I choose to stop at maverick on my breaks because they have a clean store and have clean bathrooms that have UV lights in their hand driers. The UV is vital in making sure that it kills any remaining virus or bacteria left on your hands AND is NOT blown into the air transmitting to others.

Actually really irritating that you bonfire grill opens at 4am but i can not get anything till 5am. If you open at 4am I should be able to get food at 4 am and if not we change your times or have your worker show up you know early to make sure people can get something when you open.

Friday March 19th at francis and nevada 8:15 P.M. im trying to buy 40.00 in gas 2 1l1liter mtn dews and 10 dollars worth of scratch tickets after waiting in a huge line was refused because he could not break 100.00 with a 55 dollar purchase . he tells me i can use an ATM. . i didnt need the ATM . I NEEDED FUEL. I am very disappointed. I will never waste my time at any Maverick ever again

Place is dead there are no hot dogs at all there are no condiments hardly any donuts..... cashier was okay....junkies were soliciting patrons outside.....

Overpriced, bad customer and rude. Not to mention when you provide clear photo ID and they tell you its not you.

Maverik changed a gas station experience into something that is so much better. Love stopping in to get a coffee and the burritos are great. At night I’ll get some beer or chips. Always a fair price for gas.The loyalty program is probably the most impressive part. I signed up for their card and you get a digital stamp card for various items (buy 10, 11th is free). Also loyalty card holders get a discount on gas. Love it.

Nice place to stop in and get gas. Including white gas. Snacks drinks and hot food items to. Want a hot dog. They have every side you could put on one.Clean well lit and very nice people working there.

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Fountain sodas great price. Went in to get lunch and had a variety of fresh sandwiches and wraps. The hot food was hot and fresh with a great smell to add to my hunger. Coffee was hot and fresh with a clean prep area complete with creamers and sugar. Gas prices reasonable. Maverik Nitro rewards card program great to save money on has and purchases.

Around Halloween I went in there with my daughter. Very very obviously underage daughter. I went to buy tobacco, and the woman dressed like a cat refused to sell it to me because my very underage daughter didnt have her ID. She carded my CHILD and wouldnt sell me tobacco cuz we walked in to the store together

This place is always clean and the food is always hot .The chillers are always cold and I save 2cents every gallon of gas I buy here. I collect points on my maverick adventure card and redeem free drinks or food items for every ten I buy.

This used to be my favorite one to go to because they always had fresh food. but for the past six months or so every time I go there they either have no food ready or its so old its hard as a rock. Used to be my lunch spot now Ive had to find somewhere else cuz I cant depend on wasting my 30 minutes to go there and be disappointed to find no food. Wish they would get it together again

All ways long lines at 6am only one cashier other employees walk around I have been in lines where I am the tenth customer in that line waiting for gas every week all most every day I stopped going in the mornings I look for gas somewhere where I can get in and get out so Im not late for work overall the store is nice but Management in the morning is very very poor as far as taking care of the customer for gasoline and for coffee food and the cashier doesnt call for help and will not ask for help when your present to them that theyre are 10 or 11 people in line not a place to go if youre in a hurry to go to work but if youre not stores in my store

I think its absolutely disgusting that the tall cashier with a beardtakes off his face mask in between every transaction to rub his face down puts his face mask back on and then does transaction with bare hands.

The Maverick is clean is convenient the prices are okay but its open all the time. Whether it is gas or a late night snack or even the cash in a scratcher the Maverick is there. every gas station has some of the best tasting quick bites to eat. Thanks Maverick

Horrible customer service. I love being starred well standing in front of 3 employees well they gab. Than as after thought asked o where you trying to order. The young lady who looked like their supervisor maybe should do less talking and more work. Poorly managed childern at this location. Will not return.

Plenty of pumps so no need to wait 5-6 min for one to open up has a little dining area inside and a fairly large selection of drinks and snacks can even get a little pizza here. Great pit stop before or after a roadtrip.

The aholes here insist on seeing everyone’s ID if anyone buys any type of lottery ticket including scratch tickets. Never knew buying a scratch tickets was a card-able offense like buying smokes or alcohol. I was only buying a drink but because I was standing in line next to my wife I had to get carded as well. Clearly neither one of us look to be teenagers and I turn 30 this year.

