First visit with Dr Lee. Just moved here from out of state with hearing aids and had short visit to get know her. She’s professional and pleasant to talk with. Cindy in front office was helpful and explained things well. Looking forward to having a nice place to to do business with my 2 year old hearing aids.

Very professional. Connie was great at welcoming you and making you feel comfortable. Now Dr Lee, very professional, exceptionally easy to talk to and does a great job of explaining the before and after test. No pressure....she explains the test results, explains each type of hearing device and leaves the decision to you. Would recommend highly.

Professional, caring, and helpful; a very pleasant experience with great results. My hearing aids are 4 years old and purchased in the Memphis area. I was expecting a sales pitch to replace them. Not the case--gave me a new hearing test for updates and made adjustments to my existing hearing aids. I highly recommend them and their courteous staff.
