We looked at many different vehicles and after recognizing what would work for us (even we didnt know what we wanted), she used her knowledge and ultimately took us to the one we purchased. Being out-of-state buyers, much of the car buying process was done over the phone. She was always responsive and she took the time to go over any questions we had. Recently purchased a new BMW X5 from BMW of Spokane. We worked with sales consultant Trent Miller. Trent was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with our questions as he explained differences between BMW models and option packages within the same BMW model. It is very apparent given the complexities of late model BMWs that the stereotypical sales person of old would not suffice in helping a buyer make an informed decision. Trent was exceedingly helpful after our completed purchase of the X5 in explaining and helping us understand the electronic safety and convenience options the X5 has to offer.Cory Moore was the finance manager who helped us with the myriad of papers required nowadays to purchase a vehicle. Josh got us in for service in spite of a misunderstanding on the date. Very accommodating and considerate. Service was done as scheduled although service parts are on backorder, so well have to return at some point. Overall, Josh did a great job all things considered.

I had my first experience at BMW of Spokane yesterday, and Jessica and Scott were fantastic to work with. I was traveling from MT and needed a brake flush on my vehicle, wanted to get it done while I was in town for a short stay. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and when I arrived in the am they took my car in immediately and had it done in an 90 minutes including a wash. Toni Cornell is the absolute BEST! Working with her was fantastic, it was like no other buying experience I’ve had. We called this dealership to ask about a particular car that we had seen listed on AutoTrader. Toni answered our call, despite the fact that it was her day off, and quickly answered all of our preliminary questions over the phone. We told her that we were about 30 minutes away, and wanted to purchase a vehicle that same day, so she personally went out and made sure the vehicle was on the lot for us before having us drive over to see it. When we arrived, she had washed the car and had it pulled up and ready for us. It had just arrived at the dealership and had been in the service area being inspected, and that had to be finished before we could test drive it, but since we wanted to buy something that same day Toni immediately went searching for answers and found out that the inspection had just been completed. She went along with us (at our request) for a nice long test drive, and that’s what sold the car... I’ve never driven a vehicle as nice as the Jaguar XE we found at this dealership, it’s an incredible machine. When we arrived back at the dealership, Toni answered all of our questions, and made the financing process beyond easy. She asked us over and over again if there was anything we needed, anything she could be doing better, or anything we wished was better about the buying process... she went far above and beyond to make sure our every need and want was met, and to ensure that we were completely comfortable with our decision to purchase this vehicle. We had arrived at the dealership in the late afternoon, with the goal (as I said) of driving home with the car that same day, and Toni made it happen... financing a car can take awhile, and there were several customers ahead of us in the middle of the buying process when we arrived, so Toni waited with us the entire time while the financing paperwork was completed. She helped us set up car insurance, helped us locate documents to confirm our address since we had just recently moved, and helped us decide how to best navigate the financing in order to get us the best possible interest rate. While we were waiting, we talked about everything going on in both of our lives, and by the time we left that night I genuinely felt like we had made a new friend! We stayed until well after the dealership closed, until 9 or 10 pm, and Toni stayed the whole time, only leaving herself when we followed her out of the driveway in our newly purchased Jaguar! And that was on her DAY OFF!!! She had kids at home waiting, and she never once made it sound like an inconvenience that she was staying so late for us. We were so fortunate to have come across Toni in our car buying experience, and now I’ll be sure to send everyone I can to her for help finding their next car... because I know she will treat them like a lifelong friend, not just a customer, and that made the entire process better.

Derrick was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable on BMW products, providing me with appropriate information to make a decision. He demonstrated interest to earn my business while not being overly aggressive or pushy. Thats not always an easy balance to strike, but Derrick did it well. Sales manager, Sean, was also equally professional in his interaction. Kudos also to finance manager, Alan, who demonstrated excellent knowledge of the financial options available through BMW. Buying a used vehicle can be a stressful experience but the BMW team at Spokane made the process easy.
Walked in with absolutely no greeting or even acknowledgement I was alive. Walked by multiple salesmen same thing. Walked around looked at cars still nothing. I made up an email so I could leave a review for Toni. I work at a competitor locally in Spokane. It’s frowned upon in the business to buy anywhere other than your employer but she deserves the business. I have bought a lot of cars but never have I met anyone like her. She tells it how it is. So much class and integrity. I was in a bad way and told her I couldn’t get financed. I felt like I was treated like a person with an 800 credit score and left with vehicle nicer than I have ever driven. She’s making the small people feel like VIP. She’s what’s been missing in this industry. Toni you’re the bomb and I’ve already given your card out.

