Wendle Nissan has the best and friendliest service department for my new Nissan! I recently lost my rear window wiper, probably in the car wash and they replaced it for no charge! Who does that these days!

Within minutes of dropping off my car, Jeff got in touch with me via text message about what issues my car had and what was the solution !! Very open, honest and straightforward communication with regular response on text! He put to life a dead car on the same day! Day light in, day light out!! 12 months warranty on the service !! Highly recommend!!!

The service was great. The only thing I did not like was the sales lady trying to get me to trade my SUV in when it just hit 40000 miles. She followed me around asking repeatedly!

I have been patient and delayed writing any negative review, but enough is enough. I highly encourage people go find a different service location for their vehicle if possible. My vehicle went in right after Thanksgiving needing extensive repairs. Honestly, there was significant time required for parts to arrive, which I understand. However, it took multiple days before things were ordered. My engine arrived after Christmas and I had been told it would immediately be worked on. That following week I was told work would start on Wednesday and take 3 days to complete. We are now into the next week and I am being told they have no estimate when they will finish working on my car. Mind you, I have been without for a month and half now. As a side note, the sales department at Wendle Nissan is outstanding and I highly recommend, just dont plan on going here for any service!!!

Have lost all confidence something you can get done for 400.00 they want 700. Prices are way too hi not going there anymore

Had some warranty work done here - these guys were fantastic about doing it quickly and accommodating my schedule over the holidays. So good that I bought snow tires from them as well which were priced on par with anywhere else in town. Great staff and great work.

TOTAL MEH! Called for estimate and they werent accurate nor did they offer or suggest I do a few other things while my vehicle was apart which Im sure they would have once in and slammed a sale which everyone warned me about. Wasnt very professional so I went elsewhere and very glad I did. The bad rumors (which arent rumors) about this dealership are very true. Ill never call them again...
