🍩 Friendly cashier (young tall guy). We tried 2 new donuts, caramel apple & a chocolate custard filled one. We also grabbed 2 free glazed ones since we had our Covid vaccine cards with us. Thank you for yummy donuts and excellent service 👍🏻

Pre-ordered and picked up a dozen. Stuffed selections in my opinion are too sweet but the original glazed donuts are the best. People very friendly and service was fast and efficient. I think the prices are reasonable as you know you are getting mostly fresh made donuts at the same price as a grocery store.

Fresh donuts and nice employees. Ordered a dozen and employee told us it was cheaper that day to get 2 dozen... Dont know how they can do that, but appreciated the tip.

Had a craving for these tasty morsels of pure pleasure and boy were they so fresh light and sweet 2 glaze and a small milk 🥛 I was on a motorcycle ride when the craving hit . Off I-90 at Sullivan. Always fresh .

The donuts are always good! Maybe I was too early but the selection was pretty thin. I left with just glazed but no coffee cake, blueberry, fruit filled, etc. It was about 5:45 am and the selection is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

Employees are trash. Didnt answer the phone for my question about my order. Called over 100 times. Rude service. Door said lobby closed but i went through the long line to get my prepaid order and then told to go in.

Driving a big rig and they don’t have the lobby open. Most likely because they don’t pay well enough for employment retention.

Good doughnuts but the prices are a little steep.

It would be really nice if people at this location knew how to listen when you order something, or at least read back to confirm they have it right.This location really needs to do something to counter the noise from the road when ordering. I dont think Ive placed a single order where the person taking my order didnt say I couldnt hear that because of loud cars. And then when you try to wait for them to pass, you get rushed to order which makes them get the order wrong.Rocket science this is not. Millions of food places have figured out how to take orders while at busy corners.

Employees were helpful and courteous. It was awesome having fresh, hot off-the-press doughnuts. Freshest ever. We also got 3 coffees: 2 iced, 1 hot. Yummy.

Im giving 5 star for the donuts but only 3 star for the staff. I came in on a sat at 830 am, the lobby was empty and probably 6 employees walking around the drive through and front counter doing nothing and didnt acknowledge me for a good 3 minutes... Finally got my dozen donuts and was able to leave.It could have been better...

Really wanted to try their new cinnamon rolls that they’re advertising. Sat in line for 30 minutes for those cinnamon rolls, only to find out that they don’t have any. A few days later, I called the store to confirm that they have two boxes (8) of cinnamon rolls, which they said they did, and I asked them to put them on hold. I showed up five minutes later, once again was sitting in line at the drive-through for five minutes, come up the window, the guy tells me that he was wrong they only have two rolls left. I am completely understanding that the whole world right now is struggling with labor shortages and supply chain issues however here’s an idea: Don’t advertise something unless you actually are confident that you can offer it. Sales 101: underpromise, overdeliver!

I’ve always loved donuts and Krispy Kreme is no exception. The only thing that makes me sad is I don’t see the Boston Creams with custard in them anymore, just the sweet cream. Anyway, the donuts are still delicious here and my kids loved watching the donuts be made.

Donuts!! Got half dozen fresh made glazed (sugar rush). And a 1/2 dozen assorted ( Reeses, lemon, creme filled and sour creme). Friendly service, quick drive thru and can hear clearly over the speaker. Overall cant go wrong with KK.

Tastes fantastic and great variety but so dang expensive and only 1 location here which makes it not worth it to go.

Go here every Sunday for our donut fix! Drive through is very quick. Staff are usually friendly and accommodating.

We went through the drive thru. I had left a medical appointment and was buying a few dozen donuts for the office as a sorry Im late offer. We got a dozen regular and a dozen of sorted. They were patient as we asked a lot of questions and very friendly. Do appreciate the friendly service we received.

I live in idaho and have been craving these for weeks now and they didnt disappoint. A little bit of a line on Saturday morning but totally worth it

Their maple donuts would taste better if they didnt just pour maple donut glaze over the original glazed donuts. The plain original glaze is just too much with the maple, just too sweet. It both takes away from and overtakes the flavor of the Maple glaze. If it were just a plain raised donut with the Maple glaze and no original glaze, you would get just the amazing maple flavor, as it should be.

