First-time customer and will be back! Staff were really helpful in getting my kids set up with BMX gear, and didn’t mind that we had to bring our dog inside as we were headed on a road trip and the weather was surprisingly warm. Decent selection though I could tell we were about a week late with having more choices. We made it work, are happy with what we got, and will be back for helmets and size ups when the time is right.

Nice little shop. Not a large selection but it may have what youre looking for. Needs a customer helmet shelf or rack near the door and could use an update to the interior design. The staff was very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful, I would return on that alone.

Amazing Customer Service!I was riding home from Sturgis when my Bilt Helmet Blue Tooth stopped working. This was causing major problems with my ride partner, so we stopped at the next Cycle Gear (Spokane, WA) to get it fixed.The first gentleman that I spoke to was quite dismissive. When they didnt see my receipt in their computer, he said It must be past warranty, and walked away. He assisted several other customers in my presence, but did nothing to try to rectify the problem. I told the female clerk that was assisting me that I didnt think it had been over a year since I bought it. I was ready to leave, and go to another Enter Austin.... Customer Service at its best. He asked where I bought the helmet. I told him Tacoma, WA. He advised that was the reason they couldnt see the receipt. He then contacted the Tacoma store and got the relevant information from the receipt to assist me.The helmet was NOT out of warranty and I was able to return it. A 1-to-1 trade was not possible, because they stopped making the helmet, so Austin showed me several options and I settled on the newest technology and a better helmet. At this point I didnt mind it was more expensive, and I purchased several more items, due mostly to the service I had received and not from any real need.I truly appreciate the effort and time Austin took, to ensure I had what I needed. Not only that, but he went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my purchase.It just goes to show... if you provide good customer service, you keep your customer base from going to the competitors and increase your profit margin through repeat and up sales.Austin... You Rock! Keep it up!

I reserved 2 ram mount items the other day. Went to pick it up. Guy had no idea what I was talking about. Got an email the next day saying my reserved items were ready. Called the store guy goes yep we’ve got it here pick it up whenever you’re ready. After work went in again guy had no idea what I was about.

Cycle gear is always very helpful and full of knowledge. Prices are great and the amount of choices is awesome.

I changed a tire in the parking lot at around 2am great lighting nice level parking area. A++ would recommend.

Selection and options are ok. I ended up determining my size and fitment options, then came home and bought the colors I really wanted. Staff was very helpful. Pricing was better than I expected. Now I need the weather to cool off so I can go try out my new gear.

Had a great experience every time I was in the store. Last time I was there the power was out they still processed my items and even told me if I was a club member of theirs that when the power came back on this purchase would soo be added to my points. Very cool.

The staff were available for questions, but we had to go find them when we did have questions.The store was well stocked and clean.

These guys are the best! I was in a jam and needed a tire changed very near closing time. I knew it was a stretch but we had to ask. They came through with flying colors at a great price too. I highly recommend this team.

I was looking for a new helmet with Bluetooth and didnt have as much time as I wanted. I had two sales people help me. They were very friendly and polite. They found the helmet I wanted, got the Bluetooth installed quickly and I was able to get everything done in the short time I had. They even let me store my old helmet behind the front counter so it could be picked up later because I was on my bike.

Had a quick hookup with a friend on the hush hush here. great guys.

The guys in the store were very helpful and I will continue to do business at the Spokane location. Inventory is much better than most motorcycle dealers and shops around the area. Still could be a bit better selection in the helmet dept. but due to Covid 19 causing manufacturing and shipping problems this is probably unavoidable.

My email notifications got confused and cancelled by the store, but once I called and talked to a real person, it was great. When I went in to pick up my new helmet, the same guy I spoke with on the phone helped me. He was fantastic. Great customer service.

I went to purchase the Sena 5s, They only had one in stock it was on hold for another customer, Nick did what he could, bent over backwards to try and get it to me, when he failed he gave me the option to upgrade me at no charge to a better setup or a even better one fir a huge discount, I walked out with the Sena 50s and happy ..

