I love this store. I try to buy all my bagged ice here (I live in an apartment, so, no automatic ice maker). Plus, I just bought my Halloween candy here. Then I just walk through the store and see what bits and bobs I can find (I know I can get creamers at any store but I cant find certain flavors. I can at URM).And the staff here are very helpful and happy. I would say customer service here is 100% and more. If I was still working, this would be a place I would like to work at.💜💜💜💜💜❤️💜💜💜💜💜

Love love love the URM stores! Especially this one since its close by, they take EBT and the employees here have always been really nice & helpful.

We went to Urms because our son was looking for Gfuel cans, which we dont have back home. We were able to pick up a case with a variety of flavors for about $6 cheaper than ordering them online. My wife also found some low carb chai to try, and we picked up some sugar free flavored syrups for sodas and hot chocolates, as they had flavors we dont have back home. Fun place to stop and wander, in all my years of visiting Spokane, I have never stopped, but that will change now.

This place is like a mini Costco and without the card. You can buy goods in bulk. The people there are truly nice and friendly; the workers care about their customers. There are also variety of goods that can’t be found elsewhere or hard to find. If you’re around the area, do stop by!

Great place to shop for a at home cook, they have everything you need an then some. If you plan on having a large group of people to cook for go here, prices are much better then going to an grocery store.

Wonderful sorta-wholesale warehouse, open to the public, catering largely to the smaller restaurant and coffee shop trade. Mostly food and supplies for short order, with lots of other stuff you might need for your cafe. Clean, open, easy to shop in and great friendly staff. Dont expect super duper bargain prices, but theyre fair, often on par with Costco - with a much better selection for the target market.

Love coming here, they accept EBT, which can take a big chunk out for the month of my budget. That month investment lasts me months to come. Including candy (Ive loved packaging since I was a kid), gum, nuts, basic snack stuff really.Been coming here for years and never seen a spill, or mess. Staff is friendly and professional. Also great for restaurant style tool (tongs especially).

I love shopping here. It has all the stuff I used to use in restaurants as a cook. Including ingredients, cookware, and utensils. They have some really good deals on case prices of just about everything.

Always love coming to cash and carry but this time was the best! Paige at the Springfield ave location went above and beyond anyone expectations with her customer service. I had called before hand to make sure they carried molasses, Paige is the one who answered and she had to check in the back for it and see how much it cost for me. When I got off the phone I remember thinking... “wow she was incredibly kind and helpful!” Then I go to the store and luckily for me Paige was there and again, was very helpful to me! I was checking out and realized I forgot a couple things, instead of just letting me finish my shopping she actually came with me to make sure I found the last few items I needed okay. She didn’t have to do that, but she did. She conversated with me like a friend the whole time. Seriously, had to write out a whole review just for PAIGE! thank you again, and happy holidays to you! I hope your manager sees this and recognizes how amazing you are!!!

This URM store is a cross between a restaurant supply store and a grocery store. The prices are a bit high for daily shopping but if you can stock up then there are good deals. The store is a bit small but well stocked. There are particularly good deals in the meat department.

Id rather go to Wal-Mart. The prices here are NOT low. The only reason I go here is for the huge selection of sugar free da Vinci coffee syrups. They are at a better cost the even the coffee syrups at Wal-Mart and the selection is huge.

The folks at URM are the nicest youll want to find in this kind of establishment. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you prepare for the event youre hosting. I purchase lots of supplies for our church events.

Really great guys!I intended return a large baking sheet but upon arrival found the upc code said Bi-Mart! Ive never been to Bi-Mart.I was insistent that Id purchased from URM & the guys were very professional and kind, even so far as to looking into it on their inventory history!I still cannot for the life of me figure out why I have anything Bi-Bart nor how it came to be.Ive only ever purchased two of the professional grade baking sheets and from the very same URM. But thats not their problem since I had only a receipt from the second, smaller tray!Nice guys. Very odd for me the baking sheet. The only other thing I can figure is perhaps my baking sheet was previously returned or otherwise exchanged. URM said they do not buy from Bi-Mart!In these, our beautiful lives, Ive well learned its not what happens to us but how we handle it! Thanks URM for your kindness!~ A curious & satisfied customer ~
