I highly recommend to stay away from Zip Trips. They’re not that clean and commonly tend to bring in bad crowds with a few exceptions. Visited your Cenex today located at 909 N. Division, Spokane, Wa 99202 and experienced a problem. I purchased a can of Bubly carbonated beverage which was listed at $1.39. The cashier, Rodney, charged me $1.49. I took a photo of the price tag and showed him and he told me he didn’t care nor was he going to refund the .10 cents. It’s only ten cents but the principal of it is really bothersome. When I asked who I could talkto about a refund he wouldn’t help me. He told me to figure it out myself. The customer service I received was awful and I’m quite shocked at how Rodney treated me. I have photos of the price tag and my receipt. I would appreciate a reply.

For the gas station I’ve only been there once and prob last time so I can’t say to much about that. But the worker that helped me is what earns the 1 star. Horrible customer service, super rude and was very disrespectful. Not only was it to me but to the other few ppl in front of me in line.

This is my favorite zip trip due to a nice sit down area that you can eat at. The clerks here are like all zip trip clerks however. Jaded at most individuals.

Absolutely horrible customer service

This is a placeholder until I can confirm this employee is removed. Last night I saw the most horrific experience Ive ever had in my life at a place of business. I walked in with a friend and bought a small snack. As it was being microwaved in the back corner an employee unprovoked walks up to us. Are you trying to start something cause this is not my night! I was replied no, is there something wrong? Do you need help? And he mutters something and walks off angrily. I told the other employee on staff and he didnt seem to thrilled. This guy wanted a fight and Im glad I had my pepper spray cause one wrong move and I couldve needed it. Store was as nice as any other though. Will be investigating it.

*reporting the wrong gas prices*I selected pay inside and waited at the pump while I saw she had two customers. after her two customers she tried to avoid looking at me so I wen inside and told her to start my pump and she asked me how much was I going to pump. If Im not prepaying she doesnt have any business asking me how much Im going to pump.she was an older lady in her 30s or 40s, gray hair, white, working the morning shift. very rude. will not be back ever.

I am a regular customer of the Division and Lincoln Rd. store. The one day I have to walk to the store and buy my drink rather than drive because my car was at the shop. This particular morning I had to take a Lyft from there to work and was told after purchasing my drink I couldnt wait inside for a few minutes for my ride to show up (below freezing outside). I was told I was loitering. Being a regular customer and being treated this way is no way to traet a regular customer!!!!

Just got a second charge on my card when I only paid $5 for gas I noticed another $6 charge pending.... about to call the police after seeing these reviews because although it was only $6 for me it could be $50 for someone else.

Its an ok place but the price is ALWAYS higher than it says on Google maps and its higher than most of the rest of spokane has stations.

They consistantly report lower/false gas prices.

Looked on google map and showed that the regular gas is 2.90 and when got there found it 3.20! Cheaters!

They lie about the gas prices on Google.