I would avoid using this dealership unless you enjoy getting the run around. I was interested in buying a car and started the process on 8/14. The salesman told about one that was being delivered to the dealership in a few days. I filled out the paperwork online on 8:14. They took a deposit on 8/16. I received from the salesman on 8/18 informing me that a large shipment has arrived and my car should be on the carrier. The following day I heard nothing from him. I called and texted and at the end of the day he informed me that it had not arrived. He claimed he had no way of tracking the vehicle since it left the VPC and the car has not arrived at their dealership.This dealership excels at lies and deception. They don’t care about customer service. This is not how a luxury dealership should operate. I’ve purchased many other cars in the past from AutoNation, Ford and Infinity and have never had this poor experience.
Im looking to upgrade to a better car so I stopped at BMW of Spokane and did a test drive with a sales representative named Jessica who helped me and completely changed my view on car sales representatives. Jessica was very informative, kind and most importantly not pushy to make a sale. I would recommend using Jessica to help you with buying your next car. I also would like to mention that the show room is beautiful they have some amazing cars and everything is very clean.

I went in thinking Id never qualify for a car. Toni and Jessica worked with me and we found an X3 that would work and that I love. I couldnt be happier with the way I was treated there and how hard Toni and Jessica worked for me!!
Called twice for a “we’ll call you back.” Never received a return phone call. Went online to chat live for a “we’ll call you back.” Never received a phone call. Customer service is a joke unless you plan to pay for the marked up vehicle on their lot.
I would give their service department zero stars.Theres the time we drove over for scheduled maintenance and, after waiting over an hour, we asked the service advisor when he expected it to be done. He shrugged and said I dont know. Not, let me check on that for you or Im not sure let me find out. Thats just one of make complaints from that trip.The next experience was when my 5 series was towed in by BMW Roadside. The repair seemed to go well and, because I live over 300 miles away, I asked the advisor to ensure the car was ready to go when I drive over to pick it up. I was assured everything was fine and that the service tech had driven the car, finding no issues with it. So..... I drive there on Saturday to pick it up and low and behold the alignment is so bad that the car will change lanes within 20 feet. To go straight, the wheel must be turned at least 45 degrees out youll end up in the ditch. And its snowing.Not the experiences one would expect from a BMW dealer. Id be much better off having my local mechanic repair this car out of pocket.
If there was an option to give 10 stars I would give them 10 stars twice absolutely amazed at the performance of this place I made a phone call to see if they worked on mini coopers absolutely bring it over... were week out but lets see if we can work it in next day they called me and said hey we had a window lets work it in they kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process The quote was nearly accurate of what I paid I asked them to do a couple extra things just absolutely fantastic but really tops this place is its a level of customer service above all the rest in every department so I went in on a Sunday to pick up my car service department isnt open on Sunday 9 out of 10 places would have said sorry have to come back... this salesman named Bo jumped on it and called the service guy(Kevin) service guys like no problem his paperwork is here... his key are here.. Bo went out and fetched my car it was washed it was brought around Im just absolutely blown away so they will get my next new car purchase 100% outstanding job greatest car dealership in probably the Pacific Northwest that Ive been too

They listened and educated us on many different styles and models of used beemers, although they have many other pristine used vehicles. And then let us test drive a few and gave us plenty of time (& space) to discuss (privately). Toni went above and beyond and worked hours after closing TWICE until we were in a new car. My wife and I were in an unfortunate situation with our previous car and had to get rid of it, and Toni not only did NOT take advantage of our situation; but she took our previous APR of 12% and had us walking away with 3.4%. Toni turned what was a nightmare that could have been taken advantage of since we had no other choice and turned it into a blessing in disguise. She genuinely wanted to help and did not give up. If you want to skip negotiating games and dealer tricks and just get a straight up, no BS, best deal possible -- ask for Toni. She is genuinely a kind hearted person who wants to help people in an otherwise predatory market, and it feels like shes trying to make a difference. We will never go to a different dealership again.
I dont usually write reviews, but I feel that it was definitely earned in this case. In short, I was able to get a deal on a brand new X5 from my couch on Thanksgiving and had them drive it my house for delivery the next day at no extra cost.I inquired about a new X5 on Thanksgiving and was not expecting to get any type of response until the next day. However, Robbie responded within a few minutes and was willing to answer all my questions and do whatever needed to be done. We communicated through text messaging, which made it even easier. We went back and forth on communication until after 9 PM (I believe they closed at 7 PM) so that we could make sure all my questions were answered.Robbie got everything approved the next morning and started getting all the paperwork together. Again, so far, I was able to do this all via text messages. Dave then called to verify a few things for finance, and Robbie headed out once he was done with all of his other deals that he had that day as well.Since Robbie had a late start leaving Spokane and it was foggy, he didnt get into Yakima until almost 9:45 PM (that is not a typo). My wife and I took a quick look around the car, signed all the paperwork, and he gave us a tutorial of all the features of the vehicle. He then took my trade car and drove back that night (probably not getting back to Spokane until almost 3 AM). He then even e-mailed me the next morning at 8 AM to check in.The service that we received at BMW of Spokane from Robbie was nothing short of spectacular. I’ve bought may cars in my life, but never from my couch 😊 Robbie was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend that you ask for Robbie if you need a car from BMW of Spokane.

