In past years, I didn’t always have the greatest experience with this store. I found that one of the managers was rude and short tempered (she is no longer at this location). The current staff at this store are really knowledgeable, patient and have a great attitude which can be hard in covid times!

I was very disappointed today when I went in this store. I was given some face cleanser and it was leaking out of the bottom of the bottle mind you this is a $37.00 bottle of cleanser. And I was told I could not return or exchange it without a receipt. It was a gift from my sister so no luck for me I guess Ill have to throw away almost $40.00 worth of product.... REALLY Aveda. Very very disappointing!!!! I did buy $77.00 worth of products while I was there as well . So youd think they would have better customer appreciation.

Although I live near Sprout which sells Aveda I drive the extra distance to go to this Aveda store. It’s like a serene spa experience every time I go in and the customer service is outstanding. I bought a face wash, used quite a bit of it and wasn’t happy. I took it back (without the receipt!) and they graciously exchanged it for a different face wash they thought would work better for me. And I LOVE it. I also went to make an online order during Black Friday but they were out of the free promotional product. I called this Aveda store and they not only honored the online promotion, but they also included a sample pack they were offering in store. So happy!

Laura C. was a breath of fresh air! I had just come from a terrible experience at Mosaic.Laura was cheery, professional, genuine, and sold me the BEST product Ive used in years on my fine, very curly hair. Sap Moss Hydration Shampoo. She didnt even blink when I declined th ed conditioner. THEN she offered free shipping, gave the older woman a PAPER copy of the number so I could use that service.Way to go, Laura C. Thank you for making my day, week and month.

The employees are always so friendly and polite, they are not pushy to sell you things. I love that I get a nice little massage when I come in for suggested products. As always, everything smells so amazing and the products are really great. Prices are a little high but they do last a while so its worth it

Its fine. Popped in to pick up one thing for someone else and was only in the store for two minutes. The woman who rang me up was very polite.

The customer service is great but the products are WACK! DO NOT BUY IT! I got the face wash and and the cotton pads that youre supposed to apply after the wash, spent over $60 on those 2 products alone and the only thing it did was ruin my face, my skin got more dry and hardened and I broke out like CRAZY! No Im not allergic to any of the ingredients in those product, my sister had gotten theyre moisturiser ($30 worth) and it actually dried her face, it would only be moist for a short time after she applied it and it made hee skin feel weird. The only reason why we even got those products was because the workers convinced us that the products would clear our faces yet it did the exact opposite. Save your self some money and dont buy their face products!!!! The only thing that I liked was their tea, nothing else. I actually had a small amount of their shampoo and conditioner (travel size) nothing special to be honest not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM AVEDA unless you buy their tea.

I really do love Aveda products, but unfortunately this store employs some of the most rude and discourteous individuals I have ever encountered. I have never had a really warm welcome, but my last visit to the store to get my long awaited birthday gift was so ridiculous that I wont be coming back.
