I have found that if you watch for the sales, chances are you will find your products on sale once during the month. And if you consider the cost of transportation, even if you are paying a few extra nickles, you are probably saving that much in gas/oil, etc.The staff is always pleasant and helpful and have a smile to greet you with! I love shopping here! You just dont find this atmosphere hardly anywhere anymore, and I hope they continue these practices for a good long while ahead.

Its my regular grocery store to go to, I like all the people working there and everything. I just wish they would enforce the mask mandates. I feel less like going there when I know a bunch of people will be walking around maskless, which is always the case.

Decent store with a variety of food options, including gluten-free, organic and non-dairy cheese. The store is under renovation, so a few isles were a challenge to navigate.

Really a nice atmosphere. Customer service was great. Food was nicely displayed at the deli and the food was delicious. First time visiting, but it wont be the last.

Jan, 2020 Unmasked employee was extremely rude. Talked to manager, sounded like employee has a history.. confused why employee is still employed. Decent service otherwise. ‘Brad’ in pharmacy needs to go. He cursed at me this morning for asking if my prescription was ready. Everyone else is great.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was a little girl and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming with cashiers that have been there for years.Great deals on meat and great selection of high quality cuts.The pharmacy also has very helpful techs. Always polite and this pharmacy is always in stock of my meds which are hard to find in the city. I’m very satisfied with the service.

This Rosauers is a get the job done place that I stop at when its more convenient than heading out to the Airway Heights Walmart. The daytime hours are great, with a lot of friendly and attentive employees. The nighttime hours are a completely different story. And Im not talking 11pm, but pretty much from 6pm until close. The employees carry on conversations with each other, and rarely offer a greeting upon entering their check-stand. They can barely be bothered to ask which type of bag that you want before continuing their personal conversations. One young man, of the 4-5 employees I encountered last night, was extremely kind and courteous. Of course, there are outliers and enjoyable employees present on some nights - but Ive been ignored or disregarded more times than not. I know, its just a grocery store, but we are human beings that need to acknowledge when another human is present, in my opinion. Ill take my business elsewhere just for that simple luxury.

I have to hand it to the employees at this store, they have to deal with a lot, and they have a small store that has to be a challenge to work in. But I’ve always felt the employees were super courteous and friendly.

Little pricey for groceries. Store is kept very clean. The location brings people for all walks of life.

I get donuts from here often and for the third time they sold me moldy donuts. I give 3 stars becuase this is a decent store and the employees are nice. Just wish they would check the donuts first or throw the old ones out.

Everything about this place is great other than the deli and the crowd it attracts. It has pretty good deals, good meat and produce. The staff is always super friendly and professional other than a couple odd occasions. But I regularly dont have a great experience with the deli, other than a couple younger gals that are always nice. The majority of the time I get the same grumpy older lady. The deli food is spotty, some times it is good and fresh the other times I get broken food. The worst part of it all is every single time Ive been there the tongs they use for the hot deli food just sits in this gross, brown, dirty ice water. Then today when I pointed it out, she proceeded to still get my food with the same dirty water tongs and didnt even change out the water or rinse them off. When I asked why the water was so dirty she said she was busy all day and didnt have a chance to get to it but didnt change it when I gave her the chance. She didnt even ask if I would like clean tongs. I can deal with the lack of pleasantries but that was just unsanitary. It was almost as bad as the time a clerk was helping me with the carpet cleaning rental meanwhile coughing and sneezing her hand while handling my idea and debit card and went on to say she was sick. Lastly the crowd there is very interesting to say the least. You can expect someone to ask you for change, a smoke, a drink and you can expect to see some shady people. The staff try and mitigate it but its a popular area for the shady people.

If the cashier didnt flip the my cake upside down, and had an overall better attitude that would be cool! Ive been shopping here for over a year now and its the blonde guy that works evenings, always just kinda rude and standoffish. Please tell him to not flip the expensive desserts over. And I understand people have a bad days, but this has been going on for over a year now. I guess its just who he is.

Spokane has a great super market chain, thanks to these people. The best of the old school super markets. Tasty bakery and deli. May they be around longer than I!

On the whole I get good servos here. I love that this Rosauers is a contracted post office location. Its very convenient to be able to get postage for packages and mail then from there instead of going downtown to the main post office. My only criticism is that their public bathrooms are not unisex, even though each bathroom is a single occupency.

The store always has what I need. Cake slices are worth the price. Always good deals and sales usually Thursday and Fridays. Be sure to check a sales ad before assuming they are having a sale that day.

Its nice to go in and know where stuff is at. They are friendly and have the best coffee in town! I love Rosauers coffee! They also have a bathroom available. Its the one amenity that brings me back to an establishment.

I like Rosauers. They offer a great selection of products from food to pharmaceutical needs, and have a wonderful section of organic items. You wont find super low prices here, but you definitely get what you pay for because quality is important here. On certain days they have some amazing deals, so keep your eye out for their sale days!

Good variety with both high-end and more affordable options. It doesnt look like stock is replaced quick enough for demand. The neighborhood and environment does not feel very safe, especially with later evening shopping.

They have lots of sales that are very great but sometimes they are expensive. Overall great store and friendly workers. I love the pharmacy by the way. They are always helpful and respectful.

Had public restroom, quick friendly service, local free newspapers, auto and real estate directories available at entrance. Great selection of beer and wine. Produce Dept always clean and has some of the best in area.

Its a nice store and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I purchase a lot of the produce and I really enjoy the chuck flat iron steak. Its not a very expensive cut of steak, and its great on the BBQ or in the broiler.

