This store is amazing! I had come a few times over the last 6 months or so and I noticed a huge change in the employees and store when James took over. My drinks are always on point, the store is so clean now, the employees are so much happier seeming now and the line times have drastically improved! I used to dread when this was the store closest for my coffee now I am excited and will go out of my way to come to this one! Keep up the great work!

Ive been a long time customer of this Wake Up Call location, often going 5-6 days a week to start my day. The new girl they have by the name of Abby has made my already great experience at this location even better. She does a fantastic job of making me feel welcome with her bubbly personality and bright smile. Thank you Abby for being a great employee and making my day great every time I see you!

I go here all the time with my best friend and its definitely our favorite coffee spot. I love the different combos you can make with the redbulls, and the board items they have (which they frequently change) are all delicious and always worth giving a try!! also, their bagels are some of the best coffee shop bagels Ive had in a while.

This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Spokane. It is well worth the wait! I usually get the White Coffee and the bacon and cheddar quiche. You can’t go wrong with anything you get here. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. If you haven’t been yet, go check it out ASAP!

I always order the same coffee no matter where I go. 24oz Iced quad-shot mocha breve with white coffee. And the coffee was ok..but not the best I ever had from wake up call.

Barista never made eye contact with me. Said shed put my coffee in my reusable, but put it in a paper cup and then literally threw it into thermos spilling all over the outside, threw paper cup away, didnt clean up thermos, handed it to me sticky and wet, took my money and moved on. That cup had a 10 second life. If you cant do reusables, just say so. Or get creative like Indaba and make it in a mug first. Local businesses have a responsibility to lead the sustainability of our communities. Also, try to treat customers like fellow humans, even when you are busy.

Anna W. was a very kind barista...I stopped by last night @ the NW Blvd. location to get a blended Chi Tea and she suggested that I add a couple of things to enhance the flavor...It was awesome and now a new favorite...Anna you were right...the brown sugar mixed well with the nutmeg. Thanks👍😁 SB

Me and my mother got some coffee from here for the first time, and it was overall the best decision we made. The coffee was great! As someone who would only drink starbucks, i say wake up coffee is now my favorite, because it tastes good and was priced cheaper than starbucks so it was a win win for us both!

I was surprised how well laid out the store is. Each window and counter has their own hot station as shown. This place can handle volume. The coffee is the best testing I have had since Jitterz Java closed. If you have not tried this location you should. The cafe inside is cozy for two to enjoy a coffee or a snack together.

Great place for a pick me up any time of the day. Everyone has a smile on their face. I’ve dealt with Belle numerous times and she always seems to be in a wonderful mood. Her consistent great attitude brings me back every time along with the consistent great tasting coffee. Hands down a very friendly store and staff.

This the best location of the best local coffee chain in the Inland Northwest. To be fair, its the only one Ive visited, and I have no doubt the other locations are just as good. The seating here is comfortable, the ambience is chill and welcoming, and their cold brew is my favorite out all cold brews Ive had. But what really keeps me coming back is the excellent staff. They are always kind, efficient, friendly, and personable.If you havent gone here, youre missing out on excellence!

This has been my go to coffee shop for a couple years now, and ALWAYS will be! Ive never had a bad experience here. Even when there is 10 cars in each line they are always moving things along so quickly. All of the staff are amazing, respectful, helpful and so friendly and caring. Its usually Morgan and Jared who help me, and they are the best! Id list all of their names if I knew them though because theyre all truly amazing! Not just a coffee shop, you guys definitely go above and beyond for your customers ❤

The Northwest Blvd Wake Up Call is my favorite to go to! I am always able to stop by quickly without worrying that I may be late to work in the mornings. Morgan and Scott help me most of the time. They are always friendly and efficient! I love the easy going vibe that the staff at this location have. The system that is established us working fabulously!

Delicious coffee. The girl with brown hair who always works mornings (Im assuming shes the manager but not sure) is probably the most friendliest worker Ive ever met at a wake up call location. She always remembers your name, always a good conversationalist, and makes the BEST coffee. I dont even have to taste test before I drive off when she makes it, its always perfect. Delicious food here too. If you havent stopped by, you should.

Spencer and Morgan are very friendly and great at their jobs. Wake up call coffee is the best in town. NW Blvd wake up call is a well oiled machine. Even at the busiest time of day they are fast and accurate. The double drive thru works perfectly. I would have given 5 stars except for the prices. Wake up call is about the same prices as Starbucks. The coffee is better than Starbucks but the prices are not. I wish they would not have raised the prices so much. Id go way more often if I could.I do still recommend wake up call and the wake up call on NW Blvd is my favorite one with Spencer and Morgan being my favorite employees.

An okay option for coffee. Kind of up there in price and not the best tasting stuff. Every now and again youll get a scrumptious recommendation from the staff, but seldom does that happen anymore. The old team has seemingly come and gone, so the current crew seem like Tip Hunters, which makes this place a turn off. I also dont like the pressured tips when they hand you the tablet. If I wanted to tip I would have put it in the bucket. More and more shops are doing this and its a turn off, but at least they havent done what Dutch Bros has done and thats them asking, How much do you want to tip?Its not the worst place ever, that goes to StarSucks. But Id honestly recommend local coffee shops where the staff are genuine, prices are low and coffee is more coffee than ice. 🤷

Scott went out of his way to help me update an old gift card, and recommended a very tasty drink. Peter, at the window was also kind and helpful. It was clear they both are knowledgeable about making good coffee and passionate about people.

