After about half a year coming to Mugshots Espresso, Ive grown to enjoy their coffee immensely. The woman there arent very sociable still (LOL), but they know how to make coffee. Theyll remember your name, your order, and even make your drink if they see your car in the line before you even get up there, as long as youre consistently ordering the same thing. The lines can take a while still though since most coming here are getting multiple drinks. Expect at most a 5-10min wait.Honestly, their coffee is so good that I have troubles going anywhere else. Due to their recent temporarily shut down due to Covid Ive been forced to look elsewhere, but no one compares. I dont know what they do with the coffee here but its tastes way different than everyone else.

The women are great, fast and quick, had 3 punch cards asked to combine them she said they were not allowed to do that, I said ok then I realized its not her its proubly the owner, dont want to combine my cards because I might get a free one OMG a big 3 dollar credit, keep up the good work gals you are what makes the coffee stand great, its not your fault the owner has tight stupid rules

Really good coffee, prices are a little high and they take FOREVER to make your coffee. Even if there is only one car in front of you it is still at least a 10 minute wait! Overall if you arent in a rush and you like extra sweet drinks than go to mug shots. They give out free donuts on Monday morning!

Ive been going here since I moved around here. All of the girls know my order, even if someone else is picking it up for me! Theyre all super kind and are more about being a family with everyone. It seems like they know all of their customers personal lives because they care so much lol

Love this little drive-thru coffee stand. Excellent coffee and non-caffeinated options. They also over bagels, breakfast burritos, chips, muffins and free donuts on Monday. All the ladies that work here are wonderful and very friendly.

I am a picky person to start off. I expect amazing when I go somewhere and can be hard to win over. My first time visiting the shop with my best friend she assured me it would be great. After only going to jacobs for my coffee I was not excited to find a new joint. Through the window the most bubbly and friendly lady once again assured me she would make my drink perfect or she would remake it. That was nearly a year ago. Rachel has made my drink perfect every time I come through. She is always smilingand ready to go. Which is amazing considering I need a quad shot to even think about being that happy. The team is phenomenal and always strives to make your expierence the best possible! Im sorry Jacobs, my heart has been stolen! Thank you ladies for all that you do! I will always return. I have been going to this coffee shop for years because of the amazing coffee. I do not even live in spokane anymore but when I come through the area I go out of my way to get a coffee at Mug Shots because no one else can make an iced carmel latte like them. Today on my way back to my work out of town I went out of my way to stop and get a coffee. When I arrived the lines were crazy long. I pulled in and waited for around 20 minutes before I got up to the window to find out there were 4 or 5 girls standing around!! It was very ridiculous and disappointing to me as a customer because I have gone there for years and that many girls cannot figure out how to get the lines moving. I would think that one of them would know what was going on. The blond that served me did not know if the punch card was mine or the persons at the other window and when i got my coffee it was grainy and gross. I called to speak to the owner that is unavailable because they wont be in until tuesday. I could of gone to a closer coffee shop for better and that is something I didnt think i would have to say. Just disappointment....
