I have called over a week waiting on a call back from Dr. Doljan’s (excuse the spelling) Nurse Tina absolutely no response. Surgery was scheduled for Feb 12, 2021 turns out the paperwork she needed to submit was not. Now she is unavailable to make any calls until tomorrow. Lack of planning on her end! Beyond disappointed as I made the proper arrangements for childcare and my job! Hopefully this would get the attention needed!

I have never been seen here and will not bother. My primary care doctor referred me to an ENT, so I called this office as they take my insurance. 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and after 3 calls with no answer I was falsely given the option to leave a message only to get an error saying that the mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages.

At first they are attentive and caring, after they get you for $6K in hearing aids and promise you prompt attentive service, then it drops off. From waiting over 2.5 hours in a room for the Dr to come in, to have them talk condescending to you when you ask for help. They promise you free batteries and filters for life, then they give you one at a time? I have had repeated issues with the equipment I purchased, and I get the run around EVERYTIME I go there or reach out for help. Then when I complained to their supplier, they tell me to go elsewhere? If they had treated me as a valued customer then I would not have had to reach out to their supplier would I? Please people consider your choices in hearing care, and know that Suncoast ENT Surgical Specialists are not what they claim to be. One bad review is ONE TOO many! They have several.

Staff was very nice and friendly BUT Dr Dolgin was VERY ROUGH, RUDE And When I told him that he was hurting me he didn’t care don’t go to him now my neck has been hurting all day long

I have put off dealing with my hearing loss but after visiting suncoast i got hearing aids that are perfect for me. I can hear again. Leigh and everyone there were great to work with.

4:45pm on a Tuesday and phones are shut off with a message indicating have reached them outside of operations.....Yet the message clearly states they are open till 5pm besides lunch times.I’ll find a different practice.

Excellent Quality CareWe have recently relocated to the area and required these services. Both my husband and myself had the good fortune of receiving care from this practice. Dr. Chadwick was attentive and understanding about my recent ear and sinus infection that had been previously treated by another physician. He was able after thorough examination to pinpoint the problem and subsequent treatment worked.My husband was seen by Dr Dolgin who also provided excellent care and treatment. My husband was in need of new hearing aides and Leigh the audiologist was both patient and informative of the changes that needed to take place. His new hearing aides are truly a miracle. He had resigned himself to the fact that the old ones were as good as it gets. Thanks to Leighs patience and allowing a trial period of the new ones we are more than satisfied. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with hearing or ENT issues!!!! Plus awesome office staff...courteous and friendly and efficient.

Dr. Chadwick is Awesome. Hes relatively new to the practice but he is definitely an asset. He has a great bedside manner and he is a good listener. He also knows his stuff. Do not hesitate to see him if you have ENT issues.

I called today to set up an appointment as a new patient. That’s as far as I was able to get. I was put on hold for an extended amount of time. I finally hung up and made my appointment elsewhere. I understand being busy. That’s no excuse to let someone wait that long and especially not calling back to apologize.

Can not say enough good things about Suncoast ENT Surgical Specialists. About 2 years ago Dr, Dolgin saw my husband as an emergency patient. They saw him immediately and he has had excellent care ever since.He then had to start seeing Dr. Leigh Smith who has done a marvelous job of evaluating and managing a plan of care for my husbands hearing loss and subsequent hearing aids. She is always available for any issues he has had and sees him anytime he calls with a problem. She is very caring and very, very good with stubborn patients!!! We highly recommend any of the staff we have encountered at Suncoast Ent and have sent them a number of referrals. They are all efficient, caring and very pleasant.

The staff was great. Not a long wait at all. I went in for a sinus issue but Dr. Anderson was more interested in telling me I need to go to physical therapy for my cervical neck issues than dealing with the reason why I went to him in the first place. My SINUSES! Im sorry I didnt realize you were an orthopedic! Thanks but no thanks. I already have a spine doctor!

My ear was hurting and I was dizzy, the doctor take a looked, the doctor saidNothing wrong with my ear .it just had to much earwax. I when to my family doctor today. I told him my ear was hurting and I am dizziness, He clean up my earwax take a look. He say my eardrum was broken.

