I went into ultra a to purchase some foundation to find a foundation to cover a tattoo. It was against my better judgement because I have purchased mascara there and it was awful very lumpy and seemed dry.: well I couldn’t seem to be able to get anyone’s attention that worked there so I just bought some Dermablend and now I know I won’t be going back as it did not do the job at all

Nice store. They have it all, including clearance, a beauty bar, brow bar, hair salon that does everything hair.Associates actually help customers find things instead of running the opposite way when you look for help. This store is so clean an fresh that I love spending time in there.

Recently had my hair cut and highlighted by Taylor. Really happy with both. Taylor listened to the challenges Ive had with my hair (some due to aging & medical conditions) and worked with ALL of it. She recommended a few products (no pressure), and when I couldnt locate one, she took the time needed to help me get the right one.I like the atmosphere in the salon and among the staff. They work together to take care of their clients.Also, on a separate visit, had my wild & wooly-getting eyebrows waxed and tinted into shape & submission. Five stars for this, too!

First time in the store today. Wasnt really looking for anything just strolled around. Everything was neat and very well organized. Everything was super easy to find. The employees were great. And I heard them talking to a gal who needed help finding a concealer and she was very confident in her ability to find her the right concealer for what the gal was looking for.

I came here to get shampoo, conditioner and detangler for fine but a lot of hair. I needed something gentle but effective. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful, she showed me many options in my price range and even had the conditioner sent to my home since it was not ins stock in store. Ive had bad experiences prior to this at similar stores but I will definitely return to this Ulta.

Annalise was extremely helpful, making suggestions and offered to go check backstock multiple times for multiple items! Fabulous service.

My wife says you can get most of your skin care, makeup, body wash and shampoo here. But their prices are higher. The employees are knowledgeable and can help you in finding what you are looking for. 3 stars because of higher prices for products.

My wife and kids love the soaps, scrubs, and make-up. They hardly go anywhere else. This location is new, having moved from Division and Wellesly, across from the Northtown Mall, up the street to Division and Rowan, in the Franklin Park Mall.

Will not be returning. I do not appreciate your employee lying to me to attempt to get me to sign up for your reward membership. When I checked out she asked for my number I politely declined. She then took it upon herself to ask if I was positive the duck bill clips I was purchasing were infact the ones I liked because Ulta doesnt allow returns without unless we have your number. I informed the cashier I would not give her my number.Sadly if I had known she was lying to my face I would have walked out without purchasing anything. This is absolutely disgusting way of representing your business.As you can see in the pictures of the receipt from this purchase the return policy allows returns with receipt if rewards membership is not used.

Went in for hair dye, left with much more lol. Only wish they had more employees on the floor, had to wait a little bit to get help. Help was great though, and it wasnt a peak time so I understand the small crew its just a giant store. Will visit again

I was directed to this store to pick up an instock item. 1st they wouldnt look for it just said they were out of it. I showed them the item on my phone. Said out of it. We can do store to door, 3 people waiting for that process. My self and 1 other customer walked out.

It was ok... I recieved no help but spent the giftcard I got for Christmas.

Its super annoying being followed around and basically harassed by workers let people shop and look in peace if someone needs help Im sure they will ask.

Came here to shop for a few Christmas gifts for my sister; admittedly, Im absolutely clueless about makeup, so I asked an employee a few questions. She looked at me as if Id grown a second head and was minimally helpful. I definitely felt judged based on my makeup-less appearance. Nice selection, but I probably wont come back.

So I order a pretty fair amount of money worth for Christmas and one of my products was suppose to get a free gift with purchase and it was in my cart when I checked out but it never arrived so I contacted customer service and they tell me it was only while supplies last, which I understand but that was not stated and that it was not in my cart so I reassure them it was in my cart but they are not willing to give my free gift with purchase I will never shop at ulta again such scam artist.

I won’t go anywhere else!!! I’ve never had a negative experience . Caili in the Salon is a Hair Rockstar ! She took on a crazy girl with a vision and made it a reality! All the ladies in the salon make it welcoming ! Great team !Bree at the brow bar is the best ! She’s always on point!I never feel rushed and the girls enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. No just assume what you want.

Worst ever hair salon. All I can say is they must be super unorganized. This is the second time I am there for my appointment to be told there was a scheduling issue. Really? When you ask to talk to a manager they give you the retail manager who then hands you a phone number to a call center. Way to go Ulta. Im over and done with you. Clean up your scheduling problems, call customer before they make the drive just to be told sorry, we made a mistake you get to wait. Over it. No manager to talk to, just a call center. No more diamond member here. Not getting another dime.

I really like their new location at Franklin Park Mall. Plenty of free parking. The staff are friendly and seem to go out of their way to help you. And I can usually find what Im looking for. Also Ulta is a great place to try the products before you buy.

They did not carry the hair product i was looking for but were helpful in the search.

Customer service is much better! In the last 2-3 yrs I avoided going to ULTA bc the clerks were quite rude! And were no help at all. But I noticed a big change when I went in yesterday.

Personally I like Ulta franchise . The other day when I was in the North Spokane store I did NOT FEEL I WAS TREATED WELL by 1 person. Ulta as a whole is customer service oriented, wich seems to b a thing of the past. NOT GOOD. Will give another try at different store.
