The service manager, Jared, made every effort within his scope of authority to get my car repaired and back to me. Helpful, honest and good communication. My car was repaired and Ive had no problems since.
I worked with Linda to schedule an appointment for general servicing. Linda was super sweet and took care of everything for me. My car was in great shape and there was space to work at while I was waiting.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and Mike is always amazing, very helpful, professional, and caring. There is almost always a bit of waiting even if an appointment is scheduled but I would not exchange quality of care for a faster service. Truly appreciate the way I am treated and taken care of here.
Jim my advisor and Rich the tech that worked on my car were very helpful. My car went into the shop in a timely manner. Rich was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The part was ordered and installed and vehicle returned to me in far less time than expected. Rich also took the time to explain to me extended warranty options. Trent explained final paper work and I was on my way. These guys are great!

This dealer has absolutely no respect for First Responders! I made a deal on a pickup, towards the end of July. The pickup wasn’t ready at the time I signed the contract, No big deal, right? While I was waiting for the pickup to be ready, I have been called on multiple fires. Making my schedule very hectic and not leaving me much spare time for my family, let alone to go and waste my day at a car lot. Wasn’t more than a day or two after the pickup was ready, the harassment started about getting in to take delivery . I explained about me being on night shift, and tied to the fire 13 hours plus a day, and I just couldn’t get away right away. I begged them to hold the pickup until I had time, They refused. I offered to to pay for the pickup In full until I got there, would not take a deposit. Eventually they just started ignoring me. I never had a direct line to a salesman, or couldn’t get any responses even through an email. Long story short, they sold the pickup out from wonder me probably for a higher price. . So If they treat a firefighter like this, how do you think they’re going to treat everyone? Please show some respect and support for your fellow firefighters and first responders, and please shop somewhere else.

So I had them change my oil and change my antifreeze with amsoil well the got miss communicated and the mixed the to antifreeze well they tryed changing it again after I spent another$75 on new antifreeze and they did it again after we had just bought a car with them and this altercation they must have black listed us and I havent even gotten a call back from Mike Travis since so they have lost my business and now I need to get ahold of corporate because Im still running mixed antifreeze and Ive left multiple calls tanks for loosing a what was a Is loyal customer

My oil change was good. But at the time of scheduling my oil change, I also scheduled to have my headlight looked at and that was confirmed by phone, upon arrival, there was no record of the request to look at the headlight, and of course they didnt have time. My time is valuable too, thats why we make appointments. What good does it do when they dont schedule you correctly. If I wanted to make a separate appointment for each item I needed looked at, it would take several appointments. Why cant it be handled in one appointment? Tire Rama didnt have a problem looking at and fixing 3 different things in less than an hour.

I am very happy after my first trip to Camp Chevrolet! We recently purchased a used Tahoe that needed a recall performed for the passenger air bag. We also wanted a non-biased appraisal of our vehicle to make sure we didnt run in to any surprises. Trenton S, my service advisor, was great - from greeting me at the garage to making sure he understood my needs and walking me through the checkout process. I really appreciated the roominess and free WiFi in the waiting area - I was able to get work done while I waited for my repairs and service. We will definitely come back for service and repairs when needed.

I went there after a very poor experience with George Gee, who ripped me off, and have no integrity whatsoever.Jarred, my Service Manager at Camp was a refreshing reminder of old school service. . I love my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ and Camp Chevrolet service department recognizes it matters to me about the service care I get done on my vehicles. They spent two days trying to figure out what the issue was with my car but it could not be duplicated. My problem started on a recent trip to Seattle with my car having a computer glitch causing multiple engine errors and check engine light developing all the way to Seattle. After a stopping in Kirkland, Washington the check engine light disappeared and I drove back to Spokane with no check engine light and no further problems. Jim, my service tech adviser, took matters into his own hands and he and his mechanic tried everything to pinpoint the electrical glitch that caused the main issue. A big kudos to Jim and his mechanic for trying their best to get to the problem. I received good followup from Jim on my vehicle, he provided me with a ride to the shop to pick up my car and I didnt get charged for the service they provided in trying to get to the problem. Thank you for the great service.
Jared was fantastic. When my vehicle got back to the garage and they determined what was wrong with the vehicle, Jared kept me informed the whole time. The master mechanic, Ryan, solved this issue that has been going on with my vehicle for over 2 years. He fixed it in a day that other Chevy dealers could not fix. It made us very happy Thank you!
Took my Duramax in for oil change and new fuel filter. My service advisor, Jared Cord, was friendly, professional and helpful. Service was finished sooner than expected. Got a nice little video message telling me my truck was ready. Will be going back for future service.

I have always had a great experience when dealing with the Camp Service department. They are very communicative, and helpful. If my vehicle needed something they were up front about it, and have never tried to oversell anything. In fact when I was given a set of wiper blades as a promotion Trenton, my service tech, told me that I didnt need to change the ones I had currently and put the new ones in the car for me when I was ready. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service/maintenance.
I always change my own oil, but a recent (and temporary) back problem caused me to have someone change my oil for me this time. I have an almost new CT6 with over 400 hp so I chose thew Cadillac dealer to trust for the oil change. The service writer was Arron who was a five-star guy, very professional and stayed in-touch through out the brief service wait. The wait time was very reasonable, the price was very fair for full synthetic and the waiting room had a Keurig with many delicious flavors. Overall I was very pleased.

