Coffee is great but everytime I get a smoothie for my kids or get a blended red bull, all you taste is Coffee. I taste like they dont rinse out their equipment before starting a different drink.

I moved back to WA last week after living in NYC for 3 years and man did I miss these little coffee stands! The girls at White Dog are SO nice and the drinks are amazing! I’m usually a hard core Starbucks fan, but the drinks here honestly taste 10x better 🙊 I will definitely be coming back!

Last time was good, yesterday i went to get a redbull, as a barista, it’s real hard to mess up a redbull, but my redbull tasted like straight thick flavor. good service though.

Really good lattes with nice strong coffee flavor without the over roasted taste of that famous brand. Some good snack options - the Huckleberry Oat bars are addicting. Very nice people too!

Today was my first time here. We were the 3rd car in line... it took 25 minutes to get up to the window. Spent another 10 additional minutes at the window for them to make 3 coffees. Had to listen to the staff while they were discussing making their own drinks and how they tasted. One girl asked what we were doing today and I replied working. She seems to sober up a bit with my reply. Once we got our coffee and drove away we realized that the coffee was bland and had no flavor. The sad reality was I could have gone home and brewed an entire pot of coffee and added a little creamer and still would have had 20 minutes back and better tasting coffee. So very disappointed that we won’t be able to support this local business in this difficult time. I will spend my money somewhere else where I and my time matter.

Really good coffee, fast service, and friendly! They have lots of options including coffee (duh), tea (hot, iced, flavored), lemonade in the summer, etc. Good sized kids menu with lots of non coffee options for adults too. They have some specialty house flavors for their drinks too which sound really good, including a ginger peach tea that Im gonna try next time!

Their coffee and red lotus drinks are excellent.Heads up, they are popular and almost always busy as a result. So youll be waiting for a bit before you can get to order.

Im new to the area and have been here a couple of times. Today I stopped by to try out a lotus, the super kind barista recommended me a strawberry one and I loved it! I think it’s safe to say that I will be making this location my go to!

Pretty sure they forgot to add flavor to my drink. However, it was one of the better tasting unflavored iced cups of coffee Ive had on the south hill. They also wear masks, unlike some blissfully ignorant coffee stands.

Always love being able to experience each of the WDC stands. They are all so amazing.

From 5 Star to 1 Star..... Either staff doesnt care, isnt trained right, or just dont clean equipment right. About three times now I just get a puddle of caramel at the bottom of my cup, cinnamon in my drink when I never order that.

So today I went and was just wondering if they do birthday drinks and the lady said only for regulars and I was kinda offended because I come through like 4 times a week and tip good. I wont be coming back. I understand that you cant remember everyone (Im a barista as well and my shop is to far to go to everyday) if you only do birthday drinks for regulars, have some social awareness and just say no....

I normally love the happy,kind staff at White Dog...however Ive gone two times within the last few weeks and some of the current staff now make you feel like youre a bother rolling eyes etc. if you order particular drinks or order food from their menu. Its ashame because they normally have very bubbly staff...

After being in line for about ten minutes with only two cars in front of us, we noticed the employees weren’t wearing masks and decided to leave. I don’t like supporting businesses who don’t care about the health and wellness of their customers. Please wear a mask, we are in a pandemic, it’s the law and you’re representing your business.

I have been coming here for many years for the occasional coffee. Today I pulled up and was not greeted and just stared at. I said hello and ordered. She didnt even wait for me to pull away before she began snickering to her co-workers. Will not be coming back. So unnecessary to treat people that way

The employees were nice, however they got my order wrong and put cow milk into my coffee when I specifically said almond milk dairy free. So that didnt make my stomach happy. The coffee was also not very good. Sorry guys but might need a little improvement.

I always love this place. A lot of new faces though. I was always a regular that would order the same thing every time. Even if they had a line, they would send someone out to pre-take orders, see my car, give me a kinda thumbs up questioningly, Id give one back. When I get to the window, theyve already got it made for me.

OK so 1st off this review is for the new location on Northwest boulevard. I couldnt find them on Google so leaving it here. I was blown away by the amazing customer service from both of the ladies who help me. And the coffee was absolutely amazing

Went to the one on NW blvd on my lunch break. The coffee served to me was extremely hot. I now have a blister on the roof of my mouth. When I called and informed them, Tara the manager, rudely replied with a laugh, Do you want to drive back and have me make you one thats cooler?Hello! Thats not the point obviously the drink will cool on its own. My issue is the temp was too hot and burned me.I cannot believe she would be that oblivious to customer safety and chastise me with a snotty stupid response.Im seriously thinking about going to urgent care because it hurts so bad. I would never treat a customer so poorly. Ive never had a drink burn me like this.

My favorite coffee stand in Spokane!

I’m giving three stars as the staff has always been fairly nice and positive when I’ve gone there. Plus they’re pretty quick when making drinks. The one thing that made me not really want to come back again (and lower my rating) is that every time I get an iced drink, 80% of my cup is filled with ice (not exaggerating). That’s wayyy too much ice for a drink that’s almost 5 dollars for hardly any product. Is the cup worth 3 bucks or something? The drinks are decent but I could go somewhere else and get way more in my drink than at White Dog Coffee. Disappointed.

The free drinks are not free.I order the same drink every time. I have several free ones on my punch card and today when I went to use one of my free ones I was told I would still have to be charged because its over the $4.75 limit for the free one.So needless to say today was the last time I will ever go to White Dog Coffee.

They have made the best coffee Ive ever had. And all the girls that work there are very polite and just all around awesome!

Dont know why, but I get the best coffee from white dog of any other stand in the city. Plus, they always give my dog biscuits when we come through.

Everyone here is friendly and they have a great selection of yummy drinks.

I recently visited White Dog Coffee on NW Blvd.I ordetefa hemp milkmlatte and a kiddy cocoa for my 2 yr old.My latte was cold and flat and bitter, the cocoa was scalding hot,whe w I asked the barista to add milk to it to cool it down she sighed aggressively and rolled her eyes.I will never return to that location!The location on 57th is very good.

Any place that is dog friendly and has that good of coffee and service is a 5/5 in my book.Try the Almond Joy iced mixed, it is to die for.

So i have been an avid white dog fan. But recently i realized that my free coffees really truly arent free. My normal 3+ times a week $6 coffee is over the free coffee amount. This wasnt nor had been disclosed to me. So i was a little put off the first time the barista told me my free drink was going to cost. I like to stock pile and save my free drinks so when funds are tight i dont have to stress about it.Now i understand and empathize with the fact that some people buy $2 coffees and then go all out with their free one. However, being that I am a regular customer who orders literally the same drink every time i find it a bit off putting. The girls said theyd speak to Tori about my concern but today it was relayed back to me that she said they arent allowed to make exceptions even for regulars.Idk maybe to some its not a big deal. But to me it shows a lack of appreciation towards us as regular customers.
