Over the past 5 years each time I have hired Overhead door they exceeded my expectations and provided a quality product at a quality price. They have stood by the product and if any issue happened they immediately would correct.

The technition was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was done timely and well. He went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well

If I can give zero stars I would. Sales rep stood up a customer. Manager did not care to lose a contractor and a customer. Terrible customer service and a terrible way to treat potential long-term business relationships. Asked to speak to someone higher than the manager and the manager did not care to create a solution. I hope the owner of the company can read this review because I will be telling every contractor and customer I know to stay away.

Zachs phone call began, Im outside your house and I dont know which garage door you mean and I dont know where your front door is. He then greeted me with, You guys need to install an awning so people know where your entry is. (I am retired, and a widow.)I was wearing a mask as a precaution and courtesy to him and suggested it would be wise for him to do the same. He was incensed and refused to perform the work as planned.His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful, bordering on hostile. Beware of this business.ONE HOUR LATER: Spokane Overhead Door called and said they would be here in half an hour to fix the door. Twenty minutes later, fixed! These men were courteous, businesslike and efficient. I have revised my previous evaluation to three stars. (Thank you Amanda.)

I dont usually take the time to leave reviews, but felt inclined to do so after our great experience with Jim and John and rest of the crew at Spokane Overhead Door. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, which Im finding to be rare these days. They needed to do some structural work to do what we wanted with our garage doors, and it turned out great. Highly recommend these folks.

Repairman showed up 2.5 hours late; borrowed my 50 cord to test a circuit, left it lying on the floor. Spent 30 minutes checking around; said I needed a new ciruit board. The Boss called later, saying I needed a new motor @$750. Told him thats not what Id been told. Said hed call back. And did, saying might as well get the motor anyway.Seemed all too obvious he just wanted to make a sale.

Very helpful. I brought in spring from my garage door from the early 1990s and they took care of me right away and matched me up with a new one. Great customer service. They will be getting my business in the future to come as well. Thanks guys for all your help.

Came out to replace the door opener and found the door tracts to be in need of repair. Did not need to replace the electric door opener. INTEGRITY! ABSOLUTE HONESTY! I highly recommend these folks for any garage door/openers/and repairs. Well done.

Excellent company. There was an error with my scheduling, but they came out anyway after-hours that same day to resolve the issue and install the door. Did an excellent job, and walked me through how to resolve common issues that tend to occur with garage doors. Their prices were also around 200 dollars less than the quote I got from the other guys. Ill be recommending this company to family and friends.

Very disappointed with this company. We ordered the doors with glass inserts. The glass inserts were the wrong color and one already had a crack in it upon installation. Called the company to come and replace them but they kept putting it off for a few months. On one occasion the installer was going to come and change out the glass inserts but then calls and tells us that the glass inserts came in in the wrong color AGAIN! So at this point its been 5 months since the initial install and we dont even know when theyll be able to furnish.

Their team did a great job on the install. A warranty issue surfaced and another team came out and did the repair. We received an invoice for that so I stopped by their office. In speaking to the front desk, the owners overheard the conversation and stepped in and took care of everything.I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Had a catastrophic failure in the 16x7 garage door opener installed when the home was built in 1995. Left work in the middle of the day to investigate. One call, 2-3 hours later while I was back at work, they came out, replaced it and made my life easier. Very punctual, good products.

Showed up when they said they would, fixed why they said they would, and charges what they said they would. Professional, timely and courteous. Highly suggest them. My old doors were wooden pieces of junk, now they’re bright and beautiful and they close perfectly and quietly.

I needed an emergency service & repair job today because the spring in our garage door broke and we couldn’t get the door open. I called Spokane Overhead Door and they had their man here within an hour and he had my door repaired and working “better than when it was new. The workmanship was excellent and the repair man was very courteous as well as professional.

I had an issue with the guy that came out and did the Estimate but the Owner called and took care of it Thank you !!

Cant say that Im impressed. Im actually rather disappointed. I called regarding an overhead door that was broken( we already knew it needed replaced) they came out and told us, it was broken and left. I later received a quote to replace the motor. But then got a bill for $200.00 for them telling us it was broken(which we already knew). I would of appreciated a heads up that I was being charged. But furthermore it was how the service guy acted when he showed up. I personally called and gave them my name as the contact. When he showed up I greeted him at the door and he walked past me and went to the first guy behind the counter. Im sure he didnt realize I was the owner but it was very disrespectful to ignore me and start talking to our front counter person after I initiated the conversation and was ready to walk him to the back and show him the door.

