Atmosphere and coffee was great!! Barista was extremely nice and my family had a great time here!

Love this place. My husband and I come in for a treat often. We stopped coming when Covid restrictions went into place, but the other week we were doing errands and decided to have a treat. The girl remembered us. Made the day special and weve been back every week. Love the place and products are yummy. :)

Barista was super slow. More then 5 minutes and she hadnt completed a single drink and we werent even acknowledged as having entered the establishment. She was too busy having a very long conversation with a customer which was making her work very slowly. Very unprofessional and Ill not be bothering to attempt to order there again.

I work in the mall, and at least twice a week I come in here to do homework, eat a snack, drink coffee or wine, and I am always so comfortable. Miss. Jo who works here is always beyond kind and listens to my ramblings when I need a break from my work. I have been coming here for at least 6 years, and I am always just so impressed by the customer service. They treat everyone who comes in with kindness and respect. I love listening to her chat with warmth to every customer who comes in here while I study. I just couldnt give this place any more stars if I tried.

Older blonde girl this Saturday afternoon was horrible to deal with. Misquoted me pricing at first, gave me wrong coffee, tried to mix my coffees, asked if it was ok to short me/ give half a cup, didnt offer to fix it or remake, she even wanted to add additional charges to my half cup of drip coffee that wasnt in first order 20 minutes earlier. I hope she isnt part of the management and they deal with this. I wont be returning anytime soon thats for sure.

Great coffee and non coffee drinks. It can be a little dark in there, caffeinated non coffee drinks are a bit too expensive but the coffee and other misc drinks are well priced.

The service was pleasant. Not sure if it was just the end of the shift or what. But if was nice, just not overly friendly or anything.The coffee was a little high in price & not as tasty, rich, smooth, etc., that I guess I was expecting for the hype & cost. Yet, it was better then Burntbucks 😉.Its a very nice cozy place.I will go again, when Im there waiting on the kiddos at Get Air. 🙂

Nice comfy coffee spot in the center of the mall. Because of the tinted windows and decor you forget you are in a mall.

Very consistant and always greeted with a smile. They also serve coffee, beer, wine, smoothies, and more. Also the smoothies are great as well as being a all around good deal. All in all a good place.

Walked in and was not greeted at the counter for over 4 minutes. This was 2:15pm and not busy; 2 other customers sitting down and 1 had drink already. 2 staff members making drinks. They made hers wrong then thought it was mine. When I said NO, I have been here for almost 5 minutes and no one has acknowledged me the gal said it was her last day and shed get to me in a minute. I decided to leave and went upstairs to another coffee place.

Awesome coffee shop!!! This is where i was introduced to a dirty chai tea for the first time. It was so good. Chai tea with white coffee espresso and honey and cinnamon.

Really good teas; tea master makes the perfect mix depending on what ails you.