I have NEVER had an issue in this store or with picking up/returning online orders. This place has it figured out. And recently found out there is an ordering kiosk on the sales floor....dont see the size or color your looking for? Check the website and have it sent. Boom😁Value coupons and promos on a regular basis via email gets you in the mood to ride. Good job.

I love Cycle Gear. Everyone loves Cycle Gear. Great selection, great prices, knowledgeable employees that are enthusiastic about motorcycles. One flaw though, your POS does not function correctly. Please transition away from your outmoded POS system. I tried to do a return the other day and none of the employees could find my purchase. The manager had to manually sort through purchases to find it.

Today was the First shopping experience.Went in looking for a new jacket.Was shown and informed of the positive/negative of each option. They wanted to insure I got exactly what I wanted.Without, any price point sale pressure.

Very friendly, went there to price out some motorcycle gear for my first bike and they helped with telling me differences between helmets and clothes.

Cycle Gear employees are helmet knowledgeable and helpful fitting a new lid to my head. You cant get this kind of help reading reviews on the Internet. Highly recommended. I learned lot more at Cycle Gear about the helmets I was interested in than I did on the hours I spent watching online reviews.

Great assortment of clothes, but limited number of helmets with Sena built in.

Buying my first bike and wanted to get the bigger picture on a full set of gear. I worked with Austin and even though he was fairly busy, he was very patient and answered all the questions I had and a few I didn’t even think to ask.

If your selling helmets, simply asking what I was looking to spend - shouldnt be the only question you ask before pointing to a few helmets and walking away.UPDATE - I returned this spring with a friend who was looking for a jacket. I was browsing helmets and a very helpful and knowledgeable person happily answered my questions and I ended up leaving with a helmet and a Sena unit. Absolutely pleased with both. This was a 5 star experience. Updating the previous 3 star to 4. Average of two.

Great place for gear and other motorcycle accessories. The prices are great and theyre customer service is on point (in my experience).Ive gotten riding gear for both and my wife here because other places charge outrageous amounts for the same stuff .Today we stopped in to get me another set of riding pants and a tire chock for my wifes bike. Brennan helped us out and had us on our way in time to get some riding in. He was curious and had a smile the whole time despite the customer in front of us being a little rude about COVID conditions.Thanks again Brennan, and you stay classy.

So sad...been shopping here for a couple of years went in a week ago, shop was so dirty and the same stuff for sale and no customer service...there was two of us in the shop!!

This place seems to be hit an miss on what they have or dont have. When inventory is good, it is goooood.

Lot of stock but very limited in size selection. And colors as well. Many different brands. Good range of prices and all good quality products.

Would not recommend went there today and the staff was rude because “I didn’t have a mask” well guess you don’t understand that people have health problems making wearing a mask unsafe!! Not to mention breathing carbon all day is NOT good for your health!! Wearing a mask should be a CHOICE period!! This is the exact reason thousands of people cancelled their Costco memberships too!! This is supposed to be a “free country” and while I understand asking people to social distance and stuff, refusing service just because someone wasn’t wearing a mask is very unprofessional!! I as a business owner would never treat my customers like that!! You lost our business and I will not be recommending you anymore!! I’ll go to another motorcycle shop that is more respectful and understanding especially of people’s health!! You need to inform your staff that their are lots of medical reasons that people cannot wear a mask and shouldn’t be turned away just because they aren’t wearing one!!

Its ok, prices are not bad but inventory is terrible. Many times it says available in store via the website but in reality its not. Orders are slow to become available after online checkout. I think they need more staff at this location.

Didnt have what I specifically went into the store to purchase. Exhaust plugs for dirt bikes. Pretty common item. Especially for a place like cycle gear sales associate informed me that they had been out for weeks. Tried to upsell me on a helmet I no interest in. As a rider this is my first local choice for parts and equipment. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection is good. If for some reason they dont have what you need, they can order it quickly. They often have sale-prices on common items of gear and maintenance.

