They were all so very friendly, helpful, and NO pressures. Vincent just delivered our bed last night and he was so quick n efficient. I purchased a new mattress the other day from Vincent. He promised delivery last evening. True to his promise, he was here at 7:45 with my new mattress.At the store he was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was within my comfort zone, so I purchased on the spot. I’d shopped at a few different places, and I just found Vincent to be more down to earth, and suit my needs.I’d recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress to stop and visit Vincent at the mattress depot on the south side store on the Palouse highway.

There’s not much else to say that other’s haven’t! Vince was extremely helpful and attentive. He showed me a couple different options in my price range and left the final decision to me. I purchased the mattress on my visit in, even though I haven’t found an apartment to rent yet. Vince confirmed that he could hold the mattress until I found a new place. Vincent the store manager is very knowledgeable about his products. He was able to guide me in a mattress selection. It has worked out very well. He delivered the mattress the same day. He wanted me to have the mattress even though the electronic platform was still on order. This meant two trips for him but he made it happen. This is exceptional customer service. This business is local, sells well priced quality merchandise. This is my second mattress and multiple pillows purchased here. I will remain a loyal customer.

I researched where to buy when I purchased my bed. This store was so reasonably priced…it was a good decision…The staff at this store are extremely knowledgeable about their products… The service is above and beyond… my adjustable bed went dead. I thought it was a major issue… After Vincent ( stores manager) did some research he asked me to reset the remote to the beds brain box by simply pushing a button located under the bed at the same time as the remote functions…. It worked… I was ready for a long process and relieved when it was just a phone call and a button…. Thank you Vincent !

Great service! I walked in desperate for a mattress after Macys delayed my order three times. I cancelled my Macys mattress order that day and bought my mattress from Vincent (store manager). They had inventory in stock and after hearing my plight, Vincent personally delivered our mattress that evening... and this was a late afternoon sale for him. He came after hours to deliver and set up. So impressed with his willingness to take care of us. Will definitely buy here again!

I purchased a Sterns & Foster mattress, but it ended up not being supportive enough for my back. Thankfully, the store has a comfort guarantee program that allows for an exchange within 120 days. Vince helped me find a Tempur-Pedic mattress that seems to be working much better. The exchange process was very easy.

Told the salesperson I did not want a foam mattress. I was sold a foam mattress. I went back after mattress was delivered and said what salesperson sold me was a foam mattress, wanted coil mattress. They replaced the foam mattress with a latex foam mattress. Told me that no one makes coil mattress anymore. Absolute hog-wash. Terriblle. Spent $1000 on a piece of garbage that will go to the landfill. I will have to buy another replacement. I am so mad.....

The Spokane south hill mattress depot outlet is a great place to shop for a mattress and frame. Megan and her staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They do not want you to buy a mattress that eventually won’t work for you. She worked like an engineer trying to solve a structural problem... my back issues and finding the perfect mattress. I made several trips there and tried at least 20 mattresses before settling on the perfect one. Never once was there any pressure to buy anything. The decision was always mine. I definitely would recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress that will work for you.

This was by far the most amazing experience Ive had purchasing a mattress for my child. Megan Holden was all smiles when we walked in. My daughter and I really had no clue what we were looking for, but Megan asked a few questions and knew of three mattresses there in the store that might work.Im a single mom with one income so I let Megan know I needed to shop around for price. Thats when she let me know if I found a better price somewhere else she would price match it for me. Thats when the magic happened we found a mattress that my child wanted and it was $399 plus the cost of the box spring.At this point after spending some time with us Megan said I have a queen-size for mattress available for only $250 plus the cost of the box spring my daughters eyes filled with excitement because she has been wanting a queen mattress, but I couldnt afford it.The amazingness of Megan didnt end there. I needed a mattress cover for the bed she looked online and found the mattress cover at a another store cheaper she price matched t for us right then and there.My daughter then reminded me we would have to go pick up some bigger sheets because she is getting out of a full twin and going into a queen-size bed. Once again Megan, being the amazing woman that she is, showed us the sheets that she had available there in store for $45 and sold them for $20 to us.I walked out of there with a queen size bed,box frame, mattress pad, and sheets for the price that I would have bought the twin size bed give or take a little bit. And the piece de resistance on this entire experience is she was able to get us a same-day delivery and removal so my daughter will have her bed tonight.if you guys go to this location ask for Megan shes absolutely amazing shes understanding, warm, helpful, and made this the most outstanding transaction I have ever been apart of.Megan thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing us that theres more to a buying experience than just going and picking a mattress and leaving. We were looking for split king mattress and adjustable base. Mattress Depot on Palouse Hwy had the best prices for the mattress and adjustable base. Eric was knowledgable, patient and did not pressure us to buy- especially since Im very finicky about the products I buy. He showed us different features and answered all of my husbands questions..We bought the split kings and adjustable base in the beginning of April and the delivery went super smooth- they even hauled my old mattress away.We are very happy with our purchase- the mattress is very comfortable, my back issues are getting better and it conforms well to the adjustable base.I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a mattress to visit Mattress Depot first. Eric was a tremendous help to us when we came in looking for a new mattress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and didnt hit us with a bunch of sales pitches or any aggressive sales techniques. On top of that, he delivered our new mattress that same night so we didnt have to go another night sleeping on the old mattress, which was causing my partner to wake up in pain every morning. We have purchased 2 mattresses here and are very happy with service and quality of merchandise. The staff helped me to figure out the most comfortable mattress for my needs. They also arranged same day pick up for one mattress and next day delivery for the other. Its a nice place to shop, if I need another mattress I will go back to them.
