First time coming to a value village and Im glad I chose this one, super easy to drive to with relaxed traffic for the most part, easy enough parking. Inside the store is very organized and cleaned and most items are clearly marked. They even offer color of the day for a discount like Goodwill, plus every 100 dollars spent you get a 20 percent off coupon for your next purchase. I found lots of items I liked, theres a better selection than the nearby Ross in my opinion (with much better pricing), most expensive item I bought was 14.99, everything else was under that. Employees where helpful with pleasant attitudes, all around good experience Ill be sure to be back.

Merchandise was low quality and not a lot of variety and everyone had masks on, making the whole experience just awful. If there was an option to give zero stars, you wouldnt get one at all.

Brandy and Rae went out of their way to help us. Brandy heard us talking and came to help us with a TV. She allowed us to try and customize a previous purchase .They both have a great attitude. Easy on the eyes, too. Great job, guys

I used to shop for my kids here. Prices were decent back then. Now the prices are steep. Im plus sized and rarely can find any tops less than $7-8. Pants and shirts average about the same. Come on .. for used clothing? Ross has better prices for new stuff. I still shop here but not as often and rarely buy anything not included in their tag sales. It usually has a pretty good selection tho.

I visited this location in search of a Halloween costume and decorations for a gathering. I was able to find some fun items at a great price. They had a nice selection of packaged Halloween costume supplies, but I was more interested in finding good items in their clothing selection and I wasnt dissatisfied.

I like to go there because they usually have some cool stuff. Ive been going for almost 30 years. Over time the store has always been a blessing for me and others I know . The staff are helpful. Value Village has been, is right now and will be tomorrow a good place to shop around and find some cool stuff.Ozone./ D. Warriner.

Great selections of toys for our Grandchildren. Affordable prices and quality for clean used toys. Great place to shop. My Granddaughter found a toy shopping cart and started loading it up with toys. She had a blast shopping. Lots of good off the street parking to.

The prices are so very hi we started going somewhere else same price as new just better to by New better because it lasts longer

The other one farther from my home I like this store it had everything sometimes. Random sort of cool stuff all the time. Prices are good and sometimes you find exactly what you want.

VV would get five stars if clothing prices were not so high. General merchandise seems to be priced appropriately for second hand. However clothing seems to be a quarter, and in some cases half of new retail prices. Thats unacceptable! It makes more sense to buy brand new clothing or shop at another second hand store.

They have a lot of stuff. But compared to other second hand shops I find them higher priced and of poorer quality. I can often get new-on-sale for similar prices as used here.Not that the stuff is terrible but it should be priced better, especially since they often get it given to them for free!

A clean, friendly place to go to save a lot of money on things you need around the home. The items are always clean, and in good shape. The store is bright and well lit. Ive always found the employees to be kind and helpful. Ive never been disappointed with my purchases there.

Always my go-to thrift store, best in town. After tonight will not give my business to anyone else. Crazy computer issues and all the employees were amazing. Customer service was phenomenal. Really took care of me when they didnt have to. Thank you!

They dont take trades, for example trading some of my close for theirs. Of coarse I was ready to give up more of my close for what I wanted from them for trade to make it profitable, but NO! Is what they told me at the check out and kinda looked at me crazy.

These large chain thrift stores are a blight.I saw an old crt tv that’s aesthetics just would have gone so great with my Atari. But it was next to their e-waste area which is wide open to their sales floor. They won’t sell that stuff if you ask about it. They don’t even bother to try. Just straight to e-waste pile and most likely the next superfund site.People shouldn’t support these places with donations. Go local or just put this stuff on Craigslist.

Found a nice pair of dress tennis shoes for 15 dollars just what I needed.

No warranties or guarantee that electronics work which I find to be fishy. It doesnt se right to me that they can sell untested used equipment without offering a return policy other than no returns.

For the location, this place is rather clean and organized. Higher prices than most thrift stores but it’s decent quality clothes.