Love their coffee and blended drinks. I always ask for whip cream since they don’t seem to add it to many of them. The baristas always seem to forget even after asking for it. This is so constant I almost expect to correct them for it.Wish they didn’t get rid of the coconut whip cream since I have issues with dairy but not a big deal I handle the pain and get the regular anyways. Good location just wish they would actually listen to their orders.

This is my FAVORITE location! & I have been to them all! They almost always get my order perfect & when they don’t they remake it right way with no RBF & no complaining (and let me tell you my order is not the simplest of orders). Morgan & Jared are definitely my personal favorite they make the BEST coffee & get to know you without holding up the line! So if your looking for a good friendly place that doesn’t burn your coffee, this is the place for you!

Abby is the most iconic barista Ive met. Homie was standing outside in the 95 degree weather and exuded absolute joy. She was a great hire at wake up call. Definitely will be coming for more coffees now!

Ive known Morgan since the old days and she is always helpful with a saucy smile and Im getting to know the names of at least Scott and Madison. I go there almost every day! They are amazing! Yummo!

Coffee is great, the people are great, but they are so slow! So if you stop to get a drink make sure u have an extra 20 minutes to spare.

I absolutely love wake up call on northwest blvd!! Morgan and Jess are always super sweet, they remember your name and almost always remember your order without looking. They make your drink the way you ask for it and will take there time to figure it out if you ask them to remake it! I absolutely love the customer service here!!Also - both of these lovely girls have kickass tattoos. Irrelevant to the coffee but a huge bonus for a tattoo lover like myself😂

Yesterday I stopped by the NW Blvd for my daily caffeine, and Anna served me, and she was so sweet! She joked around with me about life with a 2 year old, and said hi to my kiddo in the back seat, and it was a very wonderful experience!

I absolutely love the coffee here and the staff are all so easy going and friendly. Peter G is one of the kindest baristas and is incredibly fast and always greets me with a huge smile. I recommend coming here for the coffee and incredible staff!

I came to the stand having a hard day and the employees Spencer and Alliyah had greated me at the window with a positive uplifting attitude. Spencer had made me my drink and it was the best drink I’ve had from a coffee stand! They were able to make my day a lot brighter and I left the stand with an amazing drink and a smile on my face.

Great coffee and friendly baristas, however if you dont have 20 minutes to wait every time you want coffee this isnt the place for you. I frequent WUC because there is a location close to my work and my home and the wait time is astronomical no matter the time or location.

Absolutely disgusted with being mocked, laughed at and completely disrespected by the guy with bleached blonde hair and the brunette helping him. I am fully aware that when I give you my phone number, my drink order history pops up. I am also fully aware that there is one drink altered that I had orders for a friend. I get asked if thats the one I want when I most times, so I was being kind with saying without club soda and without a gap the guy proceeded to tell the girl what I said and they began laughing and mocking me. He also didnt close the window fully and they started telling other workers. Then handed me a drink filled with ice, and in a very snotty way no gap. I will never return to this wake-up call, I will also be telling everyone I know not to go here. Scott is great, but the workers nasty attitudes are s#!π.

Morgan and Bree are a great team! Bree took my order outside, and by the time I pulled up to the window, Morgan had my drink ready for me. Always VERY friendly, and speedy service at this location. 😁👍

Update: we were in communication with the management and feel our concerns were properly recognised and addressed. Star rating upgraded from a 2 to a 4. I couldnt go to a 5 as the issue had occurred. Still, no one can be perfect, but its how you respond to service failures which sets companies apart.Original post: We go to Wake Up Calls all the time, and love their drinks...but really unhappy with this location tonight. We are accustomed to waiting in line at WUCs, but tonight we sat there for 12-15 minutes while the blonde barista just chatted with the person in the car in front of us. We finally gave up and tried to drive to the Division location, but arrived right after they closed...by one minute. Very frustrating!

I have been a loyal VIP customer since February 2018. I am a daily customer and have built some awesome relationships with several of the staff members. Often times Ill be in line or pull up and they are already on my drink or have it ready. I used to be a loyal customer of Starbucks before I tried their 32 white angel. The only time Ive ever gotten coffee anywhere else was because they were closed. No body compares to Wake Up Call @ Northwest BLVD!!!

NW Blvd Wake Up is by far the best stand! I go out of my way to come to this stand daily, because it’s so much better than the other stands. Most of the employees have remembered my order and it’s usually always ready by the time I get to the window. The service is always fast and my coffee is always perfect. Annika and Morgan are wonderful and make my day anytime I see them. I’d give this stand a 10 out of 5 if I could!

Ive tried every coffee stand within a 10mile radius and this one is hands down the best! Never had a coffee that wasnt delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and quick so even if theres a line, it wont take long. If you love coffee, proper time management and friendly faces- this is the place to go!

I believe the girls’ names were Kayla and Morgan, ABSOLUTE sweethearts, Morgan is there almost every time I go through and she is always so kind. The service here is always amazing, and they always get me in-and-out in under 5 minutes!