This store has everything you want, is on the smaller size and very friendly employees. Easy in easy out. Try their frozen catfish. Tastes fresh and delicious

This store is always really clean and the employees are fabulous! My only issue is I am disabled and they NEVER clear the sidewalk beside the building that comes from Elm street. I have taken several falls trying to get to the store. I sent an email to their corporate office and have said something plenty of times to employees and after 3 years of trying still it’s a mess.

This store is a joke. Prices are really high here in comparison to other stores. Their produce is often of very poor quality. They are frequently out of stock on common items on the shelves. Some of the staff (including the pharmacy) need some training in customer service... very rude at times. (That being said, other members of their staff are very nice and helpful.) At certain times of the day there parking lot is littered with lowlifes and methheads.If it werent the only store in Brownes Addition I would not spend my money here again.

I’ve been shopping this Rosauers location for over 10 years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They still offer to take your bags to your car, which is especially nice if you need assistance. Their donuts are an office favorite, especially the maple bars and Apple fritters.

Friendly staff. The building needs update.Prices low on fresh garden selections and on ice cream they offer a good deal. Everything else is $$$ medium - high.Always poor people around that area.

This Deli is hands-down the best one in town if you are looking for JoJos or Sidewinders or chicken strips look no further no place in town doesnt better than this.. the butcher in the back is talk notch some of the best cut T Bones in town New York strip and dont get me started on the crab salad its the best impound

Tom Sherrys Turkey Drive was happening, so I put in all the cash I had. Went to pickup a birthday cake. My son turned 21, and the cake was so beautiful and yummy, red velvet with buttercream frosting.

Store is in a questionable part of town and suffers for it, but the staff are nice and generally the store is clean and well stocked. If I didnt get hassled for spare change (going in, and then again coming out) every time I stopped I would frequent it much more as its incredibly convenient for last minute food or snacks.

Great deli, although the green salad choices are limited to two usually. Clean. Friendly staff. My problem here is that they let people bring their dogs in!! That’s disgusting, and probably not legal. I never buy produce here because I know there’s dog hair floating around.

I called about a product they said they had. I get their I cant find it so I ask and they send me down and aisle. I dont find it so I ask another person they send me down another aisle.. .wrong nothing again. 4th time is a charm. I finally found what I came for. I wasnt too happy. The staff here is great, the prices are a buck or two higher than say Safeway, and the usual customers are pretty weird. This is right in the middle of Browns, which is known for sketchy kinds. But this store isnt, and again, the staff is awesome.

Even though its in a rough neighborhood this is a clean, well staffed store with friendly clerks. Also the bakery department makes the best molasses iced cookies....yum.

The employees are really nice here! The store is always really busy and there are never more than 3 people in line, that I have seen. I would like to see more fishy things in the meat counter area, but bakery looks pretty good and the selection is good for such a small store! Customers are treated better here than many other Rosauers in the city and valley! Prices are consistently high at Rosauers (which drives me crazy) but the neighborhood also has a very inexpensive neighborhood store. Overall, I am ok with it. Not a super clean store walking in, but it is well utilized and I feel they care!

DO NOT buy their garlic bread! I’ve been shopping at this location for the past 10 years & I have to say that the last couple of times that I bought their in-store garlic bread the butter literally tasted like crisco, barely melts & there’s no taste to it. Shame on you Rosaurs for me buying it the first time. Shame on me for trying it a second time! I’ve always bought garlic bread from there but within the past year something has definitely changed for the cheaper costs. Otherwise customer service is always friendly & they’re great at allocating employees where they need to be during sudden busy times. Good selection as well.

This store is in dire need of a remodel. I think this store was built before Brown’s Addition. I do like their produce and meat market however. Prices seem higher at Rosauer’s than at other local markets.

These guys are super nice. I dont live in neighborhood anymore but when I did and forgot my wallet at home one day they held my grocery cart full of stuff in the cooler in back while I ran home and back. #bighelp

It was ok i had ribs from deli they were good i like the layout of the store. And they didnt even throw me out of the parking lot for talking to somone. If i had a choice i would go to the store on 29th. They dont treat people very well on bikes or that talk to people in parking lot. They treat you how they think your dressed. I get they are Downtown but i dont think i will ever let it go that they threw me out for begging because i was on a bike and i was just talking to a friend of mine i saw in the lot for five minutes and drives a nice car

Standard neighborhood grocery store. Parking lot here is my main reason for the 3 stars. It i laid out oddly, and the lines are in need of repaint.

Rosauers has a good selection and the store is clean and conveniently located. I do wish they had some type of rewards program. Same with participating in cash back programs like Ibotta.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars & not 5 is because I feel they do not adequately handle the problems caused by the large homeless & druggie populations that frequent the area. The bathrooms are regularly trashed, Ive even seen needles sitting in the sink or on the floor. Every time I come to & from my vehicle, I get stopped at least twice by people wanting a smoke, change, or a ride. Also, they have all these bums that camp out all day on the lawns on the outside edges of the property, smoking meth & shooting up heroin in broad daylight. Just 2 days ago, some tweaker was stumbling around the parking lot. I came to a complete stop & he twisted around & fell back onto the hood of my van. He then had the nerve too get up, come to my drivers window, & scream & cuss at me & accuse me of running him over. I had to call the cops to get rid of him. It scared me. He leaned right inside my vehicle & 1st tried to grab my keys, then tried to snatch my cell phone out of my hand. I regularly see people fist fighting in the parking lot, as well as people screaming at each other and/or throwing things at each other. I do not feel safe coming to this location, and I do not feel the store management are concerned about the safety of me, a regular customer. Every time I voice my concerns, I get poo-pooed away like its no big deal.