This is a brand new Maverick Gas Station & they have an amazing mini-mart inside - all kinds of new and different products in the store, fun, fun!!!My only big complaint about this Maverick is that they seem to always be understaffed. I have only ever seen (1) register open and a line of peoples getting annoyed at having to stand there Forever.

Long story short, I was up on the north side running errands when I realized my gas tank was way below empty and knowing I had to go back home on the south hill I was not confident that Id make it. I was distraught when I remembered I had left my wallet with all my extra cash and cards at home. My dad offered to provide his card number over the phone but its not possible to manually punch in card numbers in the system at gas stations. I tried a few but no luck. I finally went into the Maverik and the manager (Kayla) heard my dilemma and without hesitation, she put money on my pump and told me to have a nice day. Being in the customer service industry for several years, I am very familiar with the difference between just doing your job and genuinely caring about other people and their satisfaction without expecting anything in return. I can honestly say that Kayla is a genuine person with excellent customer service skills and I will never forget her kindness and plan to pay it forward. I highly recommend this Maverik simply for the service alone on top of all the affordable prices and cool merchandise. Thank you, Kayla, for making my day and reminding me that a random act of kindness can go a long way.

Its new and has more options than your traditional gas/convenience store. Much bigger inside and the restrooms are way cool. Each sink has 3 touchless devices, soap dispenser, water faucet and hand dryer, all lined up in a row. And no doors to open on the way out. Very nice. The only bad thing was the middle stall had the toilet paper dispenser way too close to the toilet seat. And you actually had to sit kind of s sideways on the seat. Weird!!

The store is nice and clean but the deli food and customer service is awful. Today all the food under the warmer looked like it was from last week and the hotdogs were so old they were black. I was going to grab a drink to justify the stop but there were too many people in the line for the 1 cashier. There is 3 people in the kitchen and I know your not making fresh food so maybe you should help out in the front so people dont have to wait 20 minutes in line.

They keep their bathrooms open all night! Thats rare for gas stations and appreciated by those of us who work nights. But this particular Maverick on Nevada is often very dirty at night. Many times the floor is sticky and the bathrooms are dirty .The security guard is very disrespectful, calling women sweets and sweetheart. A female cashier has called my husband babe several times. We both avoid this location as much as we can .

Good food options; good choice of decent coffee. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. How can you have only one cashier during early morning rush, but two food preppers in back and another employee cleaning restrooms? Waited over 10 minutes in line yesterday; not the first time that has happened. The lone cashier was doing his best with no help whatsoever. I’d love to keep patronizing this place, but will not if they don’t fix this stupidity.

They never have food ready anymore, tired of wasting my time to stop here and then have to go somewhere else. There is always a long line of customers with only one employee ringing people up while the other employees wander around.

The customer service is clearly superior above other gas stations. They cashiers such as Barbara and Topher treat you like you matter, not just move em in, move em out. There restroons are clean an wheel chair accessible. I highly recommend stopping in to see for your self.

Never went into a Maverik till just recently. It is now my ALL time favorite gas stations. Cheap gas and smokes is a win win!!

The Best Convenience Store/ Gas Station in North Spokane ! The Staff is Very Friendly and Knowledgeable, the Store and Grill is always Clean as well as the Restrooms and there open 24hrs for those of us who work late. The BonFire Grill is amazing The M.O.A.B.Breakfast Burrito and the BBQ Pizza are My Faves they also have the Fountain Drink Customizer and Freal Ice Cream (Try the Smores or Cookie Dough) they seem to have everything you want or need the gas prices are always low and competitive (Ethanol Free) and the Customer Incentive programs they have are 1 If not THE BEST EVER !!!!! So dont take it from me - Get on up and go check it out yourselves !!!!!!!!! AND REMEMBER BE SAFE AND HAVE AN EXPERIENCE !!!!!!

545 pm.. no hot food other than cheeseburgers. Girl making food said no ordering burritos as theyre closed, as she was wrapping sandwiches up. Highly disapointing..

The shelves are always super empty, the hot food is never ready, and theres always a huge line with only a single cashier. The management really needs to step it up at this location.