Hands down one of the best donut places. Ever. Seriously.

Its always a treat to visit here. Whenever I take my daughter she picks out her donut while waiting in line and they are always happy to make sure to grab the right one off the conveyor. Really makes the trip specified her.

I love the doughnut maker definitely my favorite part. Dont recomed the doughnuts there addictive. Once you start you cant stop. Best doughnut place in Spokane for sure. I ate 5 of my 1/2 dozen before I could take a picture. Only doughnut that beats Krispy Kreme is the square doughnut from the Lehi bakery (its in the footloose movie).

Very confusing online ordering format when trying to use verified coupon codes. Could not get promo for signing. Donuts are still, unfortunately,THE BOMB!

I remember when the donuts use to be actually hot. You know the hot were you have to breath through your mouth like a dragon to get them down. That made them so GOOD and they would melt in your mouth. Now hot = lukewarm if even that warm. You have to get all the way home and microwave them to get them like I remember from my childhood.

This place is different now. Prices went up and donuts in size is twice smaller then it use to be. Plus donuts doesnt taste the same either.

We got their Halloween donuts. They turned out great and tasted amazing! Such a hit at our Halloween party.

The most fantastic experience with a doughnut Ive ever had! Loved the OG Kreme filled one, guess its new. The choc custard was nice as well. Heck of a sugar rush helped propel us through Spokane Valley Mall afterwards. Definitely will be back when we come to Spokane.

KRISPY KREME donuts are the Bees Knees if you know what I mean! We love them, whenever I get the chance I will go there to get myself and my family at least a dozen or two. Service was good, everyone was wearing masks and practicing social distancing! A good selection of donuts, not too many but not too little. Definitely will be returning!

I am never ordering from here again!! So frustrating! The last two times Ive ordered from here they have messed up my order. I ordered from here Monday and I ordered half a dozen donuts online, they gave me 5 and charged me 3 times. The previous time I ordered 6 dozen they only gave me 4 dozen and failed to tell me they were out of half of the ones I ordered. Still managed to charge me full price though! Do not order online here you will get screwed guarantee it!

Best donuts around. Gotta go easy on them, though. Live 80 miles away but a trip to Krispy Kreme every time to town has gotten to be a tradition.

I used to be a very regular customer and everyone was so nice and had great customer service. About a year or so ago their customer service became not great. I dont know if the Covid crisis has people on edge but i went through the drive through and asked for chocolate glazed and was told they only had regular glazed, so i went ahead and ordered and as i got to the window I heard the girl working telling the car behind me their list of donuts(i heard her say old fashioned and a couple others i couldnt make out) so that kind of irritated me, but Ive learned to not expect great service from them due to my last several visits, although for 13 dollars for a dozen donuts it should be MUCH better.

Chill staff. I love watching the donuts on the conveyor belt, very satisfying to watch while waiting for your coffee. Indoor seating is currently closed, but thats okay.

Came to drive thru and they were out of their famous original donuts and could not give us a time when they would be available. I have traveled throughout the country and never had that experience. So sad and disappointed.

We’ve been here twice and drove away both times without any glazed donuts. Each time we’ve arrived 3 hours before they closed. It’s ridiculous that you can show up 3 hours before closing time and there’s no donuts left. I’ve never had this issue at any other Krispy Kreme. Imagine going to Chic-Fil-A and they tell you they’re out of chicken? Love Krispy Kreme but the Spokane location sucks.

I’ll tell you what, Children under the age of 2 are not required to use a mask and children between the ages of 3-5 are not required to wear mask, I know they are recommended but are NOT required. There was no one inside your store during the time we went in. Guidelines say that if you are with your family and are able to stay six feet apart from others you are not recommended to wear a mask. PLEASE know the guidelines before you start sending people out of your facility.

Was pretty shocked when a gentlemen that was waiting after us wanted to buy donuts and they told him they couldnt because he wasnt wearing a mask. There was no body there besides us. Is that your policy? What if he had a medical condition by law your not aloud to ask!

Placed online order an hour in advance and was informed when I drove to the store that they were out and didnt have my order. You should not be able to order donuts online if the store is out

Krispee Kreme is a good place for donuts at a good price. The staff here wasnt stellar, been they werent bad either.