Had a serious sinus infection/head cold that developed after flying back and forth from northern US to southern US with big temp changes and lots of sick people and germs on planes and airports. Trying to power through without seeing a doctor it ended up getting so bad I missed a lot of time from work and lost my sense of smell and taste. I contacted suncoast ENT off my insurance list and they were able to get me an appointment within 48 hours. I was emailed the new patient forms and had them filled out for my appointment. In processing was fast and I was seen quickly by Dr. Brown, he inspected me, diagnosed me and provided appropriate antibiotics within 10 minutes. He was friendly and explained everything. I can now smell and taste like before. Good to go!

This doctor had no time to talk to take me . Its forever to get in the back to see him. I was there for about 2 hours.and then on top of that, I was scheduled for allergy testing he told me it would be about a month, this was in June. Its September 16th, I still have not heard anything from them. I will not go back to them. PLEASE find yourself another doctor..Poor patient care... 😷🤕😤🤧😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Suncoast ENT is oddly located in a residential neighborhood and was a little more difficult to find than one would expect.I have a mixed review of this office and staff.I was treated rudely on the phone when scheduling my visit but because Dr Donnelly was highly recommended I persisted. I was made to feel like I was an imbecile by whomever I spoke with that day.Upon arrival I checked in and was not surprised to see that the reception staff were, I am sad to say, an unhappy lot. Standard form filling complete - I waited. I was shown to a room about 45 minutes after my appointment time. The attending nurse was competent and knowledgeable.The room was dirty and outdated.Dr Donnelly was worth the trouble. He was very personable and an expert in the ENT field.This facility is in direct need of upgrades, and this should include some of the staff.

My son and I arrived 15 min early for a 2pm appointment. We waited one hour before we were called. I informed the medical assistant that we had another appointment in 45 min and she told me they could not make any promises. So my son and I just left. Wasted time !!!

I have to say I was going to write a really great review a while back and very happy I waited. This office is running a scam and needs to be stopped. I have been seeing Dr. Chadwick for a year, who I will say is an amazing Dr. that I really became to put all my faith and had trust in to fix my my sinuses that another Dr. really made a mess of. It took me a very long time to find someone that I was able to put this trust in and I can honestly say he earned it quite fast. But on that note, me not knowing he is not a participant of my insurance the office was using another Drs name but still had me seeing him the whole time. Finally after waiting a full 10 months due to other health issues I was cleared for surgery. I had pre-op, paid copay, mentally prepared, stopped my meds and all ready to go. The day before my surgery the nurse Miriam called me to tell me Dr. Chadwick was not able to perform my surgery that they have to cancel and reschedule with another Dr due to my insurance. Are you kidding me? You knew this from day one of seeing me and figured you would get away with it! And when I offered to pay out of network costs, to keep Dr Chadwick she told me it was illegal. #1 it is not illegal to pay out of network, I can go to any Dr I choose. What they did was illegal and is now in the hands with Humana. #2 to do this to a patient at last minute knowing what I have been through and have been suffering for a year is just downright cruel. I will pray that none of you nasty people ever come across this for yourselves but if you do may you think about ME BARBARA MUNTZ. If Dr. Chadwick is able to see this, I hope someday you would call me and find out the truth that was told to me the day I told your staff to shove it! I must add a great ending to this nightmare. I personally spoke with Dr. Chadwick on the afternoon of my original surgery date and he will be performing my surgery on April 3rd. According to him this was a huge mistake on the behalf of my insurance company which I straightened out earlier today that he was on their physician list but not in the physician computer . Ok but I still think time wise I should have been notified much sooner and this couldve all been avoided . But make a long story short I will be looking forward once again to getting my surgery on the 3rd and breathing normal again. As for anyone else nothing has changed.

They charge 30 per page just to fill out forms. I had Aflac and that is exactly what they told me. It would have cost me more to have them fill out the forms than what I would have got back from Aflac. Thats ridiculous. O and now that there is a problem with the procedure that they performed on my then 3yr old now 4yr old they dont accept the insurance any more. The tube that they put in her right ear has turned inside the canal and there telling me that there is NOTHING that they can do. I even offered to pay cash for them to see her. The staff Tampa is the most untrained and uncaring people in the world. And customer service, forget about it. They dont have a clue.

Came in to have my ears flushed out. Im a musician and around a lot of loud music so I do it once a year as a routine thing. Doctor looked at my ears for about 5 seconds said it wasnt necessary and sent me on my way. Now I am experiencing pain in the ear that I was mainly concerned about.