GREAT SERVICE! I went to cycle gear needing help. I am a getting back into riding after many years and i didnt have any riding gear. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The pricing was good and I loved their selection. They walked me through what i would need and kept me in my price range. They even took the time to help size me in a proper helmet. I thought i was an XL, it turned out i needed a L but in a different shape than what i had tried.I would have never known without their guidance! 5 STARS !!!!!

I was in here on a desperate hunt for boots for my upcoming motorcycle course, Donny made me feel very important and helped me one-on-one for half an hour. I wish I had found a pair here that fit, because this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. He answered my questions and gave advice on fit since I was new to riding boots.I will come here for future needs for sure!

Great place for motorcycle equipment had my special order battery in stock and the guys ran all over to find the part not once have they ever made me seem like a nuisance for asking questions in the entire time Ive been shopping here and that has been years!!!!

Good customer service. Could not locate my receipt from 7yrs ago to cover my battery. The AZ location looked it up in their system and faxed it to Spokane valley. They honored the warranty and replaced the battery with no issues.

Love these guys (and girls)! Weve been in the store several times and always gotten the same great service. Ive found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful and they want to make sure youre happy with your purchase. Yeah, they like to kid around and have fun, but thats just because theyre friendly.

Service is good overall. It really depends on whos working. Stick with name brand if you can. The house brands are cheap because theyre cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Wait for the sales. 50% off happens a lot.

Tried calling this store 5x this morning to set an appointment for my tires that were being delivered but for some reason the employees forgot how to answer the phone so I had to drive 45 min each way just to set up an appointment. Horrible customer service

Staff was super helpful, and prices were good. Only reason for 4 and not five stars was that selection seemed somewhat limited for a Cycle Gear. But great place, have always had a positive experience there.

I have bought a ton of stuff from my local store and the quality for the price is always exceptional. I once had a problem getting a product from them, but they made it right and i am happy to use them for everything i need.

Good store, organized and helpful people but the stuff they sell is mostly cheap and Chinese. the stuff works but if you want good quality things ESPECIALLY helmets you can find other places.

Ive realized that a lot of this company product dont last and are not the best quality. Avoid the 4 speakers stereo system. The speakers snap off and dangle while riding hanging by the wires. Im returning them and will update this review good or bad depends on what they do to make this right.

Walked in and was greeted first thing said I need to order some parts and he said sure turned around proceeded to grab a couple of books from underneath the counter and had no problem looking up my items I needed now Ill be riding my bike and 9 days when my product gets their super nice guy cant wait to go back and get my stuff

Great customer service..selection and inventory was kinda small..but found what I was looking for.

Had a decent selection of dirt and street apparel, plus open on mondays.

They had what we wanted, in the correct size and color. They were also very helpful in pairing the helmets together via bluetooth and to our phones.

Good place for gear and miscellaneous stuff for your bike and riding.

Great selection on gear. Found what were were looking for while driving through the city in the middle of our bike trip. Service was great and prices reasonable. So much so we ended up purchasing 2 more things which we didnt come in for lol!

My goodness what a great experience.Donny, the sales guy that helped me out, spent over two hours helping me try on every single make of helmet in the store, answered all my questions (most of them hes heard a million times), and was patient enough to walk me through the in-store options for jackets.He had enough knowledge to assuage my wifes concerns, had enough experience to steer me away from the lowest budget options, and enough tact to gently inform me of what his friend in the ICU was wearing when he went down earlier this season.I ended up finding out just what helmets fit me best (AGV and HJC) and which helmets I couldnt even get my head into (Icon, Arai). I found out just which helmets would have served me well had I gone a different route (Schuberth) and just which helmets were barely the wrong shape or size (Bell, Shoei, Sedici).The whole process was incredibly satisfying and rewarding, even taking into account the Icon helmet trying to rip my ears off. All in all, this major chain store felt like how Mom and Pop shops used to feel: a tailored experience with a patient and guiding hand. Five stars doesnt quite do it justice, but here we are. 10/10.Thanks, Donny, for making a sleet-filled Saturday shopping trip into an extremely enjoyable learning experience.