I mistakenly donated some items yesterday which were not even mine. I felt horrible. I Called the store and Angela was very nice and took my information down of the items I was looking to get back. When the store opened I went in and spoke to Ron, the manager. He had the note that Angela wrote. He pulled out some clothes racks that I could look through that had yet to be put out. He was so helpful and took time out of his day to help me look for these items by pulling racks out. Thus far I have not found the items but he said he would keep an eye out for them. I’ve never seen such great customer service. You can walk into some high end brand name stores and not even receive 1/4 of the customer service, concern for my situation and patience I received from Ron today. Kudos to RON and Angela for Exceptional customer service, I truly appreciate your efforts in helping me.Cinzia Escobido

We have so many great thrift stores in Spokane, Value Village has a great variety with many options to choose from however they are priced much higher than most places.

Clean and low prices. Love the wall of grab bags. Found a lot of cute cat decor.

Not quite like the other thrift stores in town. Its big and has a lot of different things, but just doesnt seem to have the quality the other places have. Its hit and miss though.... its a thrift store.... one day it could be a terrible selection and the next it might be amazing!

Great selection of clothing and shoes, but a little pricey. They also have many used books, especially childrens books. This is one of my favorite go to thrift stores.

A wonderful place to shop. I got a ton of clothes for me and my mom to level up our summer wardrobe. We got like two dresses each, a bunch of shirts, skirts, tank tops, a new purse each, a set of cake pans and the grand total was only 139$ minus 20% coming to 117$, a lot but we bought a lot of stuff. Anywhere else it would have been like 200 or more.Biggest issue I can speak to was the upcharge on in season clothes. It seemed like thinner shirts that I would have charged a dollar for (thin no straps barely any material) were sold at 7.99 and the thicker heavier no sleeve shirts were only 2.99. That was kind of annoying as it was all a donation in the end. But still not too bad. I just didnt buy any upcharged items and got the cheaper but slightly warmer options.The dress section is quite large and has a good amount of selection for all types and seasons.

The store is priced decently. Not then cheapest thrift store. Though not expensive by any stretch of the imagination, just not cheap comparitivly speaking.

I found Bass amplifier Kustom with no cord .Took home clean it up found a cord plug it in works great 👍

A little overpriced for a 2nd hand store, but the employees are amazing.

Friendly staff! Found super huge roller luggage! Something new everyday! Name brand clothes! Household goods. Lots of new with tag items. I lucked out on a jewelery jar, they go quick! A lg vase filled with assorted jewelery items. Found silver and brand name in the jar but of course you wont know unless you buy it! Just check the jewelery case as you go in the door.

The staff was very helpful & friendly the prices & selection were good... Im not from the area but I will definitely be back in the future..

A great store to go shop at if your tight on funds and dont mind buying used items. The store is clean and they have a large selection of all kinds of stuff. My only complaint is some times some items are over priced to the point where you could just buy it new for a little more money.

The store in the valley has better items. Im not sure how they price there merchandise, but most things are overpriced.

Well organized value village location.

Absolutely garbage location and staff. I love value village as a chain dont get me wrong. This place had garbage selection on top of the fact that they let people unsafely walk around the store with no mask at all. The staff was buddy buddy with people violating the health code and the store was completely unsafe.

They keep it organized and if you donate, you get %20 off your next purchase. 🙂

I came in here because I got hired at new job and I didn’t have any professional attire for. Low and behold - Value Village! No one has guessed that all 5 outfits were second hand. From shoes to coat. Good condition, very friendly workers, and organized as a huge thrift store can get haha.

I like VV for the great deals, the store is decently clean, and the employees are in general, friendly. My only issue that I have was the amount of people in the store (very crowded, unable to distance more than a couple of feet) and noted a couple of employees not wearing masks properly #maskholes. Their largest portion of customers are from at risk communities and it would be great if they could remind all employees how to properly protect those of which their paychecks come from.

Way to expensive for a second hand store... A pair of old shorts with 3 holes from a cigarette was 8$. Great deals on some things as usual, but they are asking too much for most of it.

Clothing for kids needs to be more consistent. Some pants were 2.49 and some were 10.00. They are used and kids. They need to not exceed 5.00

I shop at Value Village every time I go to my appointments and also Goodwill. I love doing second hand shopping!

The prices are pretty high for second hand clothes and shoes! I found a hoodie I wanted and they were asking $20.00 for it. A pair of shoes will run you $15.00 and up! The people pricing items are over charging customers!
