My favorite coffee place. I get a iced caramel coconut latte and its the absolute best I can find. So good. And I love that they are friendly but not all up in your face, hanging half way in your car in the drive thru.. they also keep the line moving along nicely, when the line gets more than a couple cards they send someone out to take orders so it speeds it up. Also love that they changed their system from reward cards to phone numbers, because I always lose those punch cards.. now I just give my phone number, then after I buy 10, I get a free coffee.. no digging out the dumb punch cards anymore. So much easier.

Jeanine is amazing, she is always very welcoming and friendly. We have some completed drinks and she has them down and she knows that we like to get bagels and when they have some she always tells us that there is some available. We have a few friendly faces we like here but shes always been the greatest to us. Thank you for always being so great and welcoming you make our experience there amazing.

I have been looking for a new coffee to try and I got the perfect recommendation from Gracie. She introduced me to the double decker mocha, and as a fellow peanut butter lover, I am hooked! I recently visited this location and I had the best experience I have ever had there. My barista, Laura, was so friendly and I felt as though she genuinely cared about me and my day. She engaged in friendly conversation, not making me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. At the same time, she effectively did her job and was efficient to ensure a good business model. Not to mention, she made me the best white chocolate mocha I have ever had. I’m not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Laura at wake up call empowered me so much to write one! I hope her impeccable service goes notices by her managers!

I absolutely hated going to the North Division Wake Up Call. The wait times were ridiculous (4-5 min a car) and consistency was not there. Begged my friend James to leave the Valley and come up north (because coffee is life). The universe must have been listening. Since James has started working here the wait times have been amazing (under two min a car) and every time I order my drink, it is perfect. I have also noticed the staff as a whole has been more engaged at the window. Making small talk while they make my drink. Overall I have seen huge improvements and hope they continue.

Great environment, great people. So friendly and kind and I love the service. Isabelle was so nice while I waited for my drink.I recommend seeing the gals/guys there. You forget you even ordered a drink :)

I used to own my own coffee shop and Amber was the type of employee I would look for to hire, because I knew the customers would have an experiance at my establishment they would tell there friends about. I came to Wake Up Call for the first time recently and was a little nervous because I had no idea what to get. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with a big smile from one of the workers ! I believe she said her name was Addy if I remember. She was extremely kind and welcoming and helped me narrow down my order. This experience was wonderful and will definitely have me coming back for more, thanks Wake Up Call!

Reanna and Andrew are my faves! They take excellent care of me and if they see us coming, usually have our regular order ready by the time we get to the window. Super friendly, real, sweet and make a mean coffee! Extra whip all the way and they never forget. Because of them, we come here almost everyday for lunch. Does this help put them through college?? :) just teasing. Highly recommend you let them get to know you too!

I usually always get a good drinks here but today my drink tastes like they put mint in it and like they didn’t blend the powder all the way. I don’t know if the blender didn’t get cleaned all the way or what happened, but the drinks gross. I also asked for ristretto in my moms coffee and I heard him tell the girl decaf? I was also running late so I couldn’t wait for a remake. Sad day.

We were passing thru Spokane on a road trip and stopped at Wake Up Call. Grace waited on us and was helpful in explaining some of the menu items. She was very cheerful, a breath of fresh air! When we pass through again, we will definitely stop at Wake Up call for your delicious coffee.

You never really know what youre going to get when you go to a new coffee place. But this coffee had great flavor. I usually just get a mocha and if you cant taste the coffee through it then theres a problem.

However, before I left, I knew that I was going to be leaving a review about my incredible experience and I just had to know the name of my barista. I love all of the baristas here, but Alexis is my favorite!! I asked her to surprise me with whatever drink she thought was yummy and she ended up making me the perfect oat milk drink. Even in the summer time, I love grabbing a hot coffee and going home to snuggle in my blankets lol. 5 stars!!! :)

I come here at least three times a week. I rarely have any issues with my coffee. I like it hot and strong and sugar free because I work 12 hours.The Batistas are friendly and helpful and I love that they have so many sugar free flavors. Today I want to give a shot out to Bree and Trinity thanks ladies for the fantastic coffee.
