I was in here less then 10 min ago, to the girl who said shes new and its her second week I totally through a curve ball at you,, and I asked you to make me a coffee that youd wanna drink on this day, chilly, windy, rainy. You COMPLETLY understood the assignment, this is definitely a great, wonderful, sweet, flavourful,, perfect coffee, I have no idea what you made me but Id like to know so I can order it again. I hope they keep you there for a long time because your definitely talented, and extremely sweet, I look forward to coming in again 🙂

This place is a great stop to have coffee with a friend, co-worker, or just grab your morning drink. I’m particular with my flavoring and only like half the usual flavor added and they do a great job of making the drinks “not too sweet”Clean welcoming environment where the baristas give the vibe they “know their regulars”When working downtown I always try to get over here for a coffee when I’m out for a walk.

Cute little shop, nice environment, have a wall that you can hang your personal mug up and come in for a fresh cup in your cup! Love it!

One of the better lattes I’ve had! Perfect temperature and I asked for half of the flavor so it was the perfect sweetness as well. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate. Will definitely go back next time I’m in town!

I personally give this place five stars because they make excellent copy even if its not to your liking right away they can easily fix it to make sure you leave with an absolutely extraordinary Li delicious cup of coffee or smoothie or any Blended sort of drinks such as Italian Red Bull sodas which they have so many flavor and flavor combinations you could dream of. Now that fall is coming up I recommend an autumn breeze with Red Bull or Lotus mixed in. They also make delicious sandwiches and they have really good pastries and cookies.

Fast, friendly, service and a smile. I love it there. I can take my drink to go, or I can sit and enjoy the atmosphere and the people. I like my coffee blended, and I dont know just how the do it but it is so smooth and creamy that you would think it was a milkshake.😋😋😋I most definitely will be back. Oh ant the baked goods are delicious youll have to try them .I personally like the ginger-mollasses Cookie. Yummy yummy!

I am allergic to wheat. my gluten free diet is a must have thing in my life. the guy who did our order wasnt very nice to me. and the girl working with him she was nice. but he acted as I was bothering me. I said breve which should of been charged under Americano Ive always had it that way and I said blended and they charged me almost 6 bucks for a 24 oz 4 shot breve that was supposed to be extra sweet and was not. they also said they had gluten free bread and adversities it with the avocado toast. and they did not have it. I also tipped them. I really hope the service gets better. because for me to spend almost 20 bucks total. I am a general manager my self. I would never say anything to anyone unless its true and I work customer service my self and it was bad for me to leave a review like this. I believe we spent 16.11 and it was yesterday around 930am I think.

I love visiting here! The staff is so warm and friendly, and they’ve got amazing quality of what they offer. I’d put them up against any big coffee chain like Starbucks or Dutch Bros, and Brews Bros would blow them out of the water! Their stuff is just so good! My personal recommendation is the Kaluha Kiss, but with steamed milk instead of coffee! It’s to die for. Definitely a great place and definitely earns the patronage they get from me!

5/26/21 I walked into to the Wells fargo location and ordered the daily special iced and a raspberry sweetwater bar. I just started a new job in this building and was super excited to try this location for obvious reasons. The sweetwater bar was great. The drink was well below subpar. Three hour old cold coffee pot coffee tasted better than what I received. There was one man in front of me who ordered one item, no people behind me and three women working this location at the time of my order. My drink was bitter, had coffee grounds inside the drink and outside the drink on the lid. I will not be purchasing from this location again. Sad I left a $2 tip on a $6 order

I Love the downtown Brews Brothers Coffee Shop. Great coffee, and breakfast items. Come in during the afternoon hours, and enjoy a good cold brew. Hidden just on the other side of the STA Plaza, this place is a great nook, with friendly people, and a cozy atmosphere.

Pros: nice employees, nice looking atmosphereCons: bland watered down tasting granita.Asked for 16oz granita with extra shot.It was the weakest tasting granita I have had in my life.The prices do not match the quality.I have gotten better coffee drinks at McDonalds.

The Brews Bros downtown is by far my favorite spot. The woman there are funny, sweet, and will have a conversation with you. Once they get to know you, theyll joke around with you and its just a joy.

The coffee was ok but the servers were unfriendly and did not know the correct WiFi password. I told them the one the one they gave didn’t work and they just said “sorry.”

Every time I give them a chance they either overcharge me or are rude. I am down there three times a week and stop in there occasionally but am apprehensive because of the service I am anticipating. Today I ordered a drink from their specials board and was charged regular price. They cant do refunds so Im just out of luck.

This has been one of the best parts of my two weeks in town for work. The staff are so friendly and they remembered my drink so quickly. They have fun merchandise and the best cookies. I may miss those cookies most of all when I head home. I will always stop here when Im in Spokane!

Brews Bros has a great location in STA Plaza if you find yourself in the area. Their products are high quality and the Vibe is awesome!