What a great buying experience. Really REALLY great!!! So great that I want to tell you all about it!I decided it was time to move on from my Jeep to a nice, comfortable, cushy (but a bit sporty) small luxury car. I have always been an Audi fan and after doing my research, I planned to buy a new A5. Before I did so, though, I figured I would take a quick look at the BMW 430s. Ive really never taken the time to check them out live as the Spokane dealership is a bit inconvenient for me.In contacting Spokane BMW, I had the good fortune of being paired with Trent Miller as a Sales advisor. We quickly chatted on Sunday morning. I shared with Trent what I was looking for, and I set up for a test drive later in the day. My schedule got jostled (by the Audi dealer no less!), so I arrived much earlier at Spokane BMW than planned. No problem. Trent accommodated my schedule without a problem. From that point on, I was impressed. Trent was thorough, but not at all pushy. Knowledgeable, but not boastful. Very genuine, accommodating, and friendly. The kind of guy you can believe is looking to represent your best interests when buying a new car. To me, that means a lot! After a test drive, I then left to go test drive the Audi. As I told Trent my plan, he respected it and didnt play any games. By late afternoon I was down to doing financial comparisons, what struck me is that Trent seriously made me a good deal. And, the whole Spokane BMW process was too easy. I kept expecting the silly gamesmanship. Nope. Neither Trent or Spokane BMW swayed from making this a easy, respectful, and possibly even enjoyable buying experience. As you can tell. I am thrilled.I may have found my new go to Dealership and Sales guy.
If I could give Joe an 11 I would. As a single woman, an older single woman I dreaded having to buy a new car. But Joe was very respectful and even more importantly gave me a fair price for the car. He answered all my questions and fully explained all the bells and whistles on the BMW. If I live long enough, Joe will be my go to guy for my next new car.

We just purchased a pre-owned truck at BMW of Spokane yesterday. While we usually dont think of this process as fun, it really was a pleasurable experience. We didnt expect to purchase anything (just started the process of looking for a truck to tow our boat) but it worked out well for us. The salespeople especially Nick, manager and finance person were friendly, honest and efficient. It was like a family as I even took care of another customers dog while the owner was getting trained on his new, shiny red BMW sportscar. I bought my car from them right before Christmas here it is May 21st 5 month later and I still dont have my license Plate, called them many time no result had to come back 3 time to get temp plate one times had to wait for one hour to get the temp plate. Got a hold of General Manager ( Mel Watson )he promised he would take care of it two weeks went by still nothing ☹️

Within the recent weeks, I have had the pleasure of dealing with BMW of Spokane. Although, I did not purchase my BMW with them, they contacted me about a recall on my car. They sent out a repair specialist to my house with the parts to fix the recall. What amazed me is the fact that a gentleman named Kevin contacted me about my recalls and set up a time and date to fix my car. Next was the repair specialist. “Milo”. He was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and had a great attitude. He explained what he was replacing and gave me a time frame on when I should expect him to be done with the repairs. He went above and beyond and tested my cars key fob to see if it was still sending a signal because I was having issues with my comfort access. Long story short, I have a incredible amount of respect for BMW of Spokane, Kevin, and last but not least Milo. This is what the brand of BMW is all about! A great company being represented by great people that are friendly and make you feel apart of the BMW family. I will be buying my next BMW from this dealership in Spokane.

When the part was late but we showed up for the car, they made sure we had a full tank of gas to go home on and even delivered the car to our door step. A few days later, when I went to drive it we discovered the tire was flat, took it in and it had a puncture in the new tire and needed replacing. They paid for it! Thank you so much. I love my mini and appreciate everything they did to make everything perfect!

