hard to find anymore.

I took my motor home, new to me, but 10 years old, to have the tires checked. The very helpful man told me theyre close to that date, which I suspected, but he then said they would be fine for short trips, and next year Id probably need to replace them. If he had told me I urgently needed new tires, Id have believed him. Because of his honesty I plan to tell everybody I know about this store, and next year I definitely will buy my tires at Liberty in Spokane. First time going there they took me right in instantly put a tire on my car because it was bad and it was reasonably priced and I was out within a half hour extremely fast would recommend to anyone used or new tires.

Steve, Chip and the crew always do right by me. They help me find alternatives when what Im thinking wont work. They always give me a great deal too ... in fact I was able to snag a donut the other day while waiting for my snow tires to be put on the van. Started coming to this store 20 years ago when Randy was the owner!Today was the last time I will ever use this store. First off they quoted me a fair price then they misdiagnosed the problem! Then they told me the new problem!! So now we have a price twice the size of the first one! I am now a week and half with know car so I tell them to do it. So a week goes bye and I am still waiting for my car! OK car is done and when I go to pay the price that started at $800. Is now $1700 of course I am mad they didnt seem to care so I paid and left.