I come here a lot and even do a refillable gift card so I have coffee money. Today however whomever was the one working before you close was extremely rude to my husband and gave him the wrong drink and instead of fixing mine she dumped the hot mocha into another cup and added ice tree they taste extremely watered down as well. Im very sad Ive been coming here for years and the morning crew never acts like this or makes awful drinks like this

Yummy coffee!! My partner & I were in desperate need of coffee and didnt want any of the big chains. We found this place & are super happy with our coffees! We both got hot grasshoppers (white coffee, white chocolate, creme de menthe) and they were delicious. I noticed they also carry Lotus energy drinks, which are yummy! Thank for great coffee!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Spokane. Large breakfast menu:bagels,burritos, breads, and so much more. They can make any drink and they always have a weekly special and seasonal drinks. I love their Butter Rum Latte! The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, the girls are so sweet and the conversation actually feels genuine! Ill always return and recommend Brew Brothers to my friends.

A pretty location with a friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and wonderfully unique syrup flavors. On the downside, it is rather expensive, often overcrowded for its single server status, and the wooden chairs are incredibly noisy on the tile floor (whether pushed or lifted). With so much space, they could easily rearrange things more considerately. Even so, I will always be back for their weird and delicious syrup flavors, such as stone fruit, lavender, and honeydew melon.

Hip spot on the corner of Post and Sprague in Downtown Spokane, close to everything and full of baked goods and treats for everyone. Staff are attentive and made my 12 y/o daughter feel right at home and comfortable! We sat at the front window bar (high stools and a great view of the frozen streets) and watched the world hustle by in the cold drinking hot cocoa and eating breakfast bagel sandwiches that were so good my daughter packed her leftovers away in a napkin and devoured it later, without reheating! Great little place to stop and relax, warm up, and enjoy!

They always recommend good stuff and the baristas are super sweet and caring. If youre downtown, you should visit here.

LOVE this place for coffee and quiche! My husband and I were in town for a few weeks and we stopped by pretty much every morning!Bakery items are homemade and the quiche is so good! My favorite was the veggie quiche and husband liked the spinach and Asiago! I also really liked their lavender latte!They have a nice atmosphere with books and board games in the corner.Girls behind the counter are super friendly and orders come out quickly. There are always people there, which I take to be a very good sign.Highly recommended!

Found this gem on my latest business trip. The coffee is great but what really stands out is the customer service. The ladies in the morning are so kind, friendly, and attentive. Was the highlight of my trip!

Great customer service, consistently. The girls treat all their customers with kindness, and being next to the plaza, not all their customers treat them the same way. Slightly more expensive than I like to pay but worth the convenience of being central downtown

I love, love, love this place. I come in for coffee almost every day, and the ladies who work in there always remember what I like to drink. Everyone who works there are just the sweetest people you’ll meet, and I have never had any problems with their shop. I’ve even taken friends and family members to get coffee here. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love this coffee shop, the baristas, and the environment. They serve the best-crafted coffee in the city Id argue. Not only that but they are clean, efficient, and nice people. Theyve painted the walls a beautiful rouge color, put up chalkboards, and recently got an improved electronic payment system. Whether youre the talkative type or silent they will treat you with respect. I stop here every time i get a chance, 5/5 would recommend going!

I have been coming here since I started working downtown 6 months ago and have never been disappointed since. The staff remembers my order, my son and diatary needs and is ALWAYS friendly.

Close proximity to the Davenport properties (original, tower, Lusso, etc...) makes this a must-stop spot for visitors.

I get a coffee from here every day before I go to work, Im indecisive. So they always have a special for $3 and it NEVER disappoints💕 They have a cute chalk board for people to write what their thankful for on the wall! And they call almost all their customers by their first name, I can tell Im not their only regular customer 🤗😍☕

I have always loved this place! Ive been a patron here since August of 2018. Its a cozy coffeeshop with a comfortable atmosphere, so it has that coffeeshop on the corner aesthetic thats rare and hard to find as the world modernizes. Not to mention their coffee and baked goods are ALWAYS good, and the staff is familiar and accommodating to any dietary need you might have for your drink! One thing you need to know about this place is that you need to purchase something to get the wifi password, and ask for it at the counter, or you wont get it. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!

I am would be giving this 5 stars but after what witnessed today I will only give it 3 stars and thats simply due to the fact that the coffee and scones are really good and the prices fair. I always loved stopping in and talking with the old employees before my commute to work they even knew my name and the drink I would order. It seems like there are new staff and Im honestly not impressed!!! Today I witnessed something that was very sad to me, there was a young man who was purchasing two drip coffees and was using two cards . From what I heard and it wasnt hard to hear the employee working loudly informed the man that the card has to have a minimum of two dollars and then the employee dressed as a scarecrow it being Halloween gave him a look of discgust.he fumbled in his pockets but came up with nothing the employee was about to take the coffees to a sink when a lady behind him said she would cover the rest which was only a dollar!!! He looks very embarrassed but thank the woman and she said its just a dollar. I looked around and many customers looked upset at how the man was treated . I will no longer go to this location simply because no matter the class we should all be treated with dignity!! No one is above the other and these girls acted as if his business wasnt appreciated. He was still putting money into the Brews Bros business and every customer should count! These girls where rude and that is absolutely unexceptable. I fear this business will lose alot of loyal customers if this treatment continues. Also I saw no sign indicating a two dollar minimum card payment!

Great coffee and a cool eclectic seating area to go along with friendly and courteous staff. Their coffee (americano) tasted smooth with with complex notes and sis not have any bitter after taste.The interior space has a very welcoming feel and nice vibe. An easy place to relax or take the lap top and get some work accomplished.They also have a large variety of pastries and breads to choose from.
