Stock extremely low but that is to be expected the evening before Halloween. But the items there werent very good. And it seemed distasteful seeing them selling clearance signs.

Friendly staff, large costume selection and prices didnt go up from last year. Less decorations for purchase though. Very clean and well organized store.

It’s a great place for Halloween but it was not fixed up for the bigger sizes my husband could not find any thing he’s big and tall . I could not even fins a 2xl or 3xl

Love the store! Great place to get a costume! Costumes are a little high in fries, but same as every other place. Other than that we had a small issue with how the costume fit so I went and exchanged it at another store and had no problem. We were in and out within 5 minutes! #Very helpful staff

I will never have enough money to leave this store satisfied. But really I wish their locations had a section for more adult/American sized men and women. I know their not considered as appealing, but they deserve costumes too!

Didnt have a huge selection

I went to the store on 10/29 and bought a costume. When I got home to try it on it smelled like cigarettes perfume and body odor. I went to see if I could return it or get my money back. And because their return policy ended they wouldn’t refund me for a DIRTY costume they sold me. I’m appalled that now I’m out the money for that costume. They did offer an exchange but I figured out another costume instead..

The staff was wonderful and sweet as can be, could not eat too many have to watch the waistline. Have a delicious Halloween.

Cheap Chinese products. I purchased a mask that was suppose to light up for $25. Before I purchased it I asked the lady why it wouldnt come on. She said I needed to put new batteries in. We went and bought batteries and nothing happened. We bought a broken piece of crud made by China. We live an hour out of town and I am not wasting my time on this business anymore. Will never shop there again.

Lots of fun stuff here, not as fun as years before where they had haunted houses to go in but still fun.

Last year we bought a Zombie Swing Boy. It was on clearance for $119.99 from $179.99. We were informed clearance items are non returnable, which I understand. We were moving and the house got delayed until November 1st so we didnt get a chance to decorate for Halloween. A few days ago we got out the decorations and opened the box for the first time. It was missing parts and the instructions. We put it together and plugged it in and it is 100% completely broken, no lights, movement or noise. Very poor business practices to label something clearance when clearly it was prior used I refuse to give my money to a company that lies to its consumers.

Im pretty partial because I love Halloween. Its my favorite time of the year. Even more than Xmas.

Spirit is always great. Unfortunately it wasnt as eventful as previous years but I chalk that up to 2020

No one helped me. All 3 workers were up at the front talking. I was there a while and no one came and asked if i needed anything. The one in the valley where the old Toys R Us was they are so wonderful n helpful. Guess Ill drive 25 mins to get better service! 🤷‍♀️

It was okay. The mask for my sons Spiderman costume was way too small. The manager said she would see what she could do. Went and got an adult size mask and asked us to try it on. He did and it worked. I thought she was going to switch it out. No, paid nearly $20 for another mask, more than half of what the costume cost. They should have been able to do something besides making me pay for the mask too. Wasnt out fault they made the masks too small.

I love Halloween. What a great store. Lots of ideas. Checkout was a little bothersome with the “you want to donate, want to round up?”The people were very helpful. Nice.

This location is awesome. Huge, organized and clean. Tons of costumes, accessories, masks, make up, wigs, etc. to choose from. The home and outside decor is amazing. We actually jumped with fright all through out the store, so much fun. We not only found the costume we were looking for, (first stop) but had a blast doing it. We look forward to this shop every year, wherever the location. But, I feel like this one, is one of the best with all the automated displays.

This store is insane, in a good way. Crazy decorations, a lot of animatronic stuff that is mind blowing. Any costume you could think of. Fun to visit.

Super high priced but fun to look around

Waaaay overpriced. Manager lady with the colored hair was cool....but double check the tag price with the sales slip....if they dont match and you overpay, they wont fix it. Mine was only 2 bucks so its not the end of the world. And, come on Spirit....if you have animatronics from last year in jacked up boxes...mark em down a lil bit....

Was in town for a concert, had time to kill, so naturally.... this store is impressive, displays set up left and right, lots of new products (latest horror movie props and costumes), and some animatronics and walkthroughs (haunted houses) that we just dont see in my towns Spirit Halloween.

Awesome, fair prices, nice clean set up of machines, friendly environment.

I wouldnt even give it one star honestly!The manager with pink hair is awful and she and the assistant manager are both narrow minded people. Who bully little kids by making racial and stereotypical comments and when the parent tries to stop them from continuing the harm the management condones the sick behavior by making threats to get the family to leave the store! The two managers need to be fired! Until then My family and I will never go back
