Customer service is not good or fast. Always a long line in the morning. The clerk with curly hair is more concerned about where you park than helping customers. Will never stop there again.
No bike rack
Well, went in to cash out a scratch ticket this morning and had scratched the ticket in the parking lot. The lady, Victoria, had told me the ticket had already been paid out and kept the ticket. I know for a fact that the ticket had not been paid out prior to today give the fact that I had purchased it yesterday and had not scratched off anything until this morning. The money does not matter to me, she can keep it. I, for one will be taking my business somewhere where the employees have a sense of integrity. Rarely do I like to publish complaints. But if the shoe fits...lace it! All of the crew members are helpful & courteous. All except for the swing shift blonde haird gentleman. Short, straight, blonde hair. He is the manager i think. Hes always wearing the long sleeved black cotton shirts. But EVERYTIME I go in he is rude. Short tempered an makes me an almost every customer in his line feel as though we are ruining HIS day for being patrons of ziptrip! He actually goes out of his way to complain about it. This guy needs to be fired. He belongs on Americas Top Chef as thecguy bitching about everything an anything. Fire this man. ASAP. He makes the company look bad an hes representing your company.I was in there at 2:00am on 12/21/2018
