Honest, thorough, fair - really, there are so many nice things to say about Rod. He repaired my garage door a few years ago and repaired the garage door opener a couple months ago. When the repair didnt stick, he installed a new garage door opener at the most reasonable rate possible. Its a first to feel like I didnt pay enough for a home repair.

I called Rod at noon and he said hed be out at 2pm. He called me to let me know he was running late and would be here at 2:15. Its now 3pm and my springs are replaced and it only cost $157.00! I contacted Rod to fix our garage door that would no longer close. He walked me through the problem over the phone and I was easily able to repair a wire that was disconnected. I am sure Rod does a great job of repair and costs are excellent as indicated by other posts.I had a different requirement.I needed a garage door raised 3 inches with a building modification for my motorhome.I contacted Rod, several times successfully and he sort of agreed to help me out. He even quickly responded to missed calls and we appeared to have a great communications going on?We finally agreed on some pictures, to show how my pole barn was constructed.I sent the pictures, and then called him back, to see what he thought? Left a message, and no return call.Tried 2 other times, and no return calls? He sort of disappeared?Maybe he did not want to do building mod, which I understood! A phone call back, would be nice.In the mean time I contacted another Door Service, that helped me out. They performed a site visit, decided it could be done, and even helped me to find someone for the construction. The total mod was done in one day, and the motorhome fits perfect.

One of my garage door tension springs broke. So I took to Google to find a local guy that could repair it fast and reasonably. I saw All Pro and noticed he was nearby. Most importantly, I read the review on how they took care of the customer. I called and got with Rod. Rod showed up at 8 am the next morning and had it completed in about 45 minutes. The price was right at just over $150 and we can now park our cars back in the garage. Thank you Rod and All Pro and I will certainly recommend you in the future.

Sorry to say he didnt show for appointments TWICE, nor did he have the courtesy to phone and let us know he was delayed or couldnt come. The second appointment was made two days in advance at a time of HIS choosing and he still didnt show or phone, and he didnt answer my calls.