BMW of Spokane was awesome to work with. They had wonderful communication skills and responded quickly to our questions. We purchased our vehicle from out of state (Utah) and were reluctant to buy with out actually test driving and seeing the vehicle in person. However, Derrick put us at ease when he sent us a dozen videos that were splendidly shot, going over every square inch of the vehicle; inside and out. The financing department was also great in helping us with all the procedures necessary to get the vehicle in our possession swiftly. The car even had a full tank of gas when we received it. I was interested in a vehicle at BMW of Spokane and reached out to the sales department. I spoke to Robert Fayant, who kept me updated via text on status of the car (as it was out on a drive at the time of my call). The car sold unfortunately, but we were able to find a better alternative vehicle on their lot. Robert went above and beyond by taking video of the exterior and interior of the car, answering questions, and setting me up with an appointment to drive the car. After driving it, I LOVED it! Unfortunately, I had one other vehicle to look at with another dealer and ultimately decided to go with that car. I wish I could have purchased both, as I would have bought the car from Robert purely because of his salesmanship. I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me, especially since I dont live in Spokane.If youre interested in buying at BMW of Spokane, go talk to Robert. Youll be glad you did!

Very slow process to buy a vehicle.A 2013 Jeep had a rather major transmission issue that they acted like they didnt know about but would fix if I bought it.Was able to actually talk to someone one time, never got a return phone call. Buyer be AWARE
If you need any service done for your BMW, go to BMW of Spokane before you go anywhere else! They usually have good deals you can find online on their website to make the service fees cheaper. The guys in the service department are always willing to work with you and are always friendly. If you want to do some of the little repairs by yourself, Mark in the parts department is a great person to talk to! He will let you know if you’re replacing the right part or not, and will tell you what you need. Overall, going to BMW is always a great experience!
Customer service is excellent and efficient. I always feel like they are going above and beyond for me. I also have a Mercedes and use the Mercedes dealership in Liberty Lake which is always a hot mess when I take my car in for service. I had a great experience while shopping there! I visited numerous other dealerships in the area and in the Seattle area looking for the right used vehicle, and a good trade in value on my car. Robert was a great salesman, no pressure, and willing to spend the time to help me decide among the many different used vehicles they had. Phil gave me the best trade in value from any of the dealerships I had visited, while giving me a rock bottom price on their car. I didnt have to haggle to feel that I was getting great numbers on my trade and their car. Phil was patience and willing to look at the numbers on a few different vehicles while I was undecided.I visited BMW of Spokane three times while I was making up my mind, and each time received the same service and respect. While in for service I had Scott investigate a check engine light/service warning that had come on briefly last Fall. He found an issue with the EGR Valve that actually ended up being a recall/warranty issue even though my 2014 X5 was over 100,000 miles. Though the part took a few months to be delivered by BMW, Scott had my car in for service a day after receiving it and fixed the issue. The cherry on top was testing out a brand new 2020 X5 service loaner for the day/night. Thanks!
Very friendly customer service and welcoming atmosphere. My 330i had a recall service appt, they said It could take up to three hours-it was only a fraction of that time; and they also informed me of other work needed that the previous owner failed to take care of. Over-all my wife and I witnessed and felt as they treated all their customers the same, like each customer was from a Royal family-no prejudices old/young, thin/thick, money/no money, male/female, we were all treated with 10 star service! I called BMW Spokane to schedule replacement of 2 factory recall items, and scheduled an appointment to address these items. I was offered a Friday morning appointment that should take 3 hours. Friday was great as I don’t work that day, and 3 hours should have worked fine as we had a formal party to attend that evening.Troubles arose when I showed up on Friday morning to drop the vehicle off for service and was told that “We have you in the schedule for Thursday. They still allowed me to drop off my car, but with no mention that it would now be longer than 3 hours…5 hours later, I contacted the service department about an ETA for completion. An hour after my contact, I received a text that it would be done in 45 minutes. We dropped my husband off promptly as we had a party as mentioned above, which would barely give us enough time to make the start of our party. BMW made him wait an additional hour in the lobby, which in turn, made us an hour late to our event while paying our sitter to wait as well. The 3 hours appointment had turned into 8 hours!I understand mistakes happen, but it is how a business deals with them that is the hallmark of good customer service. Better communication in setting expectations would have gone a long way to improving the outcome for us and our opinion of BMW of Spokane.For now, we’ll continue to have both of our BMW vehicles maintenance and service performed by Mark at Mark’s Automotive Inc in Post Falls, ID.

We had an amazing experience at BMW of Spokane! One of the smoothest ever and we purchase vehicles fairly frequently. Our sales person, Adel, was very easy to work with, low pressure, easy to talk to.The sales manager (I believe his name was Jeff) was honest and very accommodating. And our finance guy, Jose, was super cool!All around just an easy, pleasant transaction. Love the car and wed be back for a future purchase!
Ordered a car here and the process was super easy. Car arrived in six weeks and the sales staff (particularly Richard Reynolds) was fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond providing information and helping us every step of the way.
