Called Precision Door at 1030 in the morning and they had an available person at my home by 1pm the same day. I needed one door repaired and two new openers installed. I must say, the two gentlemen that came to remove my extremely old, dangerous doors were polite, informative, competent and respectful. Cory and Kevin did an excellent job on the doors! They had a lot of work to do as one door was twisted on the track. I had many questions that were answered promptly and completely. They showed me all the little ins and outs of using the doors, cleaned the doors up, lubed them and cleaned up every bit of trash. They even took a leaf blower and blew out everything in my garage to the driveway and then cleaned it up! I spent $1900 on 2 doors from them.I had to wait 4 months to get doors in correct color I wanted.they installed them and trim was not installed correctly,one door was lower in casing then other one. one of door panels was scratched.I called them about trim and they sent out a man next day.he adjusted doors to trim and didn’t do anything with one door lower then other.he said they could touch up scratch with touch up.wouldn’t recommend

Had an issue with my garage door, called this company, and Barry Deschamps came out the next day to not only fix the garage door, but it’s now quieter and he walked me through regular garage door maintenance to keep them running and lasting longer. Give Barry a raise!

Precision was fast, early, and honest. They quoted a replacement garage door and, despite unforeseen obstacles, stuck to their quote and finished on time. My only complaint is the scuff marks on the new door from transportation, though they did provide a can of white touch-up paint to be applied when the weather warms up. The new door is working perfectly and I love the quite, smooth operation. Overall the workmanship looks clean and well done.

These guys are amazing. We called to get a quote and they came out the next day. Had us on their schedule the next week, showed up on time, found major issues that our shop builders had created when installing the door and fixed them free of charge just to make sure that our family was safe. Chris from Precision installed a new garage door opener for us about a month ago. We were having some minor issues with one of the sensors. I called Precision up and they got Chris back out within 48 hours. He came out and said the best thing to do was to replace the entire unit. He installed the new opener, sensors and buttons.. The new opener works much better. Very happy with them standing behind their products and making things right!

Their estimator requested full up-front payment from my 90-year-old mother. He told her the replacement door sections would arrive in 2 weeks, but 2.5 weeks later, his office advised that it would take at least 8 weeks. When their installer showed up 8.5 weeks later with the replacement sections, he immediately apologized upon opening their packaging, admitting Wayne Dalton sent the wrong color. He got on his phone to his office and a few minutes later came to my door insisting that the color actually was correct. I pointed out to him that it wasnt even close to matching. About 10 days later, the company came through with a full refund, but only after we threatened legal action against the company owner (whos out of Lynnwood, WA). Will never, ever use them again; went to them because they were the ones who originally installed the door approximately a dozen years earlier after the purchase through Home Depot.

Called Precision and they sent someone out quickly to give a quote. It was a really rough start. The garage wasn’t ‘big’ enough to put the door up. After stripping the garage bare they finally agreed to do the work. Had two doors installed and they did a good job, eventually.Edit: one of the doors stopped working literally the next day. Seems like a sensor as holding down the button works, but the remotes don’t work at all. I removed everything within 4ft of the door line so nothing could be blocking it and it still doesn’t work. Garbage.

I will start by saying we used Precision years ago and were very happy with their tech and service. However, based on two different interactions with Anthony in the last year I will not be using them in the future.This is not 1 star simply because past techs and service have been great.These bad experiences may simply be related to Anthony specifically and not company wide. The main issue I had is overcharging and trying to up sell on two different occasions.Anthony came out last year to look at replacing the bottom rubber and do a quick tune up. The cost for the rubber was astronomical so we decided against that and just do a tune up. Anthony had to do very little since the doors and opener were only 2 years old. He was there for a very short time, left us a can of spray grease...it cost over $300. We went ahead because of past good experience, despite feeling that Anthony was up selling and trying to charge more than he should be.This week we decided to get an opener put on our 3rd bay (which was already pre-wired and had everything set up and ready to go). I was disappointed that Anthony was again our tech but decided to give him a 2nd shot.When Anthony arrived he quoted a little over $1,300 for opener and new rubber (he was going to give me a military discount of 10%). Anthony stated prices just went up and they will only keep going up (which came across as a sleazy sales tactic).This seemed high since everything was ready (pre wired for opener, had outlet ready, sensors wires, etc.). Also they did not have the opener on them (which turned out to be a blessing).After he left to get an opener I decided to look at openers at Lowes, where I found a Chamberlain opener exactly like my other one (wifi, light, myq, etc) for $489 out the door (with my military discount). We decided to buy and change our appointment to install only.I called back to let them know that Anthony didnt need to go get an opener and to ask what just install costs. I was told on the phone $250 plus a service call fee.Anthony called shortly there after and told me that it wouldnt save money and we should just buy the opener from him and asked what price they gave for install. I informed him it was $250 plus service fee. He informed me it would be $350 plus service and that the person I spoke to was wrong and didnt know. He again mentioned the new price increase that she probably wasnt aware of (felt very used car salesman).For due diligence I decided to make a few calls and within 5 minutes found 3 companies ranging form $150 - $250 total for the same job compared to the $425 from Precision.I cancelled my appointment and wont be going back.Update: Your quote was the first quote without the rubber installed, he gave me a 2nd with rubber.I am not disputing prices going up, everyones have. You just happen to be way higher than all other companies (including non discount companies, nice by the way). I dont understand manufacturing increases effecting your install only prices.Your company is not my issue, I have really liked other techs and had some great customer service.2 separate negative experiences where it felt like Anthony was trying to take advantage is my issue. Who we used gave us the same taxes, rubber seal, warranty on work you mention. So $500 with the exact same is not apples to apples.Again this review is ultimately a negative review of Anthony, his demeanor, customer service and sales techniques. May not be a reflection of your company as a whole.