The man did such a good job and educated me a little bit on how to get out of my garage if the power ever goes out, or if I have to open it manually. I picked this business based on the reviews. He was really really nice and so kind. If I ever have a problem again, Im calling them!

I called this company this morning our 50 plus year door gave out had to take it completely off they came out this morning gave me a estimate and was able to install new door and motor today very professional and did a excellent job love my new door thank you

This Co. ordered & installed 2 double-car garage doors (in black - not a highly available color) in my sisters shop last fall. She had me look them over afterward because I was working for a garage door manufacturer at the time and had more knowledge of garage door install/function than she did. Everything was installed properly & worked smoothly. Her floor was uneven (a common problem) which resulted in a small gap on the bottom of one side between the door & the floor. So Spokane Overhead Door came back out to put in a larger seal on the bottom of the door which fixed the issue perfectly. Ive just moved in with my sister & have since used the doors multiple times. They are still working well & look great. I highly recommend this Co. for their knowledge & skill level. I plan to purchase a home in the area soon & if I have any garage door needs, Im sure theyll be my first & only stop.

When I called even though they couldnt immediately come out, they took the time to discuss my situation and make sure our door was secure and then walked me thru the steps to stop the annoying beeping...Came out the very next day day. Zack was on time and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and reset my door perfectly for what I found to be a very reasonable price. I have used this company for several garage issues, replacement and repair (mom actually backed into it!!lol) and have always been happy when they finished! Highly recommend!

I went to leave for work this morning and my garage door wouldnt open more than a foot and ending up creasing in the middle and started breaking. I couldnt get my car out so I got on Google and looked for a place that could try to come out same day. I chose this company based on their reviews and I am glad I did! I called right when they opened at 7:30 and they had someone out within a few hours as they already had committed to another job. They showed up, gave an honest opinion and never once tried to rip me off, fixed my door and it cost WAY less than I was expecting! Apparently my garage doors were installed improperly by the original home owner and several things were incorrectly done. They took the time to make things correct and got it working again. I will definitely use them again in the future when we decide to upgrade our doors.

The spring broke on my garage door, they came out very fast. They were very friendly and got the spring replaced. I will use them again.

I spoke with John regarding an issue I was having with my Genie Excelerator garage door opener, and after a quick few minutes, he was able to locate me a rail/screwdrive assembly from a batch of dump motors that were due for scrap that same day. He graciously had his tech take the time to pull the part from the truck set to empty later that afternoon. He could have easily told me they didnt have the part (*which they didnt technically), or charge me for the part that he pulled from the scrap pile. He didnt do either! He gave me the rail assembly (which was exactly what I needed to repair my opener) and had it done within an hour of my initial call. Great service, and I will be going back for any further needs. I hope I can pay these guys in the future!

Called them because Door Specialties never showed on an appt I made two weeks in advance. Called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday between 8 and 10 (this morning). Low and behold, they never showed. I called and was informed they would show between 12 and 3, as if none of the rest of us have anything to do. Anyone who needs a contractor these days cant get one - they are all living well on the good economy. The economy will crash eventually and they will be clawing at everyones doors to get work (pun intended)

I own a construction company. I foolishly contracted with this company to install a fire door for one of our repeat clients as part of a larger project.They ordered a non insulated door when I had specifically requested an insulated door.I let that be, and waited for install date. They came and installed door about 4 weeks later and did the worst job I have ever seen (15 years in the industry)Then they blamed it on me and said that the door opening was not framed right and went to my client and told him that he should not have hired us.The bolts used to attach the frame of the door in 3 places were not even going into the wood posts, just into the Sheetrock. I called them back and asked them to fix the install and 8 weeks of delay inssued. Then they said they would provide smoke seal for free to us for the problems then refused to install and lied and said they never agreed to that.At this point I put a stop to all work and filed suit against them.They paraded witness and played games and with an inexperienced pro tem judge, a judgement was issued due to a malfunction of the court.We just got notice from the owner of this company that he would be liening my clients property.This is not a company you want to work with. The owner is out for himself and runs his business on lies and court cases. Check their record!Choose wisely, there are much better door companies out there.