Had the DEF Tank go out on our Duramax Silverado as I was headed to KY for a month. I pulled in to the shop at 4pm, and got the truck back the next day...Jared and Trenton did everything they could to get that truck turned around...Theyll definitely get all our Chevy business...2014 and 2016 Duramax 2500s, 2010 SS/RS Camaro and the K3500 Silverado...Recommend them without reservation...

Really Good!!! My wife went in for our first routine oil change and expected to be there for quite a while but was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than 30 mins. Our Service Advisor Aaron sent us a text message a day before reminding us about our appointment and had also followed up with us after our appointment to make sure we had a good experience.
So I roll in a bit shy of my appointment time, and come to find out my appointment had been lost somewhere in the process. They apologized for the confusion, but agreed to keep the appointment. Aaron was my point of contact and kept me up to date, he answered my text questions quickly and professionally. Due to the lack of appointment it took longer than desired, but i still got in same day. Awesome team and very friendly.
A/C service was great.Tire service is lacking.Have a slow leak in one tire.Tire was not removed and visually inspected. Instead, soapy water was used while tire still on. Still have slow leak.
The service rep, Jerod, was great. Very polite and professional. Even went the extra step of researching the infotainment issues I was having on my new 2021 Cadillac Escalade. Very pleased with the service efficiency. Would recommend a Loaner Car program for Cadillac owners that need warranty work done.

Drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle with a pre-approval from my bank. I made this very clear to the salesman Rick who was phenomenal. The finance manager decides to run my credit without my permission to get me a better deal that I didnt ask for. Needless to say I did not purchase from Camp Chevrolet and never will. 10/10 do not recommend.

I went in looking for a bigger SUV. I had one in mind but the payments wouldn’t have been doable. We worked with Rick Pebles and he helped to find me something I could see myself driving in long-term. It was a little unexpected as I left with a mini van but I actually love it and all the space that comes with it.. It’s also a huge hit with my kids... Rick was pretty awesome, patient with my kiddo, and even filled my tank without me even asking. He said it’s the least he could do because we were there for so long. I will definitely return in the distant future and recommend to others looking for a new vehicle.
Jared was excellent and kept me updated during the entire service. He listened to my concerns and his team worked to identify the issues and get them resolved quickly. The internet service in the lounge allowed me to work while I waited, I even had lunch delivered, so no downtime whatsoever! And Jared made sure that my vehicle was sanitized before I left. Yesterday was my first time getting my car serviced here and had a fantastic experience. Aaron was awesome, didn’t have an appointment but he got me in anyway for an oil change. Had to bring 5 kiddos with me he was patient with us as we unloaded and loaded, offered to help me multiple times. That’s means a lot when a mom has to take kids on errands. Only took 30 min. Will be back.

I bought a car here two weeks ago and I’m happy with the car I purchased. Was a 2018 Dodge Ram and when I got home there were 10 or so dings below the door I will need to get fixed soon to ensure the vehicle is maintained and looks nice and to avoid future issues. I didn’t see them and they weren’t pointed out before I bought. I was lowballed on our trade in for a car in good to good/fair condition and was told they’d need to purchase new tires for the vehicle which was a huge contributing factor in the 1k below pricing for a trade in. “They wanted my vehicle for the lot.” They never replaced the tires and I felt a little swindled when I saw that. I’ll chalk it up to a learning for next time but overall an ok experience.
My experience at Camp was excellent. I was there a bit longer than I expected. My daughter need to get to work. Rick, our Sale Rep was so kind to drive her to work so I could finish my paperwork.
We just bought a Silverado and our salesman Kody was great to work with. He answered our questions and even found answers to a couple obscure ones. I believe her name was Tamara who did our financing paperwork and she was honestly one of the best financing people I’ve had the pleasure to sign paperwork with. This was the least stressful car buying experience we’ve ever had.

I dropped my car off 2 hours before my appointment because thats when I had available transportation. While I was enjoying breakfast, 45 minutes later, I get a call saying my car was done. I picked up my car and was home 45 minutes before my actual appointment time.

We received an oil change and a headlamp replacement completed on our 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. The work was completed quickly and efficiently while we waited. The waiting area was clean and orderly. The chairs were sanitized and spaced apart making our time there comfortable and relaxing. Our service tech, Aaron Murrell was polite, attentive and helpful and told us to call if we had any issues or concerns.

I decided to give the service department at Camp a try since I was unhappy with the service Id been receiving at the other Chevy Dealership in the area. My service advisor was Aaron Murrell. Aaron did a great job going over with me the service I needed. I dropped the vehicle off, they provided a Lyft home for me. The vehicle was done earlier than estimated, which I appreciated and it appears that everything was accomplished. I will be back for future service at this location

I just love the treatment I get when I come to Camp, Aaron Murrell always greets me with a big smile, and yes, you can see it through the mask. Camp Chevy did a great job when I took my truck in for an oil change. The facility was large and clean. All the staff were wearing masks and there was plenty of hand sanitizer present. The waiting area is large and clean. My service advisor, Jared Cord, was very pleasant and courteous with me. My truck was treated with respect as they placed plastic around the steering wheel and seat. I was out in about 45 minutes. I was given information on how to purchase life time oil changes. My experience with Camp Chevy was exactly was you would expect from a dealership...quality. I will be doing all of my service with Camp Chevy for the life of my truck.
